I'm only 16 and I've recently signed up for the apple developer program (individual). However, I used my mom's credit card since I don't have my own. I was granted permission and all that (I have the account and I have been testing my apps on my iDevice). I've changed every piece of information afterwards to my real name (My apple ID had my real name prior to me buying the developer account.)
Now, my question is will my name appear in the appstore or will my mom's name appear in the appstore? I don't know which one because in my developer profile it says Apple ID: My name and some other info and then under Developer ID it says my moms name.
However, in iTunesconnect, There is no sign of my mothers name and it only shows my name for everything. Does this mean that it will show my name?
If it does show my mom's name, how can I change that?
Please and thank you in advance!

The account has a contract. The contract has an "entity name" - the name of your "company". That is the name that appears at the App Store. It does not have to be a human being's name; it could be something made up, like "Zampabalooie Enterprises". Me, I use my actual name.

Let's assume that somehow my company manages to get the Developer name changed in the Developer Account at the App Store. In this case, what would happen to the existing apps:
Will the existing apps remain happily at the App Store without any effect?
Will I need to get new certificates from the Developer portal?
If yes, will I need to submit a new build of my Apps to the App Store?
If yes, will the bundle identifier of my subsequent releases would be different?
If yes, then how would the users be able to get updates to the apps?
Any help would be great!
I asked about it here, and we made renaming.
Non of our apps were forced to be resubmitted. We used all certificates with old names and it worked fine. I can't provide info about legal information that we send to Apple (not a coders did that), but one day we just saw another company name in the App Store and we did nothing to our apps.

I'm planning to crate a service that among other things creates an iPhone app based on a template and submits it to the AppStore almost without human intervention.
Is that allowed by apple?
Some similar startups now require users to use their own developers account (which costs $100 and will not be paid by my users).
In principle I don't see why not, as regular developers are allowed to submit their customer's apps. Am I missing something?
It is definitely not allowed by apple. As that would be using a single developer account to submit apps, from someone different that the person that purchased the account (you in this case).
Besides if they can submit anything, if someone submits something inappropriate under your name, it will be your problem not theirs.
Furthermore I am pretty sure your clients, would want their name in the AppStore for their app and not yours.
This is definitely not allowed by Apple. Even if it was, the apps would be under your name so any in app purchase would be put into your bank account (cha-ching $$$)

I am working as iOS freelance developer for one non-IT company and now my application is almost finished so I need to create iOS developer program account for their company.
Problem is that I am not employed in that company, I am just working app for them and they want me as their subcontractor to register their company on their name for iOS developer program.
So is it possible that I fill and create iOS company developer program for their company, so that they need only fax documentation and speak to Apple if they called them?
Can I be their admin, and how do I do that so they have access to financial i sales report?
Please help
You can create an Apple developer account for that company. You will have to specify a contact person and the position inside the company and some company documentation that you will have to fax later.
When they verify everything the company account will be created and you/they can check financial and sales reports by log in in the iTunes connect portal.
I recommend you use some generic company email address during the creation process like operations#company.com, so they can have track of everything going on.
You can just enroll them into this program and give them the id and password and guide them about the usage of it so that they can manage it themselves. But then that's only an option.
If you ant to know how to enroll and how to go about with this. then here's a guide.

Is it possible and legal to remove an App Store app (I ALREADY OWN AND I PUBLISHED IT) and publish it fresh again with:
a) the same bundle id
b) different name/description and bundle identifier?
Many many apps in the app store have changed their Bundle Name (name under the icon) and app store name and description. Sometimes with an app the behaves and/or looks very different. For whether this is legal or allowed by Apple, you have to read the iOS standard agreement, and submit an app to Apple. Customers may or may not appreciate this change.
You have to be the original submitter of an app to reuse a Bundle ID and submit it.

My clients has purchased an IOS developer program (individual company), he would like to put to the apple store with the name of his company ? can he do this ? How ? or the app will have the name of his program developer ?
This is specified in iTunes connect, when he publishes an app to the Apple App Store.
The app will have the legal name of the name on the account.
I'm unsure of the question, but if the company is registered to the program, he can give the developer access under his account.
If you're asking about him being registered as a person, it can only be posted under the person's name.
