Get GPS from iPhone to wifi iPad via bluetooth?

Is it possible to transmit GPS data from a GPS-enabled iPhone to a wifi-only iPad? Does anyone have sample code to share that would do this?
How about getting GPS data from an Android via bluetooth, over to a wifi iPad?
Yes, but you would need to create an application for both devices that would communicate with each other. You cannot get the location over wifi without a custom application sending the data.
Have a look at the WiTap sample app. This app allows two devices to find each other and send data to each other using WiFi. You can adapt this code so one device sends location data it obtains to the other device instead of info about which rectangle was tapped.
I have no info for doing this with Android.

iOS GPS Location without carrier service neither wifi connection

specifically this question is for iPhone only, basically the question is - does iOS location service still give the geo-location (lat, long) when the device has no carrier service neither wifi connection?
Yes it will give you the location using GPS and if the GPS signal is not there it still gives you the old cached location. So in any case it will give you the location.
So far as I know, the latest models (since 3? I think?) have an actual GPS so as long as you can "see" open sky it will be getting lat/long. Whether or not the related apps are able to function (whether it can load the maps, for instance) is another matter entirely.

Bluetooth MAC Address reading from iOS device

I need to know the Bluetooth MAC address of an iOS device, is there any way this data is accessible?
The purpose would be to identify when any user gets near that Bluetooth device.
In case this isn't possible in any way, what alternatives should I take into account?
No this is not possible with iOS public APIs

Is iphone simulator geolocation features working with the Ethernet/Wired network connection only?

I'm trying to develop an iPhone application which uses the geolocation libraries. Is this feasible for the iphone simulator to simulate the GPS functionality without the use of my PC's Wi-Fi infrastructure? Does anyone know if the iphone simulator can spot your location using your IP-address only (so only the Ethernet cable connection is required)?
Thanks in advance.
You should test that functionality on an actual device. I believe the simulator will always show Cupertino, CA as the location.
No it won't work using ethernet. Core location appears to only work with WIFI even though at the end is the same router.
CoreLocation doesn't work in the simulator, but there are options
http://github.com/futuretap/FTLocationSimulator
Simulator doesn't have this functionality, but iSimulate has (it's not mine :-( ). It connects the device and simulator per WiFi and sends location events to the application within simulator: real GPS events and a few predefined locations around the world. Pretty cool!

how to find location using wifi in iphone

In my app, I am trying to figure out the location of my app user using WiFi (not GPS because my main area is inside the buildings), can any one please tell me how can I get user location using hotspot of WiFi.
Any basic guide or example is good .
Thanks in advance.

Use Core Location. The Core Location framework hides the actual device capability from you (more or less) and (depending on the options you set) give you a best estimate for latitude and longitude. I've used the exact same app on an iPhone and iPod touch and have gotten pretty good results with the touch. It won't be as accurate, but it's good enough for most applications.
Check out the Core Location documentation and the "LocateMe" sample code from the developer site: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#samplecode/LocateMe/Introduction/Intro.html
Unless you mean to figure out the location of your user in a specific building with known Wi-Fi spots, you'll have to resort to using a IP address geolocation database. There are services, such as that provided by MaxMind, that have a database which you subscribe to for updates. The database maps IP addresses to locations.
This will only get you approximations, so your best bet is to use GPS primarily but IP address as a backup.
