It showed a 403 in the console for

Sorry this happened! If you're still having difficulties could you email support#divshot.com so we can help you sort this out? Once in awhile new accounts with brand new projects will run into this issue and refreshing the application usually does the trick. We directly connect to Amazon S3 to host your projects and there could have been a slight delay in assigning permissions / validating credentials. Thank you!

I am trying to add an attachment to a work item in Azure Devops. I am an administrator for the project and Area path. When I attempt to add an attachment I get the error "You do not have permission to attach files to work items in the current area path." I have searched and searched but can't figure out which permission I am missing. Does anyone know which permission I should give myself?
I figured it out this morning. One of my coworkers had a theory to try. It appears it is not being allowed when connected to our VPN. When I attempt it with out being connected to the VPN it works as expected. Hope this says someone hours of research.
I can't reproduce same issue like yours, but I think it's may not a simple permission-related issue.
Check the project configuration page and make sure all related permissions for specific user are allowed.
Search the user name and try allowing all permissions here and do the test again:
Then use a edge/chrome browser(after cleaning the cache), sign-out and sign-in the web portal again to check if the issue disappears.
I am using node-red in Bluemix cloud and I am getting this error starting today. It worked last time and I am not able figure out why. I re-created the nodes but got the same error. The error prompts to Twitter.in node. Can someone help me out with this?
Without seeing the error you are getting it is difficult to tell what is causing it, but I suspect that you are being prompted for a twitter id, and permissions to view / post to a timeline. You probably saw this initially and set it, and forgot about it. Subsequently the original permission / token has expired you are being prompted to reissue the permission.
Do you have a period "." in the twitter in node definition? It should instead be "type":"twitter in" with a space and no period.
I am trying to set up a Paypal Dev App by first creating the two (personal and business) Sandbox Accounts. However it only displays the -facilitator.. business account with the following error message when I click on its Profile
We experienced some issues on our end while creating this Sandbox account. Please delete it and try again.
Unfortunately the check-box next to the account is grayed out and I cannot delete it. When I go to create an APP it says:
There are no sandbox business accounts associated, please create one and try again.
So I have also tried creating NEW Sandbox business accounts. When I click save I see that it has updated the Total Records by one, but it still shows the same amount of accounts (the facilitator and any personal accounts I created).
Anyone have any idea on what I can/should do? Can I re-create the whole developer account somehow?
I got this randomly all weekend and never really figured out what caused it... It did work for me though when I went back to it a day or two later.

Exactly the same for me since 3 days. Getting pretty nuts about it. Yesterday the problem was different an error message was displaying on the page as : We’re sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again.
Today when I logged in I found all the test account that I have created yesterday but with no money on the account. So I have deleted them and when I recreate I get the same behavior mentionned above.

I had this issue as well, and threads all over the internet going back to 2013 which is even more frustrating. Here is what solved it; you need to fill in ALL the fields even the ones that say 'Optional' (First Name, Last Name, Funding, Notes). Then it works fine. Just someone on their end who never did use-case testing I think. In any event I am now making test accounts without issue.
Hi Im using paypal on open cart.
Followed the installation guide completely. but orders arent showing up on dash board.
I have to go Sale> Orders> Sort by Hidden and they show as cancelled.
I then manually change them to pending/complete and then it will show on dashboard
Ive checked the IPN too
All my sort orders are correctly named.
What else could i be missing?
This generally happens if you're
password protecting your website using a .htaccess/.htpasswd method
testing locally
Basically paypal needs to access your server to send the IPN. If you're doing either of the above, then it can't. If both the above don't apply, then this can sometimes be due to paypal sandbox being slow (if you're using that rather than live PP)

I've had the same error for a while now. I re-uploaded the following files and it worked for me.
Sounds like your file needs updating in
CODE: SELECT ALL
catalog/controller/account/login.php
And I would also upload a fresh
CODE: SELECT ALL
catalog/model/account/customer.php
Trying to add an associate as a tester/developer of our application in sandbox mode so they can add the app and test it. When they go to confirm the developer app request, they get an Application Error dialog box that says:
There was a problem getting data for the application you requested.
The application may not be valid, or there may be a temporary glitch.
Please try again later.
The app works fine for us in dev mode when authenticating as the administrator, but what do we need to do to add additional users as developers and testers? The error message is not particularly insightful. Any help appreciated.
I had the same problem and i solved by temporarily disabling the Sandbox Mode
You should try using groups - if you add the desired people to a group and add that group to a "role" in the developers app - there is no confirmation - no questions - no problems :P just gets added and all group members are awarded correct permissions :)

exit the sandbox mode and then try to accept request. It worked for me. Facebook while accepting the request is looking for available application
