Unable to run second instance of GlassFish - netbeans

I'm trying to setup a pipeline following the guide on this website.
I setup the glassfish servers as shown in the guide. When I run one of the servers there is no problem. But as I run a second server it gives the following error:
http://pastebin.com/jPm7gfGt
For comparison the first server I run gives the following output:
http://pastebin.com/xwqF5v62
I'm a bit confused on what to do next. It seems a port is in use?

Can You try to create domains steb-by-step. I.e create first one - production than start it with
asadmin start-domain production.
Than create next one.
In that case glassfish can detect already used ports and select other numbers in second and next domains.
Hope this helps

Whatsapp Business API production setup not working

I am trying to configure or setup the production environment of whatsapp business api as mentioned in the link https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/installation/prod-single-instance
I have done everything mentioned in this my dockers are also running on port:9090 as can be seen in the image
still I can't access it. Whenever I try to call https://localhost:9090 the error with "This site can’t be reached" occurs. Whatsapp business api does not have good documentation or tutorials till now. So this site is the only last way for me.
I had a similar problem which could be your case, I saw the docker containers OK but nothing was working. After a day searching I saw where it happened, my problem was I installed mysql MANUALLY (not docker container) in the same instance where docker is running and in db.env I just used 127.0.0.1, this was passed literally to docker container, then looking at a the wait_on_mysql.sh script, the whastapp docker containers were waiting util the mysql ip has conectivity to actually do something and was printing "MySQL is not up yet - sleeping" each second, of course they wouldn't find any conectivity.
Since my instalation is for development, and I am already using such database to other stuff, my solution was to use the 172.17.0.1(docker gateway of the containers) IP instead, then add two sets of network iptables rules to the host to redirect from the docker containers IP to the IP binded by mysql when using such port (3306, the default in my case). After that everything works well. I think there are better solutions, but I didn't want to go far on it, you should evaluate you case if apply.
check the command:
docker-compose logs > debug_output.txt
That gives you insight about whats happening, hope it can helps someone.
I think your setup is already complete. You just need to start with the registration process and start sending messages. The containers are up and running but calling https://localhost:9090 won't send you any response as this is not any specified API endpoint expected to be used.
Since you're using prod single instance, the documentation can be found here which seems pretty straight forward. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/installation/prod-single-instance
You seem to have completed till the 7 steps. The next step can be to perform a health check to make sure it is healthy. The API endpoint for that would be https://localhost:9090/v1/health https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/api/health
Has your db also been setup?
I cannot see it in the docker screenshot.
Also - you have to accept the certificate, as it does not have a public CA issues certificate.

Connected To XEPDB1 From SQL Developer [duplicate]

I am using ORACLE database in a windows environment and running a JSP/servlet web application in tomcat. After I do some operations with the application it gives me the following error.
ORA-12518, TNS: listener could not hand off client connection
can any one help me to identify the reason for this problem and propose me a solution?
The solution to this question is to increase the number of processes :
1. Open command prompt
2. sqlplus / as sysdba; //login sysdba user
3. startup force;
4. show parameter processes; // This shows 150(some default) processes allocated, then increase the count to 800
5. alter system set processes=800 scope=spfile;
As Tried and tested.
In my case I found that it is because I haven't closed the database connections properly in my application. Too many connections are open and Oracle can not make more connections. This is a resource limitation. Later when I check with oracle forum I could see some reasons that have mentioned there about this problem. Some of them are.
In most cases this happens due to a network problem.
Your server is probably running out of memory and need to swap memory to disk. One cause can be an Oracle process consuming too much memory.
if it is the second one, please verify large_pool_size or check dispatcher were enough for all connection.
You can refer bellow link for further details.

I ran across the same problem, in my case it was a new install of the Oracle client on a new desktop that was giving the error, other clients were working so I knew it wouldn't be a fix to the database configuration. tnsping worked properly but sqlplus failed with the ora-12518 listener error.
I had the tnsnames.ora entry with a SID instead of a service_name, then once I fixed that, still the same error and found I had the wrong service_name as well. Once I fixed that, the error went away.
If from one day to another the issue shows for no apparent reasons, add these following lines at the bottom of the listner.ora file. If your oracle_home environment variable is set like this:
(ORACLE_HOME = C:\oracle11\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\server)
The lines to add are:
ADR_BASE_LISTENER = C:\oracle11\app\oracle\
DIRECT_HANDOFF_TTC_LISTENER=OFF
I had the same problem when executing queries in my application. I'm using Oracle client with Ruby on Rails.
The problem started when I accidentally started several connections with the DB and didn't close them.
When I fixed this, everything started to work fine again.
Hope this helps another one with the same problem.
I experienced the same error after upgrading to Windows 10. I solved it by starting services for Oracle which are stopped.
Start all the services as shown in the following image:
I had the same issue. After restarting all Oracle services it worked again.
same problem encountered for me.
And from oracle server listener log, can see more information.
and I found that the SERVICE_NAME is not match the tnsnames.ora configured Service name. so I changed the application's data source configuration from SID value to Service_NAME value and it fixed.
23-MAY-2019 02:44:21 * (CONNECT_DATA=(CID=(PROGRAM=JDBC Thin Client)(HOST=__jdbc__)(USER=XXXXXX$))(SERVICE_NAME=orclaic)) * (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=::1)(PORT=50818)) * establish * orclaic * 12518
TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error
64-bit Windows Error: 203: Unknown error
I had the same issue in real time application and the issue gone by itself next day. upon checking, it was found that server ran out of memory due to additional processes running.
So in my case, the reason was server run out of memory
first of all
check the listener log
check the show parameter processes vs select count(*) from v$processes;
increase the process, it may require SGA increase

Can we configure a single node manager for multiple managed servers in Weblogic

I have three managed servers running on a Weblogic domain. Now I need to configured node manager so that I can stop and start each of the managed servers.
My question is do I need to define a separate 'Machine' and 'Node Manager port' for each of the managed servers? Or can a single 'Machine' and "Node Manager port' combination be used to start/stop multiple managed servers
Thanks in advance
Yes it is possible but the configuration depends on how your Machines are distributed across your hosts on whether you need to use different ports etc. Oracle provides quite a detailed tutorial on this here. The contents of which is too much to replicate into SO.
I recommend you follow the tutorial and then post any specific questions you may have as a new question.
Step 1: Start weblogic server and open weblogic console in browser and login with correct credential.
Step 2: Expand Environment and click on Machine link
Step 3: Click on New to add new machine and give the machine name. Then click on next.
Step 4: Enter Listen Address (server IP) and port on which node manage will run. And then click Finish.

How can I setup a cell and collective in Bluemix

I'm trying to setup a cell and a collective in a WAS for bluemix service. I've found a few steps online for generic liberty setup, but nothing specific for a bluemix collective or cell. Can someone point me in the right direction?
At a high level, you should be able to do the following for a Cell:
Login to the Admin Console as wsadmin
Create a server.
Open all the ports on each host for each server created by running the openFirewallPorts.sh script. Below, you will find the standard ports for a new server given that only one server exists on each host You may need to open more ports for additional servers on the same host since ports can be unique per server. Try the following:
cd WAS_HOME/virtual/bin
export serverPorts=2810:TCP,2810:UDP,8880:TCP,8880:UDP,9101:TCP,9101:UDP,9061:TCP,9061:UDP,9080:TCP,9080:UDP,9354:TCP,9354:UDP,9044:TCP,9044:UDP,9443:TCP,9443:UDP,5060:TCP,5060:UDP,5061:TCP,5061:UDP,11005:TCP,11005:UDP,11007:TCP,11007:UDP,9633:TCP,9633:UDP,7276:TCP,7276:UDP,7286:TCP,7286:UDP,5558:TCP,5558:UDP,5578:TCP,5578:UDP
sudo ./openFirewallPorts.sh -ports $serverPorts -persist true
Start your server.
Deploy your application.
There are a few slight differences for a Liberty Collective, but again, at a high level, you should be able to try the following:
Switch your user to wsadmin or ssh to your host using wsadmin / password
On each host, create a server and join it to the collective. Be sure to use the full host name of the controller for the --host parameter.
cd WAS_HOME/bin
./server create server
./collective join server --host=yourhostname --port=9443 --user=wsadmin --password=xxxxxxxx --keystorePassword=yyyyyyyy
Accept the chain certificate (y/n) y
Save the output from each join so you can paste it into each host's application server.xml file before deploying your application.
Install the features required by your application on each host. The features listed below are an example.
cd /opt/IBM/WebSphere/Liberty/bin
./featureManager install --acceptLicense ejblite-3.2 websocket-1.0 jsp-2.3 jdbc-4.1 jaxrs-2.0 cdi-1.2 beanValidation-1.1
NOTE: Output from this command will contain messages similar to:
chmod: changing permissions of
`/opt/IBM/WebSphere/Liberty/bin/featureManager': Operation not
permitted
This is OK. You should see this message upon completion:
Product validation completed successfully.
Update your application's server.xml file with the information saved in Step 2.
Start your server.
Deploy your application.
Verify your application is reachable :9080/appname

Visual Studio cannot process a dimension

I'm trying to create a cube using SQL Server 2008 R2. When I tried to process a dimension, this error occurred:
The project could not be deployed to the 'wasim-PC/Joker' server
because of the following connectivity problems : A connection cannot
be made. Ensure that the server is running. To verify or update the
name of the target server, right-click on the project in Solution
Explorer, select Project Properties, click on the Deployment tab, and
then enter the name of the server.
I searched about a solution but I failed.
When you process a cube or dimension, its definition is first deployed to a server running SQL Server Analysis Services.
The error tells you that the deployment fails because it cannot find the service on 'wasim-PC/Joker'. I'm guessing this is your workstation. Make sure they analysis services service is installed and running on your local system. If you want to deploy to a different server, follow the steps specified in the error message.
I changed UAC Setting to "Never notify me" and every thing work well now! ( Windows 7 )
