So, I have compiled an ASM boot program like this :
nasm -f bin -o bootsect bootsect.asm
And now I need to run the next UNIX command to generate a floppy image from the output, but i'm using MS Windows...
cat bootsect /dev/zero | dd of=floppyA bs=512 count=2880
Does someone know how can I do the equivalent in the Windows' cmd ?

There is a port of Unix dd to the Win32 environment. Or you could use rawwrite. Both are available for download at http://www.chrysocome.net.

I'm trying to install an executable but it gives me the error -jailshell: d-linux-x86-64.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory, I have already checked if I have the glib 32-bit version with the command rpm -qf /lib/ld-linux.so.2 and rpm -qa | grep glibc | grep i686 and it seems to be ok (it prints me glibc-2.17-324.el7_9.i686).
I'm trying to install an executable but it gives me the error
This executable is corrupt.
It is trying to use d-linux-x86-64.so.2 as an interpreter, and such a file doesn't exist (nor should it exist) on your machine.
Chances are this executable was transferred over FTP in ASCII mode, or corrupted in some other way.
I have already checked if I have the glib 32-bit version
That is irrelevant: the binary you are trying to build is a 64-bit binary.
Also, there is a difference between glib and glibc.

Both
https://dl.bintray.com/apache/ignite-rpm/ and https://dl.bintray.com/apache/ignite-deb/
Is "Forbidden!".
Where i can get "apache-ignite-2.8.1-1.noarch.rpm" for example... now? :(
Old link looks like : https://dl.bintray.com/apache/ignite-rpm/apache-ignite-2.8.1-1.noarch.rpm.
Latest documentaion still points to Bintray (EOL).
// https://ignite.apache.org/docs/latest/installation/deb-rpm
Searching for apache-ignite-2.8.1-1.noarch.rpm will find https://github.com/apache/ignite/blob/master/packaging/rpm/apache-ignite.spec → apache-ignite.spec → "
ignite/packaging/rpm/"
https://github.com/apache/ignite/tree/master/packaging/rpm with files for rpm packaging.
Searching for apache-ignite-2.8.1 will find https://ignite.apache.org/download.cgi#binaries and https://archive.apache.org/dist/ignite/2.8.1/ with the package apache-ignite-2.8.1-bin.zip
Move / copy the files to rpmbuild/SOURCES/:

I need to execute a program in my system using the perl.exe from a network path.what change should I have to change in the interpreter line to execute that..?
There's a fair chance (given that the question gives us no clues to help us answer it) that the perl.exe is just a wrapper for perl.dll, so if the perl.exe isn't on the path (and it won't be if its on a network share) then the exe will fail to run.
The answer is almost certainly to copy the required files locally and run them there. I recommend Strawberry Perl for Windows, as its just a directory copy to get it installed.
Invoking using a remote exe may not work due to the exe's own dependencies. Consider packaging your perl script as an exe using http://search.cpan.org/dist/PAR-Packer/

I have downloaded Net-SSH2-0.43 to be able to use Net::SSH2 Perl module. But I don't know what I need to do after that, just include paths or something else. Please help.
you could use perlbrew to install Perl in your home or in any directories wo. root rights: http://perlbrew.pl/
wget -O - http://install.perlbrew.pl | bash
perlbrew install perl-5.16.0
perlbrew switch perl-5.16.0
you could call your perl from shell (scripts) like this: http://perlbrew.pl/Perlbrew-In-Shell-Scripts.html
If your servers are identical enough then you could rsync/rdist this directory to every host and you are done.
