Timeout waiting for Processor response on PayPal Hosted Checkout Page goest always on error page url - paypal

I'm developing a cart on a website and I'm integrating it using the hosted checkout page Layout C with iframe within the website page, I have configured all urls so cancel, return and error url but when I try with the 411111.. and 12/15 credit card for test in test mode the website goest always on error page and in the post data I can see 104 error "Timeout waiting for Processor response"
I have followed step by step the guide I dont know how to solve it!

The 41111... card is not supported at this time.
Please use any other Luhn-valid card number. I.e. http://www.darkcoding.net/credit-card-numbers/

Facebook Custom Tabs

I understand how to create the app for the custom tab. However when I try to layout the next step it comes back with an error message. Can someone help me to properly layout the "With URL Redirects".
I know to put the Id number where is says YOUR APP ID and I have also placed the website in the "YOUR URL" position but it doesn't work. I have watched several videos and they all seem to be prior to the latest FB update.
The problem I am having seems to be coming from the setup for this code below that leads you to the Add Page Tab Dialog prompt. facebook.com/dialog/pagetab? app_id=YOUR_APP_ID &redirect_uri=YOUR_URL When I insert the "Your App ID" and Your URL" and hit enter I am receiving a Facebook Error message that says:
This dialog has been passed a bad parameter. API Error Code: 100 API
Error Description: Invalid parameter Error Message: Requires valid
redirect URI.

Payouts errors on Sandbox

I am trying to create Payout functionality using REST API, and I have few errors.
While I am sending this request :
{"sender_batch_header":{"sender_batch_id":"test_0","email_subject":"RaceBets Withdrawal","recipient_type":"PAYPAL_ID"},"items":[{"recipient_type":"PAYPAL_ID","amount":{"currency":"EUR","value":"20.0"},"receiver":"XXXX","note":"Hello there!","sender_item_id":"71292226"}]}
I received:
JAXBException occurred : 4 counts of IllegalAnnotationExceptions.
or :
{"name":"REQUIRED_SCOPE_MISSING","message":"Access token does not have required scope.","information_link":"https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/api/#REQUIRED_SCOPE_MISSING"}
the second error is also strange, because payments are working fine, and scope is also fine
{"scope":"https://uri.paypal.com/services/subscriptions https://api.paypal.com/v1/payments/.* https://api.paypal.com/v1/vault/credit-card https://uri.paypal.com/services/applications/webhooks openid https://uri.paypal.com/services/invoicing https://api.paypal.com/v1/vault/credit-card/.*","access_token":"xxx","token_type":"Bearer","app_id":"APP-xxx","expires_in":28800}
Any idea?
For the second error make sure you have checked the option for "payouts" under your application at developer.paypal.com .
Go to developer.paypal.com --> DashBoard --> My APP -- > Click your APP Name --> App Feature . Select Payout here .
Regarding the REQUIRED_SCOPE_MISSING error, I experienced this as well. Adding the scope as the other poster describes fixed the issue.
Please note that after changing scope (i.e. adding Payouts) it can take a few hours for the change to be reflected, so you'll continue getting the error for awhile. This confused me when I was testing because I didn't expect sandbox to have this latency.

Vauge PayFlow Error

I'm using PayFlow with Layout C, which uses an iFrame to embed the payment form. I've followed the instructions found here for testing: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/payflow/gs_ppa_hosted_pages/
My request for a secure token returns successfully, but when I run a test charge, I get the following error:
Some required information is missing or incorrect. Please correct the
fields below and try again.
Error: An error has occurred. Please contact the system administrator.
The only fields below are card number and expiration date, which follow the testing guidelines.
What else could be going wrong?
Once you get the secure token, Instead of using the redirection url "https://payflowlink.paypal.com" , you should use "https://pilot-payflowlink.paypal.com" if you are in test mode .
This change happened after a certificate upgrade on 8th APR . You can check the link below :

Connecting to Paypal Rest Api to obtain users consent

I am trying to connect to Paypal to get a users consent to access their paypal payment history. The end goal would be to download payments received at the end of the day and take the info and dump it into a local database.

Login with paypal
Clicking on the link below returns:
Relying Party Validation error: redirect_uri provided in the request
does not match with the registered redirect_uri. Please check the
request.
I have logged into the Rest API, modified my app and made sure the redirect uri's for the test and live return link match that listed above. I have also made sure that the accept logins options are checked.
I have also tried the same code against their sandbox URL:
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/webapps/auth/protocol/openidconnect/v1/authorize
and instead of receiving the validation error, I get a page cannot be displayed.
I've tried every combination of things that I could think of
1) removing 1 cfset statement at a time to isolate a bad variable
2) making sure the return uri was a https vs http
3) switching to sandbox mode url and back
I've connected to other oauth2 api's in the past, but can't figure this one out.
This has changed a bit, and will presumably change again soon... but here's how you do this now.
Log into developer.paypal.com
Click on Dashboard (https://developer.paypal.com/developer/applications)
Click your app name under "Rest API Apps"
Scroll to the box at the bottom of the screen labeled "Sandbox (or Live) App Settings
Set the Return URL (Where users will be redirected after test transactions)
Click save
NOTE
This Return URL must exactly match the redirect_uri that you pass in via querystring (so it's confusing as to why you'd need to pass it in in the first place)
GOTCHA
At this point in time, the Return URL can seemingly never be updated. In my recent experience, if you don't type it correctly the first time you save it, you will have to create a new app.
The only time I have seen this error is when your redirect_uri does not match the one set in your applications profile.
You need to set this value inside of your app on the developer website.
Log into developer.paypal.com
Click Applications
Under My Rest Apps click your App name
Click Edit next to App redirect URLs
Set the return URLs for live or test
Save
I am also unable to get sandbox to work for my Log In with PayPal tests so it is not just you.
As of now (October 2015), the Dashboard Return URL should correspond to the redirect_uri. You can obtain the redirect_uri parameter in Firefox, by downloading the HTTPFox browser plugin. Then you start HTTPFox, point your browser to the OmniAuth login link, and view the scParams in the query string in the bottom-most link in the HTTPFox history to obtain the redirect_uri.
You have to literally make sure the Return URL is the exact same sequence of characters as the input redirect_uri. For example, if one points to "localhost" and the other to "127.0.0.1", it won't recognize the redirect_uri value as the same. It also won't recognize redirect_uri if only one of the redirect_uri values has a final slash.
Yes, the return URL was able to be updated in my experience.

Paypal shows old version error on express check out , I got my page run first but now shows this error

I doing paypal express checkout in jsp on sandbox with out using the sdk I am getting the ACK as sucess when generating the token after that when i redirected to sandbox now it shows error message on sandbox as
You have requested an outdated version of PayPal. This error often results from the use of bookmarks.
This is the Ack response i got
TOKEN=EC%2d5PT30649GD612951T&TIMESTAMP=2012%2d03%2d04T16%3a44%3a18Z&CORRELATIONID=4ed0e9de9ec8a&ACK=Success&VERSION=84%2e0&BUILD=2571254
I decoded the response using URLDecoder and redirected to the sandbox
if (ack.equals("Success")) { String logurl = "https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=express-checkout&token="+token;
response.sendRedirect(logurl);
}
Thanks in advance for any suggestions and answers
If you are receiving this error, it is best to check the url you are redirecting.
Documentation says that the URL is
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_express-checkout
Careful with the _express-checkout part. If you are using an ide (like Visual Studio) that marks the urls as links, you might think that it is a space (as it becomes invisible) and at the first error you encounter, you might delete the underscore char.
I got it working and I am answering because i found many one have same error This error occurs mainly due to any of the samll errors or changes in your NVP if you are using it.
I think This link will be helps , deals with "You have requested an outdated version of PayPal"
