Symfony Form add just a Label

What is the way of add just label into a form and modify its value with the entity atribute value related to the form. PRE_SET_DATA event is properly executed but I don't know how to set its value. Picture code and result:
Cheers!
There is no way to just add a label (without textArea) dynamically, at least in Symfony 2.8 . I worked it around using an non-mapped disabled text without label.
You have to ADD again the same element name into PRE_SET_DATA function and 'thanks God Symfony' it keeps the order.
Cheers everyone!!

Validator at form level in angular 2

I want to create a validator for an angular2 form that involves several controls. So far, all I have found is how to create validators for controls inside a form, in an isolated way, like this:
this.myControl = new FormControl('',Validators.Required);
but I didn't find any example of a validator that involves the state of several controls at the same time.
To explain my case, here is a simple example.
In this example, what I want is:
IF the checkbox is selected, I want the two input boxes to be NOT REQUIRED.
IF the checbox is NOT selected, I want the two input boxes to be REQUIRED.
I could to this programmatically, but I wanted to know if there is an elegant solution that involves validators at a form level, not only at FormControl level.

Remove "empty" selection from dropdown list box

When creating a form in Orbeon Form Builder, you can define a list of values for a dropdown list box.
When running the form in form runner, is it possible to remove the "[Select...]" value from this dropdown list box?
I would like to restrict the possible values only to the given ones and restricting the user from selecting an "[Select...]" value when filling in the form. I hope you understand what I mean :)
Here is a screenshot
It's not possible without changes to Orbeon Forms to remove the empty option.
The best way to achieve what you want is to make the field required. When that's the case, the user will have to select a value or validation won't pass.
(The rationale for adding/keeping an empty option at the top is to force the user to make a selection. Otherwise it is possible that users might not even look at the option selected by default, and involuntarily select an incorrect option.)

vscode extension how to display a form

I wish to create a VSCode extension with an entry form on it - some way of input. So far I have only seen document processing or output for an extension.
How can you display a form of input fields in a vscode extension?
How much data do they need to enter? If it's not much, you should be able to handle it with a series of InputBoxes
From https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/extensionAPI/vscode-api
showInputBox(options?: InputBoxOptions): Thenable<string>
Opens an input box to ask the user for input.
The returned value will be undefined if the input box was canceled (e.g. pressing ESC). Otherwise the returned value will be the string typed by the user or an empty string if the user did not type anything but dismissed the input box with OK.
Parameter Description
options?: InputBoxOptions
Configures the behavior of the input box.
Returns Description
Thenable<string>
A promise that resolves to a string the user provided or to undefined in case of dismissal.
The Visual Studio Code API does not have any native methods to display forms to collect input. You can however, chain together Input Boxes, Quick Picks, etc... You can find all these methods under vscode.window.(...).
If these do not satisfy your needs you can implement a webview which allows you to render integrated HTML in Visual Studio Code and trade messages with the extension.
The most simple aproach would be to simple send all collected data from the form to the extension once you hit the submit button or something similar.
You have a nice little tutorial on how to do that here.
Another approach is to see how far you can go with editing JSON objects in settings.json. I thought I would need a form for 8-10 fields, but it turns out that I can create a settings template that has a series of labels and and entry fields (with type validation).

Kentico CMS: Form Validation - At least one input answered

I have a simple feedback form in a Kentico CMS site.
There are two inputs and a submit button. One of the inputs is a yes/no radio button selection and the other is a text area input. (please see screenshot).
I want the user to be able to submit the form only when at least one of the following 3 criteria are met:
'Was this page helpful?' was answered.
The text area value is not blank and the value does not equal the default text value which is 'How can we improve this page? Providing feedback helps us to improve this information'
Or, both criteria in 1 and 2 are met.
Basically, I want them to answer at least one of the inputs.
Is this type of validation possible using Kentico forms/online form web part?
Screenshot of form (may be of use):
I contacted Kentico about this functionality and their response is below:
Regrettably, this type of validation is not provided. Kentico CMS
perform validation for each built-in control separately.
In general, you have two options. The first one is to implement the
OnBeforeValidate or OnAfterValidate events which give you the ability
to perform a custom validation if necessary. You can access each field
as follows:
string answerText =
ValidationHelper.GetString(viewBiz.BasicForm.Data.GetValue("answerText"),
"");
If the validation fails, you need to set the StopProcessing of the
BizForm control to true:
viewBiz.StopProcessing = true;
More information about customization possibilities related to BizForm
can be found here:
http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/index.html?api_bizforms_customization_possibilities.htm
Another way would be creating a custom form control just as it is
described in the documentation:
http://devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/developing_form_controls.htm
The form control would allow users to specify both fields and
therefore you can peform the custom validation (IsValid method)
according to your requirements.
To set a field other than the field for which the for control is used,
you need to implement the GetOtherValues method.
Then, just disable the other field so that it is not displayed on the
form twice.
