i have a simple question for you.
I have many sites with opencart 1.5.6.
With the new updates ( https://devblog.paypal.com/paypal-ssl-certificate-changes/ ), the module "paypal standard", integrated in opencart, it will continue to work?
Can you help me please?
Apparently this only applies to very old operating systems. If you are running a fairly recent server, this shouldn't be an issue.
A complete list of supported systems can be found here:

Since there exist plugin for Skype for Business that do much more than that.
How hard would that be to create similar plug-in for MS Team with only functionality would be taking the status from the Genesys and setting it up to the corresponding status in Ms Teams, so if someone is on the call everyone can see it on MS TEAMS and know he's not available.
Would someone with little experience in writing plug-ins could do it and where he could start? Maybe they already working on it? Any ideas?
Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience, some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, we also recommend you to raise your UserVoice here:
So I'm building a membership website. The principle is simple in that you sign up for a recurring membership, then you are allowed to register, and the server will be notified of all payments or non-payments so it can keep the membership active or disable it for non-payment.
So two questions, and this is pretty broad since I'm just looking for the right place to start.
Does this require full PayPal SDK integration (I'm using CakePHP) or is it possible to use the simpler Premade solutions - I guess my question here is, is the only way for PayPal to contact my server when a member pays through full integration?
Is it possible to set this up completely on a local host? I'm building the website on my localhost of course it occurs to me that I don't have it connected to the internet for PayPal to communicate with it directly. Are there work arounds for this?
Really just looking for anyone experienced with this type of E-Commerce to chime in. I'm very experienced with PHP so I'm really just looking for a place to start.
After searching on the net and with others I still have not found a solution to integrate instant messaging system with my site developed in CakePHP.
I found plugins but they are all for version 1.3. and my version of cakephp is 2.8.
Let me explain, I will wish to develop (or use an existing plugin ) an instant messaging system while having the ability to change the user status (online, offline, away, ...).
The user can view the old discussions and his lateral space will be positioned on the right for example listing all the people connected etc.
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Cordially.
i thinks this solution you cannot found it because she need a special developpement .
Cakephp is not prefect for real time operation. You can use nodeJS socket IO http://socket.io/get-started/chat/
I have a use case in which we need to transfer funds from our merchant account to our customer local bank.
I found paypal legacy api which says it can make ach transfers.
I want to know how secure is using this legacy api and whether this is supported anymore or not.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Yes, it still works fine and will continue to work for a very long time. Too many solutions up-and-running on it for them to dump it, and it's also still much more mature (loaded with more features) than REST. They continue to add new features, too, so for REST to catch up it's going to a while.
REST API still needs lot of features, so I don't think that they will shut Classic API down soon.
I am looking for the most suitable and easy to configure solution that would integrate Magento with a CRM.
Which CRM is more suitable and compatible with Magento?
Thanks in advance,
We are using SugarCRM right now with Magento and it works very well. The connector is like $200 and does everything we need.
http://www.vivendoconnect.com/crm/sugarcrm-standard-extension.html was where we got it
I have heard of Microsoft Dynamics, Highrise & Zendesk CRMs as well, but how much are they manageable through Magento extensions is my major concern.
Also as "Josh" said, there are extensions for SugarCRM.
There are also extensions for other famous CRMs as well like Salesforce & viger in Magento.
May be this post is old, but still I'm interested in knowing the details of the possibility of the integration as well.
Hope it helps.
