I would like to know if there any extensions that meet my requirement below for joomla multilanguage:
Detect language automatically based on location (GeoIP)
Automatically translate content without input two or more translation content
can have prefix url like domain.com/en/ or domain.com/es/, etc.
Please let me know if there any suits extension above features.
Thanks alot.
JoomFish automatically detect language for your location, and Joomfish makes prefixes like you need (domain.com/en or domain.com/fr), but I believe there is no any extensions to translate your content automatically...

You would have thought this would have been a fairly straightforward task, however, I can't for the life of me, find where it is originally set. I'd like to make a few other changes once I know which file to look for. any help much appreciated.
Hi please check if you have any party extension installed.
If not then please check the below steps
You need to create one folder in your theme name i18n and create file en_US.csv en_US is the language code it depends on your language code.
you need to change the value from Zip/Postcode to Postcode/Zip .
The second method is to enable translate inline and change the word that you want to change.

I need to enable right to left language support in AEM text component. I could google that page should contain <html dir="rtl"....> and I assume there is something that needs to be done on AEM as well.
Any help?
When you have to implement RTL (right-to-left) functionality in your website it is not only the front-end that has to work in a RTL-way. Also the author-interface should work as much as possible RTL, because that is what the author expects.
Page-Template
When designing your page-component your element should contain the “dir”-attribute with the value of rtl.
I would like you to go through these articles:-

//Specialized Layout Requirements
Languages such as Arabic and Hebrew are read right-to-left (RTL). Often times, layouts and imagery from a site’s master branch are not designed with these special language requirements in mind. For example, text within a background image requires sufficient space in the image to safely incorporate the copy and is usually displayed at one end of the image, as seen below.

I am currently implementing rating and reviewing system in my project which is made in yii, netbeans. I want to use yii extension, but I do not have any idea, about any rating extension. Please I need your suggestions. which extension should I choose so that in future I would be able to find the helping material easily on this extension.I want to implement star rating.
I assume you are referring to yii. In this hypothesis you can try this extension:
http://www.yiiframework.com/extension/dzraty/
or this
http://www.yiiframework.com/extension/pcstarranking/
depend on your neeed
the first is a wrapper for http://yii.dezero.es/dzraty
probably is the more interesting.
I found a better JS RTE out there and would like to know how to replace the TYPO3 default with the one I found. I googled a lot but couldn't find anything stating how to achieve this.
This is not easily possible without "loosing" many TYPO3 features, because the rtehtmlarea highly integrated into TYPO3.
Especially the link handling is custom, so you would have to write special support to make this work.
A possible replacement is tinemce_rte. It works fairly well, but it does a little more than just replacing the editor with tinymce, e.g. it also adds custom linkhandler support. You can look into this extension if you really want to do this work.
You can download tinyrte or ask in tinyrte forum how to replace htmlarea. Here is the download link: http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/tinyrte.
I am new to joomla and wanted to use JoomFish for multi-lingual support. Can anyone please let me know details of how can we use JoomFish to translate the site content. Also how can we translate the content of customly developed components / modules. Also how can we translate the static content in the components/modules i.e. the label which are used statically?
Can any one provide any reference which has a good understanding of doing the above mentioned things.
Regards,
Atul
Joomfish does not do any translation, all of it has to be entered by the admin. It takes a bit of configuration - language packs have to be installed, extension content elements need to be translated, etc. Your best bet is to install it on your site and go through the tutorials.

There is no shortcut that could easily be entered as an answer here.
