I signed up for Facebook APPS, now where is my app ID? Is it a number? Where do I find it? It's required for facebook moderation, and it asks for this app id, but it is nowhere to be found. Nowhere.
Go to developers.facebook.com. List of apps should be on the left. The AppID/API Key should be right under the "Settings" header.

I need to change the name of my facebook page.
Is it possible? Facebook doesn't allow to do this. But maybe someone had a successful experience?

I am making an app for Windows Phone 8 and I want to know if I can read the phone owner's accounts programmatically, such as windows live id, gmail, facebook and so on.
No, users have to authenticate with all of those again in your app.

How can i see, on my Mac or iPhone, the reviews from other Stores to the apps i posted on the AppStore?I only see the ones from my country.

Go to your app in iTunes connect, select "Manage Your Apps", then select the app you want to see the review of. Next just select "Customer Reviews" and just like below, there will be a spot to change the country of the review.

Would there be any problems with sending an Mac app to App Store if it is using mach_star for code injection? Would apple approve this app and are there any apps in Mac App Store using mach_star? Thanks in advance.
There is an unofficial check list (AppStore Checklist) with item 25 about interpreted code. It is not the exact thing you mentioned but it might be the reason to reject your app.

Only the page admins can add an app to a page
They can do this via the API or the 'Add page Tab' dialog
