I just can upload 5 screenshots on ApsStore.
But I can see some apps with 10 screenshots.
I don't know how to do that.
Is there anyone knowing about this?
It's 5 for iPhone, 5 for iPad if your application is "Universal"

I have an iOS 6 app that works fine and was accepted by iTunes when I upload it. Now I'm trying to update the apps so it will be compatible with iOS 7. It runs well both in the simulator and on an iPhone that ran from XCode 5. When I upload the app to iTunes, it succeeded. However, later the iTunes web site reported, "Invalid Binary". This is one of my apps.
I'm using sqlite database too.
I have tried many things from the forum due to my problem, but it's still "Invalid Binary". Would someone tell me what are the things that should be changed if we want to update our apps from iOS 6 to iOS 7?
Is it a problem with the code, or is the problem with my project setting such as Build Setting, etc.?
You likely just need to include a default image for supporting the iPhone 5.
It should be called: Default-568h#2x.png
and should be 640 × 1136 pixels
This is a pretty lame question, but still I want to make sure before I shell out cash for an iOS 5 device.
Is there any way to test an app on iOS 5 on a device running iOS 6 or later?
I have an iPad Retina running iOS 6. I am developing an app which will support iPad 1 as well. (iOS 5). I want to test it on a device as well (instead of just relying in the iOS 5 simulator).
Any alternative to borrowing/buying someone's iPad 1? Thanks.
Yes, you can test an iOS 5 App on an iOS 6 device. But, the reverse is false.
I think is not in your interest to buy an iPad 1.
Actually, there is less than 5% user on iOS 5. So, you can set aside this version of iOS.
Have a look here.
And, if you use XCode 5 and you want to keep iOS SDK 6, you can follow my answer here.

iOS app missing screenshot

Closed 9 years ago.
I am developing an application in rhomobile and made a build for iOs as .ipa file and after uploading my binary file through the application loader into iTunes connect I get an error status as Missing Screenshots which I have attached . I have added 2 screen shots in 3.5 and 4 inch display where 3.5 image sizes are 320*480 and 4 inch screenshots of size 640*960 .I have not added any screenshots for iPad as this app is only for iPhone .Do I need to add iPad screenshots. I also have deleted a launch image namedDefault-568h#2x.png.
Things to note.
If your application is Universal, you need to upload screenshot for all the devices
If your application is iPhone, you need to upload screenshot for iPhone4, and iPhone 5 Devices.
Same for if its only iPad.
If your app supports multiple languages you need to select language see below
Hope it helps.
I have an app in app store. In iPhone 5 i am facing a issue related to the look and feel of the app.If the app is opened in iphone 5 then there is a black space coming at the top and bottom of the screen.
I have checked in various apps present in the app store and it is happening to all the apps.Has anyone faced such an issue.I just wanted to know,if anything needs to be done from developer side, such as images of different dimensions like the one's given for retina and normal display or Apple would come up with a default aspect ratio.
I am seriously stuck up and client is asking if there is any fix for that.
Thanks
As a developer pls be aware of things happening around! All the existing apps in appstore will run in letterboxed mode unless it is remodified for iphone 5. You have to use Xocde 4.5 to develop apps for iPhone 5 with ios 6 compatibility.
If your client need to fix this, you can charge him to make the changes. :)
My application has just been approved, but the problem is that when checking link on itunes it is showing 5 screen shot but when iam checking through my iphone its showing only 3 images. any one know why is this happening? ny other application are alright that is they are showing all 5 images.
If your iPhone is an iPhone 4 (with retina display), and some of your screenshots are in the old, lower resolution, then annoyingly they won't be displayed in iTunes on that device.
I don't have an explanation for this, but I've seen it happen to me. Most recently I experienced a lag that resolved itself within about 24 hours.
If the screenshots don't appear by tomorrow I would remove and re-add them in iTunes Connect and that should fix the problem.
