I am newbie in Xamarin; I know there must be ready components for what I need, already I searched but not yet found.
I need to create a dynamic graphic like this:

I wore this in PhoneGap (html5 + JS), but now I'm moving to Xamarin forms and would like to know if any third component is what I need or I'll have to do everything from scratch.

I'm currently looking into graphing too and OxyPlots seems to be a pretty good line graph tool. I don't think it supports dynamic updating so you'd have to program it to update manually when new data points come available.
I've not gotten round to actually using this myself but I thought I'd post this here in case it works for you.
Edit: Here's a list of examples. Also you can add it to your project using nuget so it should be easy to set up.

Im in need for good candlestick chart for my web app and chart at http://bitcoinwisdom.com/ is really what Im looking for. I like the way you can zoom and move with it. Is it possible to figure out what they are using or do you think they made it up on their own? If so with what tools? Another amazing charting can be found here https://www.tradingview.com/e/ these two sites have even better charting than some desktop apps and I wanna know how they did it.
In searching the bitcoinwisdom's forums I found a couple posts asking for the exact same thing. In fact, I stumbled upon your SO post here looking for the same thing.
According to those forum posts' responses they used d3js.org with the rest being custom code. Unfortunately for us as their implementation is very impressive! View source on the page and look for the JS files they are referencing. The code is obfuscated and minified so porting it will be very difficult.

If you can rely on the web, although it's a far from optimal solution, you can embed a UIWebView in your application, and use the Google Graph Visualization API or you can use a UIWebView with an HTML5 graph library lake rgraph. Look here for a jQuery based solution. Filament Group made also this one.

A commonly used Cocoa "native" charting library is core-plot. Whilst I've yet to personally use it, it seems to be quite popular and is under active development.

I have some data that is displayed in a bar chart, using Google's Visualization API. Was simple enough until designers redesigned it... Now it appears to be something that is beyond what Google can help me with.
Given the attached mockup (and note the finer details like reflection and gradients!)- how would you go about building it? Using some existing graphing libraries? Homebrew from the ground up?

If you need to adhere to the custom design requirements as depicted in the image above, I would build a charting application using a more generalized graphics library such as Rapheal.
While it doesn't provide a simple API for plugging data into a chart, it does provide the ability to build a chart with the following:
a variety of shapes (i.e. the bars)
gradients
embedded images (i.e. the background)
You can change the visual effect using CSS.
Ofcourse you can use chuckx recommendation of Rapheal which is a SVG based Javascript Library. It can accept JSON values so say if you have JSON from Google API you could feed in directly.
Option 2 : HTML Canvas. There are lot of HTML 5 canvas libraries like Kinect, fabric.js powerful javascript canvas libraries
I'm looking to build an interactive web-based org chart for a large organization. I somewhat like the interface at ancestry.com where you can hover over people and pan/zoom around and click on different nodes to make them the root.
Ideally, I'd like it if people could belong to multiple organizational entities like committees, working groups, etc. In other words the API should support graphs in general, not just trees.
I'd like to be able to visually explode each organizational substructure into substituents by clicking on it, with a nice animation of the employees ballooning or spilling out so you can really interactively drill down through the organization.
I found http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/orgchart.html but it looks a bit rudimentary.
I know there are desktop tools like OrgPlus and Visio that can build static charts but I'm really looking for a free, web-based API with open standards-based output like SVG or HTML5 Canvas elements rather than Flash or some proprietary output. Something I can embed into a custom web application and style myself. Something interactive.

I've had a go at building this in d3.js. It was originally built for data pulled from Yammer but now it will work with any csv - like this one.
Here's the repo and here's a demo. You will need to know a little html/javascript to customise it for your application.

Something you should also consider when you are looking in to this is your charting requirements. Many org charts only support a single top node. If you wanted to map a family tree for example then this might not be the case.
I've been trying to get pretty charts to work in GWT on our internal network.
Playing around with GWT-Ext's charts is nice, but it requires flash and is really messy to control (it seems buggy, in general).
I'd like to hear about something that works with the least amount of dependencies and it also must work without a connection to the web (so, Google' charts API isn't a solution).
Edit: Indeed, I would rather a library that is all client-side.

Googling for "GWT +sparklines" has gotten me to gchart, which seems like what I need.
From what I understand - it's all client side and requires nothing more than their JAR file.
Google's charts actually come in two flavours, and one of them does not require interaction with Google's servers - so should satisfy your needs.
Google Image Charts is the API you are thinking of, which is an API on Google's servers that returns images.
Google Interactive Charts is a client side javascript API that renders entirely within the browser: Google Interactive Charts
Google provides a GWT wrapper for the interactive charts: GWT Visualization API
It's not all rainbows and unicorns and you can find chart libs out there that make nicer charts, but it's pretty solid, works on all major browsers and we've been using it successfully for quite a while.

Do you want something that has a server side component or entirely client driven? The best ones I have seen are all flash, alas. I have done little tricks with JS and GWT before, but there is only sophisticated I will get before I go hunting for a library to do it for me.
There is also "sparklines" - they are available in lots of flavours (very simple charts though).
gchart looks seriously awesome. Go with it !
If you're looking for client-side check out flotr which is based on prototype javascript library or flot which is based on jQuery. Both work well, though flot seems like its got a bigger backing.
If you are willing to go with flash, XML/SWF is a wonderful tool
+1 flot, requires jQuery though, so might not play well with GWT, I haven't used that.
Another flash option, with a pre-built GWT integration - Open Flash Chart / ofcgwt.
I think that gwt-chart is a better framework for you.
well.. i've used yahoo ui chart library (which GWT-Ext uses internally). Pretty neat solution, in the beta stage though.

There is one open source api for charts in GWT hosted on http://code.google.com/p/gwt-rcharts/ . The API works on SVG/VML specification. You may find it quite easy to implement and use. You may find the demo at http://gwt-rcharts.appspot.com/
