Is it possible to add a hyperlink to a facebook post? - facebook

I would like to add a hyperlink to my Facebook posts and would like to know whether or not it is possible. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Just type or paste a link to the page you're trying to link to within your message. Facebook will automatically make it a hyperlink when you send/post the message.

Simply type your hyperlink on whats on your mind. like- go to google.com . Here google.com will be detect as hyperlink automatically.
Hope this helps

How can I do this?
Thanks
The intruction to help us do that.
Facebook takes the data from the Open Graph tags in the page source. If you want to redirect to another website, you can do so with JavaScript - Facebook does not parse JavaScript.
I would not advise doing this though, people should know where they go before they click on a link - and not be redirected somewhere else.

add comments underneath an iFrame tab

I've created an iFrame app and added it to a fan page like here.
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Brad-Holland/224781117540627?sk=app_123543567752303
I would like to add comments box underneath the iframe so that its part of facebook and not my iframe.
Is this possible?
thanks in advance.
Brad
UPDATE
Hey many thanks for your response. Although this doesn't help me.
I am (as you can see from the link I showed you) able to put comments in the iFrame application see here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Brad-Holland/224781117540627?sk=app_123543567752303
however, because the comments are part of the iFrame then It starts giving me those awful scroll bars as soon as more than 2 comments are made. I want the comments to be outside of the iFrame. or at least stop the scroll bars from appearing..
any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Warm Regards,
Brad
yes it is possible see here you can use code somthing like specific to your post and this link may also help you.
and you can also have comment option with the new like button for the app for that see here

Need Advice: Facebook Like Button to like a subsite

i'm struggling around for days now ...this is the scenario:
a user can upload a pic and add some text on the site. After that, he/she gets a link that leads to his created content. I want the user not only to share his content with the link, but also on facebook with specified image and text. Tried this with open graph tags, but it is bad changing those tags dynamicly before liking because fb caches that info and does not recognize specific changes ... but correct me if i'm wrong ...
The problem seems to be, that when the user clicks on the like button, the content to share is not the actual site, but the subsite with its content ...
How would you do this?
Thanks for any advice!
I think you are looking for something like this:
facebook like: href url vs. canonical url
doing it with the fbjs sdk was the right hint ... now it works perfektly and individual ...

is it possible to add a a-href link to a user in a facebook wall post?

when you post a message using the facebookSDK, i was wondering if it is possible to add a link to another user profile?.
Something like:
Carl has left a message to Julian, Ana using the "Send Message" application
where Carl, Julian and Ana are links to their respective profile pages.
No, unfortunately you cannot tag people (friends) in that way using the api. I searched for ever to find a way for doing it, but it cannot be done.
Yes.I too tried the same . But facebook allows only plaintext to be posted as message to the wall.
Its better to drop the idea
Facebook now allows to tag poeple inside actions : https://developers.facebook.com/docs/opengraph/actions/#taggingpeople
