Liferay 6.1.2 account confusion on login - liferay-6

I have an issue about a liferay portal: kazagro.kz. This portal has 8 sites for 8 partner companies. Each organization has its own scopes, users. They have roles as like content manager, administrator, news manager.. and so on. In one of these organizations when some user, say some manager John logins to portal, he sees that he logged in to another account as administator whose name is Sam. or vice versa sometimes admin Sam can login as manager John, even though both of them signed in by their own accounts. Does anyone met this problem?

Try two things:
1)Reindex user
2)both users clear web browser (cache,cookies...)

Change Admin Account of Fabric

I tried to change admin account to my own.
Because the person who has the admin account has left. Our company is using Gmail as a corporate email, and unfortunately emails of people with admin accounts have been deleted.
Let me know what I can do
thanks.
Thanks! For this you will need to contact support through your Fabric dashboard. We will have two people from your organization verify that we can change someone to admin. After that you'll be back up and running. Thanks! -Todd from Fabric

No access to dashboard

I'm trying to use my delegate account (The principal account is managed by the enterprise owner) to access the PayPal developer and everything is fine until I click on the dashboard link. I'm getting a 403 error message.
Last year I was working with the same account and it was fine. I'm wondering if something have changed since the last time i used the dashboard feature? Did my user need more permissions to access the PayPal developer dashboard?
Any ideas?
if 'delegate' meaning authorized alias user ID; than in 'most' cases I have seen where one couldn't even log into the developer portal with their ALIAS ID. That said, I am aware that only the principal account owner may log into the developer portal using their email and password.
The permissions of an alias cannot be altered to allow such access even if they have the highest permissions on the account itself; ADMIN.
It is possible that this may have changed since last year but this is what I am aware as of 2016.
Hope this helps.

How to reassign "legal" permission in iTunesConnect

On our first iOS app, the person who started up our account with Apple assigned the "legal" permission to our shared support mail, and as such, the "legal" permission was assigned to that Apple ID. Even though the CEO filled in all the paperwork there, having access to that mail as well, "legal" should not have been assigned to that AppleID.
We need to now move that permission from the shared support mail over to our CEO's own company mail, but I can't seem to move that permission over, even while logged in as the current "legal" user. The check box for "legal" seems to be unclickable.
Is there any way to CHANGE the AppleID that is assigned to "legal?"
See instructions for Transferring the Team Agent Role (legal role) on this page:
https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/IDEs/Conceptual/AppDistributionGuide/ManagingYourTeam/ManagingYourTeam.html
In a nutshell (from the page above):
Sign in to developer.apple.com/account as the team agent, and click
Membership.
Scroll down to Settings, and click Transfer Team Agent Role.
Follow the instructions that appear in a series of dialogs.
For example, you will be asked to choose a new team agent and sign an
Agent Transferor Agreement.
The legal role can only be reassigned by contacting the developer support
https://developer.apple.com/contact/submit/
If I understand correctly and you would like to sign the legal role to another person, you have o do that under the User and Roles Tab in iTunes Connect. To change the user's roles you need to have the admin account. If you want to change the Apple ID that is used to sign all the contacts, that is unfortunately not possible. This is in most cases the initial email with which the account was initially created. This unfortunately will have to stay the same unless you convert from a private to a company account. Hope that helps.

Bluemix unable to view add new user link in bluemix despite having manager role

Trying to add users to the organization space.
Despite being listed as a manager, not able to view any link to invite users.
Appreciate any suggestions.
Go to manage organization page (not space page), and you should see something like this:
Then, use Invite a New User link.
Also, in same page, double check your user id has a tick on MANAGER column.
Hope this helps.
Are you trying to add users to your own organization (or) an organization are you invited to ?
From Bluemix documentation here :
Users
The basic role in organizations and spaces. You must be assigned to an organization before you can be granted permissions to the spaces within the organization.
In Bluemix, you can be either a member or a collaborator of an organization:
You are a collaborator of an organization if you already have a Bluemix account, and someone else invites you to the organization.
You are a member of an organization if you don't have a Bluemix account, but then someone invites you to the organization and you sign up for Bluemix from the invitation.
Note: You cannot invite users to your organization if you are a collaborator of the organization, even if you were assigned as an organization manager. Therefore, if you previously registered for a Bluemix account before you were invited to this organization, you cannot invite users, regardless of your role. See Unable to add users to an organization for information about how to work around this problem.
Only the owner of the organization can invite any new users.
You can try inviting users from your own organization. (the one which come by default with the name as your Bluemix Id).

Managing Users in iTunes Connect

I've created an iOS Developer individual account because I want to upload an application that I've got developed from another developer. I want to allow the other developer to upload the application to my profile.
Can I manage users and add him as an admin to my iTune Connect? Is this facility available only for company accounts?
I saw this which says "You are the only one allowed access to Program resources." under individual registration.
http://developer.apple.com/enroll/selectEnrollmentType.php?t=nm
Only company accounts can allow multiple users.
Edited: This is based on experience. If you register as a company you can add additional accounts (via the Member Center). If you sign up as a user, you can only have a single account for logging into iTunes Connect.
This is what it means by "You can add additional developers to your team who can access Program resources." under the Company column on that select enrollment type page.
You can also add team members in an individual license. I am enrolled in the iOS and Mac OS program and have added two of my friends to work together with me on an app. The UI shows that this is the way it should be (in the upper right corner is written "Florian Pilz, Florian Pilz", whereby the first name is the name of the team agent [me] and the second name is the name of the user currently logged in [me in my case, another in the case of my friends]).
