Libreoffice impress notes formatting removed from slideshow - libreoffice

I am creating a Libreoffice Impress (powerpoint) set of slides and the one thing I can't figure out is notes formatting. The core issue is that I can format the notes, but when I start the slideshow, all of the formatting is removed and I end up with a difficult to read text blob wherein only newlines are preserved.
Is there any way to carry over the notes formatting into the notes display mode during a slideshow? I've searched for an answer to this and have found nothing so I feel like I'm missing something really simple.

If you're notes are unreadable because line spacing does not carry forward you may want to add spaces between the notes that you want separated, this should make them easier to read.

Notes formatting is useful for printing or exporting as PDF. During the presentation, formatting is not shown. However the font size can be adjusted by using the zoom controls. According to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/8/86/IG4208-SlidesNotesHandouts.pdf:
Notes provide a convenient way to create reminders or add extra
information to slides in a presentation. Notes are not displayed
during a slide show. However, using dual displays, you can display any
notes on the second display as a presentation cue. You can also print
the notes and use them as handouts.
If the notes are unreadable without formatting, then perhaps it would help to enter more newlines. If you have so many notes for one slide that they become a "difficult to read text blob", then maybe you need to simplify the notes.

Can you help me finding the best method to add long paragraphs in flutter?

I know about html plugins which can be used to add pages of long paragraphs
I also know about flutter codes which can be used to add long paras of texts
But I am not satisfied with both methods..
I am creating a lesson app and want to insert tons of texts and images in a beautifully way...
Can you suggest me any way [better way] to add long texts with keeping eye on the size of the app
I have added screenshots for reference
I'd recommend checking out Zefyr. It's a WYSIWYG that can embed images, display lists and even has collaborative editing capabilities. If you only wanted it for presentation you could make it view only by changing the mode to ZefyrMode.view on the ZefyrEditor constructor.
Edit:
Another more lightweight solution is to use flutter_markdown. It also supports images, lists and so on and doesn't require the special delta format that Zefyr does when storing your strings of text.

Mark Labels Not Displaying In Tableau 2018

Others have asked this question before, but no one has provided an actual answer to it. I can't get all of the marks/labels to display in my Tableau visualizations.
Selecting "allow labels to overlap" does not fix the problem. That displays several hidden labels for the smallest of the areas, and it places those labels at the top of the bars, ignoring the formatting that sets the labels to the bottom. However, whether or not that option is checked, the empty areas in the screen shot stay empty. And those areas are clearly large enough to display the missing labels without encroaching on any other label.
I'm guessing this is a bug in Tableau because there's no reasonable explanation as to why this is happening, but I'm new to Tableau and unsure how to address this.
While I can offer no explanation, this has been a reported problem for several years. Tableau's own documentation states to check the Allow marks to overlap checkbox, yet that doesn't always work.
I don't know if it's a bug so much as it is a complicated calculation for the rendering engine to determine what will and won't fit into a space. To the human eye it will fit but it's possible the underlying calculations inside Tableau don't see it that way. I find that particularly on dual-axis charts (like yours) this happens more frequently. I've done two things to get around it when it comes up:
Change font family or font size
Put more info into the tooltips so the end user sees the data when they hover.
If you wish to pursue this as a bug, you will need to contact Tableau Support and file a case. They will ask you to submit a twbx file to reproduce the issue.
I hope that helps.
Label -> Font -> Automatic solved the problem for me
You can select individual marks, right click to pop up a menu, and specify whether to always hide or always show the labels for the selected marks (overriding the default behavior)

Formatting text in a list in app inventor 2

I have a list that I want to display some text as bold and other parts not bold. First of all I have been accomplishing this when not inside of a list by just making a bunch of labels and then manually going through the text adding \n and spaces for formatting, which takes forever. If there is an easier way of doing that I would love to know. Anyway my question is how can I add formatted text to a list.
So instead of those individual text elements I want to add multiple formatted text elements in place of one.
how can I add formatted text to a list
sorry, that's unfortunately not possible with App Inventor
you can take a look at this App Inventor Classic example, which uses some HTML to do the formatting

need to style input from a form with css in real time

Ok im struggling to find anything on this as im probably searching the wrong keywords.
I have a backed form thats use to display content on a page. When entering the details i want to be able to use a basic text editor to style the text, like bold, bullets, underline.
On top of that i would also like to allow them to wrap section in paragraph tabs, apply a certain style i.e style id="x".
Its more for backend so it doesnt have to be really user friendly but if there was an uncomplicated way of showing the styles in the form as i apply them, basically a WYSIWYG view. If not i will settle for applying the styles without having to see all the hmtl and css tags in the editor but when the information is passed via the INSERT query it will show pass all the relevant code like My Style and so on.
Now im quite happy to spend the time learning how to do this if you point me in the right direction but i have no idea what keywords to search. Ideally if there is a script out there i can just edit to my needs would be great too rather than starting from scratch.
Finally since im learning php and mysql still keeping it dumbed down will help and also since my values im passing is going to be full of characters the code wont like what functions should i look up to pass the code and content into the database to avoid breaking the code
I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but it seems you can achieve what you want using an editor like for example TinyMCE in combination with JQuery?
With JQuery you can show/hide items and ander your css like
$("p").mouseover(function () {
$(this).css("color","red");
});

Searching text from UITextView in iPhone

I'm developing an application for the iPhone where some text is shown in a UITextView. I want to search for a specific word in the text and then show the text with that specific word colored. If anyone can help me solve this, I'll be very glad.
UITextView does not allow any formatting of the text within it. If the text is static (i.e. doesn't need to be edited), use a UIWebView instead; that will allow you to apply HTML formatting.
If a web view isn't an option, your best bet will be to try to calculate where the text in question will fall in the text view and then draw some sort of highlight around it. NSString has some methods to calculate how much space you need to draw a given string on screen; by being very, very clever with those methods, you may be able to work out where the word you're trying to highlight is. Unfortunately, this will not be at all simple.
If you do come up with a solution, everyone here would probably love to hear about it!
