I'm trying to install Mobile First 7.1.0 platform studio on Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2) - 64bit as written in Mobile First requirements. My java is as following:

I'm trying to install from Eclipse Marketplace and after few minutes of installation I get the following error:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

This has been identified as a defect introduced in a recent iFix and is in the process of being fixed. I will update this answer once a fixed version will be available via Eclipse Marketplace.
As a workaround you can install an older release and then select to update it using the "faulty" release through Eclipse Marketplace. The update will work as the problem manifests itself only in new installations.
For reference, this is APAR - PI54604 CANNOT INSTALL MOBILEFIRST PLATFORM STUDIO 7.1 ON ECLIPSE.
#Idan: I have tried same steps as mentioned above but got the same error like #Anatoly. Let me know any other solution for the same.

Worklight 6.0x doesn't support eclipse Luna; you should install it on Juno, 4.2.2, Java Enterprise Edition. See list of supported software here:

Specifically, Worklight runs on the Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developer edition. Worklight is fairly specific on which version and which edition of eclipse is supported. For Worklight 6.0.0.x release, this version/edition of eclipse will work:

Just to be sure. Check your internet connection or your proxy configurations.

I already found the answer, install Worklight in fresh Eclipse.
While installing IBM Worklight on Eclipse ADT( The Android Editor I downloaded from Google) I get following error:

What is your Eclipse version? Java EE 4.2.2 or 4.3?
I've downloaded and installed on both my Windows 7 and Mac OS X 10.8 with Eclipse Java EE 4.2.2 for Developers (the currently supported version together with Eclipse Classic 4.2.2).
Make sure that the option to "contact all update sites during install to find required software" is checked (in Help >> Install New Software...).

Hi i think WTP plugin is yet properly installed in your eclipse, remove the plugin and try to install the latest WTP plugin. Are you using Helios or Indigo release 2 version. Try to update the eclipse and reinstall the Worklight

The problem you are having is that the case Eclipse version for the Aptana Studio is different than Indigo (which is what the DTP stuff requires from the update site). (The things that are conflicting are p2 projects which are part of the base Eclipse).
I recommend that you download Eclipse Indigo from eclipse.org and then install the Aptana Studio as plugins and then try to install the DTP stuff.
Alternatively find out which version your Aptana Studio 3 is based on (you can go to Help -> About and click the Installation Details button) and then install the DTP tools from the Eclipse update site that corresponds to that.
