I am facing the issue of import old test accounts, when I try to import data with my old paypal developer account, it gives me error of invalid email id. I am sure that the email id and the password are the correct and which was working with old developer account. Please note, I am also unable to create new sandbox test account with create account option. I am a non US developer.

Try clearing your cookies and cache before navigating to the developer.paypal.com page and logging in. Also try using Firefox or Chrome if you are currently using Internet Explorer, as there have been less issues with these two browsers. Once you have cleared your cookies and cache, then try logging in and creating new accounts or importing your old ones.

Uber server token are not working any more, on dashboard it shows "Please reach out to your Uber BD Representative for server token access."
It seems Uber is changing API access and has done some sort of purge which forces getting access through some approved "Business Development" rep or process.
You can read this page, that might help.
You can go ahead without adding Server Token your app will work properly.
In the past, I also faced this problem but without adding server token my app started working properly.

I am wanting to add some FB functionality to our MVC business site. There are certain events that result from customer activity on our site. I would like to post these events to our company timeline. I have several working examples and tutorials but where I am having difficulty is at log in. I would like to have the system use stored credentials..web config etc. rather than prompt for login. However all the docs etc. show that the OAuth end point doesn't accept these kind of parameters??
So how can I have the system log in using stored credentials?

Facebook used to have an offline_access permission that is now defunct. What you can now do is trade in a short-lived token for a long-lived token (that I think lasts around 60 days) and store that on your server. Check out the details here to learn more about this process.

Since the new developer site has been put online, it is no more possible to create payment Pro Account on the sandbox, since Canadian users can't either use the REST options, what can we do to test our Pro solutions ? When importing my test accounts, pro are automatically switched to basic business, and cleared my credentials infos.
We are currently working towards resolving the issue. As of right now, it is a hit or miss depending on the box that you hit. You might try creating a US PRO account a couple of different times. You may hit one of the boxes that are not currently experiencing the issues with account creation. If you do hit one of the working boxes, you should get a pro account created with API credentials.

For an app specific to a closed system like for internal usage within an organization, what are the concerns of the approval process at the App Store? The application requires user to login, and the login details are provided internally, and there is no signup feature.
You must provide a temporary login to the reviewer; you can do so in the "additional information" field at the bottom of the iTunes Connect form you use to upload your application. I've done that in previous apps and it works perfectly well. Once your app is approved, just disable the account.

We are developing an app for a client who is currently in the process of creating their own Apple account.
The problem is they got started with the process late, and we need to submit the app ASAP for review.
Has anyone had any experience with changing the seller account after an app has been approved and is available in the App Store?

According to most reports, the only way to do this is to remove the app from the old account, and submit it under the new account as a new and different app. Ratings, reviews, saved settings/etc. and update-ability will not transfer, since they are tied to the app ID, and the app ID has to be a new and unique in the destination account.
Yes is possible, but you must contact people at Apple and start a quite long and procedure with papers and stuffs. Best way to start is to ask a "general app/appstore question" in the "contact us" section of iTunesConnect site.
