Date display in a drupal view - date

I would like to display a list of dates in a view, but the problem is that the dates are recorded in SQL format.
I would like to convert this date to my local date format, I'd have to be able to change the field data output format
How can I do this??
Thanks by advance

I found this solution :
I made modification in the "hook_field_formatter_view()" of my date-time field module.

Qlik Sense: Change date field format from Google Analytics API

I've pulled in data in Qlik Sense (cloud) from the Google Analytics connector. I'm trying to convert the standard date [ga_dateHourMinute] field to a more eligible date format.
The current format is YearMonthDayhHourMinute, for instance: 201810250004, I would like to convert this to the standard date format 2018-10-25 00:04:00. How do I do this? Answers concerning methods in the data load script or master formula's or variables are all welcome.
Click to see screenshot: left = current date format and right = desired date format
This is one approach:
DateAlter:
LOAD * INLINE [
Date
201810250004
];
DateAlter2:
LOAD
Date(Date#([Date], 'YYYYMMDDhhmm') ,'YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm') AS [MyDateField]
Resident
DateAlter;
If you haven't played around with the data manager, it will allow you to edit fields and handle dates in a fairly easy manner:
Qlik Sense Data Manager
I ended up creating a text fields that combined the different digits from the one field into a new order, then pushed the data format into a date/time. Quite a bit of work, but fairly solid.

Returns nil when getting data from the NOSQL using date query

I am getting response from json and after that I directly save json data into NOSQL table.Actually it is as 12/15/2017 in NOSQL table. But sometimes it stores as 12/4/2017.When I want to get the data from the table using date,it returns empty data.Because I use date format like this dd/MM/yyyy.I don't know how to send exact date format into table and get data from the table. If anyone help me to solve this issue,it would be great.
I had same issue before a week.I used to give date format wrongly.First I gave date format as MM/dd/YYYY.Then how I solved the issue is,I tried below date formatter.Once I changed the date formatter to below format,it works fine.
M/d/yyy

Format to enter a Date in Google Forms

I have a drop-down list of dates I want users of a form to select from. I have tried mm/dd//yy, mm/dd/yyyy, yyyy-mm-dd, yyyy/mm/dd and MMM-DD-YYY, but the data that ends up in the Sheet is always 12/31/1969 (25568.6666666667 if I change the display format). What format can I use to get a date successfully imported?
The answer in this thread didn't work for me: What format is required to import a date into google spreadsheet
The format mm/dd/yyyy works; I had a problem in the naming of the columns of the spreadsheet which was the source of the problem.

Convert Date Value When Using Google Form Date Picker from 5 Digit Format to MM/dd/yyyy format

I selected tomorrow's date (8/21/2014) from the data picker field of a Google Form submission, and the value "41872" is returned in the spreadsheet.
What format is this date format?
I need to convert this date format to the MM/dd/yyyy format using script, as formatting the Date column using the Format menu only updates the rows that are currently available...not the new rows that will be there when new form submissions come in.
How do I make this conversion?
I am not sure, but your issue seems to be very basic. Its about the cell formatting as like we do in Ms Excel.
For Google spreadsheet inorder to format a cell or a range,
1. Select the Range
2. On menu, Go To Format->Number->Date (and then select the required format)
Does this works?
I had the same confusion. All you need to do is just change the format from the menu Format->Number->Date & Time

Jasper Report Date Format

In Jasper Reoprt, crosstab, I have displayed my date as like "2012-09-13". Is there a way to display it in reverse as "13-09-2012" using any String methods? And another thing is that I retrieve the date from SQL dB.
Thanks in advance!
You can do the above in the query level itself instead of doing it on ireport.
You may want to refer to the below link on how to format dates
format date
In ireport, you can use SimpleDateFormat/DateFormat and format your dates as you require
