My app did not get rejected but I honestly forgot a button that will give any player unlimited amount of gold. I was supposed to hide it before submitting but I forgot.
Does anyone know how to pull that app back and re-submit it before they evaluate ?
You can log into iTunes connect and reject your binary. Fix your button and resubmit. You will be placed at the end of the review queue, but you can at least fix the button.

I want to add a new app to the app store, they ask me a name and SKU number and than I have to select your app ID.
When I select the app ID to make the new app, I can't find the app ID that I need. I can only find those that I never used.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
Thanks in advance.
Wait for sometime. This is apple server issue.

Will an app get rejected if you have a button that opens a page in safari? And if so how can I avoid this?
No it won't get rejected. These buttons occur all the time. There are even buttons that open safari links that redirect to the appstore. They have a new rule that you're not suppose to have links advertising other people's apps, but that's being looked into.
Edit: Yes it is a strange question to ask (where did you get the notion). I should note, they have a problem with redirecting to external app stores. If you want payment, it has to be in app.

Would there be any problems with sending an Mac app to App Store if it is using mach_star for code injection? Would apple approve this app and are there any apps in Mac App Store using mach_star? Thanks in advance.
There is an unofficial check list (AppStore Checklist) with item 25 about interpreted code. It is not the exact thing you mentioned but it might be the reason to reject your app.

Based on how things are done for my company, we issue updates very very regularly. Is there a limit or regulation as to how many times you can send a new update submission for your app?
I have looked and googled for anything relating to this issue but haven't found anything yet.
Thanks in advance.
Simple answer. No, there is not. You can submit as many updates as you can produce. Naturally, you will have to wait for acceptance to submit the next version while one is in review though.

Fortunately our first application is in App Store now..
And in my itunesconnect account some of the fields are editable like screenshots, support url etc..
So, my question is if I update some of my screenshots or if I update the support url field when it will be reflects to itunes ?
Or it will directly reflects once I update my current application ?
Thanks in advance...
Yes, those will be reflected soon (from half-an-hour to a day).
