Why am I getting "Unable to execute dex" in my worklight app - eclipse

I am new to worklight and am trying to understand the baic workflow. so i googled a little bit and found a link to start with a simple HelloWorklight project. But i am getting the following errror.
[2014-08-13 10:12:59 - Dex Loader] Unable to execute dex: Multiple dex files define Lcom/google/zxing/BarcodeFormat;
[2014-08-13 10:12:59 - IBMScanScannerAndroid] Conversion to Dalvik format failed: Unable to execute dex: Multiple dex files define Lcom/google/zxing/BarcodeFormat;
Also my eclipse says No ipv4 address found. my ip addresss is correct. Am i missing something? Please suggest me any configuration settings to be changed or something. I would be happy to see a basic app running on my phone.
I follow by https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/blogs/WASFAQs/entry/using_a_barcode_scanner_with_worklight?
Html: i tried both the code given above and also just text "hello Worklight".
Help is greatly appreciated.

If you want to see a basic app running on your phone, you should not start with a not-basic app (like an app that utilizes a Cordova plug-in).
Instead, you should read the IBM Worklight Getting Started training modules, where you will understand how to run a Worklight app at first, and then how to run a Worklight-based Android app on your device.
Please start from there.
Additionally, the IP-related log line is simply for your information; read it thoroughly. You can ignore it if you intend to work locally at this time.
If you want to see a basic "Helo World" app running on your device, read and then use the supplied sample project in the section "Hello Worklight".

Angular Live Development Server api requests not found

really confused about this and don't know where to start.
Basically i have generated a new angular project with the "dotnet new angular" command.
Im using a fresh machine, node, npm etc etc are all up to date.
My issue is this template just does not work out of the box. When i run the application, all of the frontend will load however, any requests to the api's etc will 404 stating that it cannot find the url.
Message in Chrome console: "Error: Uncaught (in promise): Error: Cannot match any routes. URL Segment..."
My application runs on a different port everytime I execute the "dotnet run" command. Is this supposed to be the case ? Whichever port is generated, this will be the problematic one.
I have to manually change to port 5001 for anything to function correctly (although this comes with annoying security prompts.)
I am using visual studio code for this project. The funny thing is, if i run this project via visual studio (not code) i get a consistent static port number that will function as intended (this also comes with annoying security prompts) so i have to assume its this random port number that vscode is generating ?
Im honestly not to familiar with this so I could be way off admittedly. Any help or advice would be appreaciated. I'd post code snippets if I knew where to start.
PS, I know that I can of course just not run it with VSCode and just stick to Visual Studio. I'd rather understand the issue than ignore it though.
Thanks, in advance.

"Last Build Status: Failed" after uploading a build for analysis

We use Coverity's free scanning service for free and open source projects. We have not been able to utilize the service for the last two months or so. Prior to the service failures, we had half-a-dozen or so good analysis.
Submitting a scan results in:
Last Build Status: Failed. Your build has failed due to the following reason. Please fix the error and upload the build again.
Error details: :Failed to retrieve tar file
Coverity is very good about providing copy/paste directions, and we have copied/pasted them religiously. We verified there are no build errors, and we verified the build ends with "131 C/C++ compilation units (100%) are ready for analysis" and "The cov-build utility completed successfully".
We've tried to resolve the issue by verifying things from this generic solution provided in a "failed email" response from the service. We verified or performed all of them except number four.
We did not perform number four because Coverity's documentation is horrible (its the exact opposite of their awesome scanning service). Because there's no instructions or RTFM to read, we have no idea which knobs should be turned for bin/cov-configure. We don't want to mess with it since it worked in the past.
We also tried the following:
using the web submission form and browser
using curl from the command line
packaging cov-int/ in a tarball
packaging cov-int/ in a zip file
using all lowercase for the project name
capitalizing the first letter of the project name
We always get the same message ("Failed to retrieve tar file"), even with a ZIP file. Recall that prior to about 6 weeks ago, everything was working fine.
What is the secret to uploading a file to the service? What has changed in the last six weeks or two months?
After contacting the coverity support we just received the following answer and we could successfully submit a build. Seems there was some hickup on the coverity side.
"This was due to some behind the
scenes issues on our end – nothing interesting,, but it is back up and
running now. Thanks for your patience".

while running the app on my mobile it is giving
"can't load native library. cpu arch invalid for this build"
Even when i try to run it on Emulator also it is giving the same error. In some forum i found there might be problem with .so files. Even i tried that one also but still its not working.
The same problem i found here also :

Can anyone please give a solution for this ?
Simply rename your Lib folder with Libs

Scanning with Morena generates error: Failed to load twain_32.dll

I am working on a scan applet for browser. I use Morena 6.4.
Everything works on my local PC.
Sometimes this applet is started behind Citrix application server (4.5 version). Everything for image scanning is configured ok - some native applications can scan (this application uses TWAIN, like Morena).
When I try to scan with Morena, I get this error:
SK.gnome.twain.TwainExcaption: Failed to load twain_32.dll (error=126)
Image of the error:
According to your description, it seems be a permission issue, i.e. morena doesn't have enough permission to load twain_32.dll. What I used to verify it is to run the application as administrator, i.e. right click on the app, choose "run as admin".
In addition, please double check if the DLL (twain_32.dll) exists in C:\Windows. If not, you can download or copy one to this folder.
Hope my answer helps.

Runtime Error in Visual Simulation Environment - Microsoft Robotics Studio

I am using Microsoft Robotics Studio for a school project and I am getting a strange error when I try to run the Visual Simulation Environment. It was working fine until yesterday and then suddenly it gave me a runtime error saying "Illegal command line arguments... do not use VPLHost directly, use dsshost instead to run a manifest" But I am only clicking on Run in VPL/DSS Manifest editor.
I am running MRDS as administrator and I even tried re-installing MRDS but it is still showing the same MS VPL Runtime error. I tried to search online, but cannot find any suitable solution.
I already tried running the existing samples, I.e. Urban Environment, Multiple Simulated Robots etc. but it still gives me the same error. The strange thing is that it was working perfectly one minute, and then started giving me this error message the next minute, when I had not changed anything in between. In fact, I had wanted to change something in my manifest, so I closed the running VPL application, closed VPL and opened DSS manifest editor, and ran my manifest and that is when I got this error.
What is going wrong? Is some MRDS script using vplhost32.exe instead of dsshost? If so, then where and how do I change it?
I tried running the urban envrionment manifest from the command prompt and Using DSSHost32 directly. This time, it didn't give me a runtime error but an intiialization error. I tried changing port numbers but it still doesn't work. I have deleted many files from my computer to free space (JIC) and it still doesn't work. The window just doesn't open even when I hover over it in Windows 7.
The error message looks like this: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted."
This was even after I checked netstat for free ports and tried but I get this error message. Its either this one or the "Don't use VPLHost directly" if I run it through VPL or DSS Manifest Editor.
Could it be that some external services are interfering with DSSHost/VPLHost? Are there any such services which I could try killing? ANY help/suggestion would help right now as my project is due Thursday and this is a really unfortunate time for it to be acting up like this.
Does the problem reproduce after logging off & logging back on? It's likely that you had a process hanging around that you weren't aware of. Logging off should shut down any processes you personally started.
I don't know the solution of your problem, but it would be better that you post your question on the link below:
http://p2p.wrox.com/book-professional-microsoft-robotics-studio-isbn-978-0-470-14107-6-410/
[official forum for the book : Professional Microsoft Robotics Studio], i hope you will shortly get reply there,
The other option is to post your question on the msdn forum,

hope this would help....
