My clients has purchased an IOS developer program (individual company), he would like to put to the apple store with the name of his company ? can he do this ? How ? or the app will have the name of his program developer ?

This is specified in iTunes connect, when he publishes an app to the Apple App Store.
The app will have the legal name of the name on the account.

I'm unsure of the question, but if the company is registered to the program, he can give the developer access under his account.
If you're asking about him being registered as a person, it can only be posted under the person's name.

If i register device(in my Developer Account), that belongs to my company and registered in their iOS Developer Account, do they have possibility to know about that (and cut my head:)?
No, there's no way for them to find out what third-party programs or provisioning profiles a device is registered with.
If they go to Settings > General > Profiles on the device, they will see your developer account profile in there if you don't delete it every time.
But other than that, they can't discover this information from their developer account.

I bought a domain name without realizing it was from a business that dropped it in 2010. When I tried to sign up for Google Apps for your Domain, it wouldn't let me since they had previously signed up. Is there a procedure by which I could get Google to give me service?
According to Google you can go reset the admin password for purchased domains that have previously used Google Apps:

Can someone provide me the list of applications currently on app store which uses PayPal(not PayPal app by PayPal itself)?
Not sure weather Apple allows to use PayPal in an iPhone app for purchasing goods or not.
Thanks in advance.
I might be wrong, but apps with paypal are being rejected and we have to use In App purchases.

When users download iPhone apps, can developers gain access to user identifiable information (e.g., full name, email address, iTunes account)?
How about Android app downloads?
We believe the answer is no, but just wanted to verify the privacy policies on the respective platforms.
So developers just see random IDs representing unique users?
Thanks!
The answer is no. This is not possible. For good reason.
With purchased apps from the Android Market, you have access to the name and shipping address, along with a #checkout.google.com email address to contact the purchased.
