I need some infrared image to do some experiment ,but I just have some color images...
while,is it possible to convert a color image into a infrared image?
just need for simulation...

By definition a visible color image shows only visible light. The camera does not (or is prevented from) capturing IR wavelengths.
Thus, what you are asking is not really possible if/when the IR wavelength are not captured.

When the camera is tilted very close to the ground, I want to make some ground parts transparent to show a buried object like a pipe.
libraries I am using: Mapbox Gl Js, Three.js
Have you tried to use the outline effect? It looks it could be what you need.

I am new to SceneKit, currently playing around with it.
I use 4 boxes as walls to create a sort of skybox.
Each box/wall has its own starfield texture. Currently this causes the borders of the walls to be visible. I want to remove these line borders, any idea?
That is a result of the texture you use, which is not seamless. Look into "seamless tileable" textures. A much better approach to do what you are trying to do however, is to use the scene’s background property as explained in the answer of this question: How to set contents of scenekit background to cube map

How to draw 3d barcharts with ECGraph? I am able to draw in 2d but I want in 3d.
It seems that ECGraph has not implemented 3D barcharts yet. It supports 2D curve chart and histogram at this moment.

I have custom buttons which I need to be placed in certain areas when I setup them up via a template i have on PS they look pixel perfect but the when I run it it looks like crap. I have the right sizes and the right x,y coordinates set up in the attributes section? is there any way to not have a status bar at all or some way to get pixel perfect measurements?
Try This
btnObje.frame = CGRectMake(x,y,image.frame.size.width,image.frame.size.height);

What tools do you use to create drawing style presentations, (something like kid's drawings)
Ofcourse we can do things like draw it on paper/some ipad application
or do you use flash ?
for eg.
http://www.spotify.com/int/about-us/press/concept-video/
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=vbLazF5KxUc
I can see that these type of presentation can be done with camera and shooting on a white board.kind of like stop motion..
any other tips?
I would use a stack of A3 paper instead of a board for the stop motion. That way you can start by making the story board of your story and then you can create the in between frames.
