You need to create one folder in your theme name i18n and create file en_US.csv en_US is the language code it depends on your language code.
you need to change the value from Zip/Postcode to Postcode/Zip .
The second method is to enable translate inline and change the word that you want to change.

for my internship I am making an VS code extension. I have never developed anything like this before so any help or documentation links or tips are welcome.
what I am doing is as follows: develop an extension that is capable of taking in user input. the input will be a path to an .isf/.hdf file. this could be thru the simplest of text box buttons initially, as functionality before polish is what im focusing on right now.
It also needs to be able to provide templates with preconstructed code. such as, a option on the file menu where it might say "new template.py file". And when this option is choosen, a .py file with a lot of "boiler-plate" or preconstructed code is created for them.
im also using CanvasJS to show some graphical data. I would need a way for the graph to appear in a tab/window of the VS Code rather than the browser of the user.

I'm creating an extension to add support for a custom language on VS Code and I'm struggling on providing Signature Help because I can't seem to find a way to tell what signature I should show the user unless I manually parse the entire document to find out what is expected.
My question is, does VS Code API provides some way for me to tell the function/etc where the user is when the provider is invoked or do I have to parse the document manually so I can find it by myself?
I'm using the "direct implementation" way (without language servers), if that matters.

I'm trying to translate file in moodle>>languages.
I changed english text for polish alternative text and it's not working , I already purged moodle cache , cache from browser and checked in database.mdl_tool_customlang . Everything looks ok but not working.
How to repair moodle to get languages from customlang sql database ?
I think you need to install the Polish language pack first

Are you using the language customization tool (/admin/tool/customlang/index.php) to customize the translations? Because that's how it should be done. If you're changing it directly in the database or translation file (found in moodledata/lang/pl), it might not work correctly.
When using the customization tool, make sure you not only click on "Apply changes and continue editing" but also on "Save changes to the language pack".
One pitfall that I sometimes run into is editing the wrong text. Sometimes there are more than just one strings that contain the text to be edited and I'm changing the wrong one.
You'll need to purge the moodle cache.

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but why do you need captcha on iPhone? It's completely useless since there are no bots or something.
But if you really need it then make some image with white background and then use this code

to add text to the image... once you'll have this, then just check if the entered string is equal to the randomly generated one on the image and you are good to go.
I didn't find any libraries which could be used as a captcha, so I think this is probably the best solution right now.

I am new to joomla and wanted to use JoomFish for multi-lingual support. Can anyone please let me know details of how can we use JoomFish to translate the site content. Also how can we translate the content of customly developed components / modules. Also how can we translate the static content in the components/modules i.e. the label which are used statically?
Can any one provide any reference which has a good understanding of doing the above mentioned things.

Joomfish does not do any translation, all of it has to be entered by the admin. It takes a bit of configuration - language packs have to be installed, extension content elements need to be translated, etc. Your best bet is to install it on your site and go through the tutorials.
