Azure Devops "You do not have permission to attach files to work items in the current area path." - azure-devops

I am trying to add an attachment to a work item in Azure Devops. I am an administrator for the project and Area path. When I attempt to add an attachment I get the error "You do not have permission to attach files to work items in the current area path." I have searched and searched but can't figure out which permission I am missing. Does anyone know which permission I should give myself?

I figured it out this morning. One of my coworkers had a theory to try. It appears it is not being allowed when connected to our VPN. When I attempt it with out being connected to the VPN it works as expected. Hope this says someone hours of research.

I can't reproduce same issue like yours, but I think it's may not a simple permission-related issue.
Check the project configuration page and make sure all related permissions for specific user are allowed.
Search the user name and try allowing all permissions here and do the test again:
Then use a edge/chrome browser(after cleaning the cache), sign-out and sign-in the web portal again to check if the issue disappears.

Can't add application as super admin

I am attempting to add the "Amazon Web Services" Application to Google Workspaces.
I have been assigned the super admin role, in the admin dashboard. So, to the best of my knowledge, I should have permissions to add an application. But I keep getting the error message "Can't add Amazon Web Services. Please try again.". Which unfortunately is not particularly helpful in trying to understand what the problem is. I have tried different browsers, signing out/in etc. all to no avail.
However I must be missing something as the organisation owner is able to add the application with no issues, does anyone have any idea what could be preventing me from doing this?
Just to add, I have confirmed that I have the same roles attached as the organisation owner.
If your account has been assigned the role recently it is expected as it usually takes up to 24hrs for a role to fully propagate. After that you should be able to add it with no issues.
That is documented here

In Azure DevOps I cannot add a User to my Team

We have a DevOps project we've been using for over a year now and we needed to add a new developer to the team. I was able to add the user to the organization, he replied to the invite, and I have added him to the contributor group.
After adding him I then went to my project and opened up that project's Team Settings. When I click Add and try to find his name I am getting a spinning status graphic and "Loading..." but it does not find the user. It does not give me an error or a "No Results Found". Eventually it just resets back as though I first landed on the page.
I thought this could be a permissions issue so I removed an existing user in the group. Right after removing I tried to re-add the user and cannot. I get the same results. I know this user is using the project and has permission to get the code and check in changes. So it does not seem to be an issue with the original new user.
My next move was to try to do this using the Azure CLI but it turns out that adding a user to a project is not currently supported by the CLI, only adding the user to the organization is currently supported. I also searched for this particular error and can't find anyone else having this issue.
There was a [[[bug]]] in the Azure portal. Users could not be added from the Team page. However, I had a widget on my dashboard for Users and it had the ability to add a User. When I used this widget I was able to add users. I could add the ones I deleted during testing and the new user.

Steps to adding Group permissions to a File in box

I'm using Box.com with both JWT and OAuth and I can't seem to figure out how to add group level permissions to files or folders. Can anyone tell me where I go to get at that? I've looked in the UI seemingly every where and I can't seem to find the Group permissions stuff.
All I can seem to find is how to Invite emails to the file.
In the edit group/create group area i found a way to assign folders to the group. perhaps that is the maximum of the fine-grainness of the security?
Here's info about Box File-Level Collaboration that you can only do through the api.

Servicenow Why can't I change Workflow of a Catalog Item?

I am unable to change the workflow of an existing Item. For some Items I can change the workflow, for others I can't.
What might be the possible reasons?
Tasks in progress?
What else can block me from changing the workflow? It is for for no security issue, since I am admin and have nearly all roles.
Thank you in advance. (Version is Helsinki, but also in Fuji I have this issue)
This I can't change...it's greyed out:
This one I can change easily
If you had impersonated and modify/publish the workflow, the workflow cant be changed after impersonating back to your main account. To fix this you can impersonate the same user (you can find by workflow last updated) and check out to do changes. if the user has no admin roles, try giving admin roles and do the needed and strip the roles back.
Hope it would be helpful. Let me know if it resolved the issue.

Google Cloud Storage Bucket won't let me share files

I'm trying to host files on a Google Cloud Bucket. I've used the service before, but now it's acting up on me with a new bucket for a different client.
For some reason, when I click the "Share Publicly" checkbox, it instantly unchecks itself and refuses to share the file.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
Update: After more experimentation, I've found that my client's account completely refuses to allow sharing for some unexplained reason. He's entered his billing information and is still on Trial time, but I don't know if that has anything to do with the issue. I've tried creating other buckets and modifying permissions with GSUTIL but no luck.
