No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/dsdp/mtj/updates/1.1.0/stable.
is there any-other way to add this plug-in ?
There is already version 1.1.2 available at http://download.eclipse.org/mtj/updates/1.1.2/stable/
But MTJ is known for not working with Juno. Please, try it with Indigo.

I have Apache NetBeans IDE 10. When I try to install the nbscala plugins for Scala, I get an issue:
Some plugins require plugin External Execution Base API to be installed
How do I fix the issue?
The solutions for NetBeans 8.2 don't work.
Product Version: Apache NetBeans IDE 10.0 (Build incubator-netbeans-release-380-on-20181217)

Any help would be highly appreciated.

This has been identified as a defect introduced in a recent iFix and is in the process of being fixed. I will update this answer once a fixed version will be available via Eclipse Marketplace.
As a workaround you can install an older release and then select to update it using the "faulty" release through Eclipse Marketplace. The update will work as the problem manifests itself only in new installations.
For reference, this is APAR - PI54604 CANNOT INSTALL MOBILEFIRST PLATFORM STUDIO 7.1 ON ECLIPSE.
#Idan: I have tried same steps as mentioned above but got the same error like #Anatoly. Let me know any other solution for the same.
While installing IBM Worklight on Eclipse ADT( The Android Editor I downloaded from Google) I get following error:
org.eclipse.jst.standard.schemas 1.2.2.v201304110304 is unknown in the solver!
org.eclipse.jst.standard.schemas 1.2.2.v201304110304 is unknown in the solver!
What does it mean?
IBM Worklight 2 versions of Eclipse:
Eclipse Java EE 4.2.2 ("Juno" SR2)
Eclipse Java EE 4.3.1 ("Kepler" SR1)
Use one of the above.
I installed Eclipse and Rascal as explained on the Rascal download page (http://www.rascal-mpl.org/start/).
However, when I open the Rascal perspective I get the following error in the Rascal Navigator: "Failed to create the part's controls".
Furthermore, in the error log I get messages like:
Error
Sat Mar 22 11:26:48 CET 2014
Exception while dispatching event org.osgi.service.event.Event [topic=org/eclipse/e4/ui/model/ui/ElementContainer/selectedElement/SET] to handler org.eclipse.e4.ui.services.internal.events.UIEventHandler#37196d53
org.eclipse.swt.SWTException: Widget is disposed
I installed:
Eclipse for RCP and RAP developers (Kepler Service release 2) (eclipse.buildId=4.3.2.M20140221-1700).
Java JDK 8 (also tried with Java JDK 7).
Installed Rascal using the update site.
Which Eclipse version will work with the Rascal plugin?
This issue has been reported and fixed. Until a new release is available I suggest resetting the perspective as a quick fix. (https://github.com/cwi-swat/rascal/issues/484)

I have downloaded it on my windows 7 laptop no problem. Is this my fault or IBM's? Any Ideas?
I got it working on a Mac OS X 10.8.4 using Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers (Juno SR2 4.2.2) by using the Eclipse Marketplace.
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-ee-developers/junosr2
Used this tutorial:

What is your Eclipse version? Java EE 4.2.2 or 4.3?
I've downloaded and installed on both my Windows 7 and Mac OS X 10.8 with Eclipse Java EE 4.2.2 for Developers (the currently supported version together with Eclipse Classic 4.2.2).
Make sure that the option to "contact all update sites during install to find required software" is checked (in Help >> Install New Software...).
