When I look at a page in page view in the typo3 backend, I want to add some information to each tt_content element, like write the section_frame type in the header of the draggable item. Like here:
Can I add Information in the grey bar, like a title or something? How can this be done? I'm at a loss, I don't even really know what to google, because I don't know what that thing is called in typo3.
Any, ANY hints would be appreciated. Thank you!
Grey header is reserved for icons and you can not change it, on your screenshot the Image Slider is the header of CE, and it can be manipulated by the
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['cms/layout/class.tx_cms_layout.php']['tt_content_drawItem'] hook.
It's quite busy process, so I just can link to the nice blog post by Steffen Müller: https://stmllr.net/blog/customizing-preview-widgets-in-the-typo3-page-module/

I'm new here as I didn't post anything but SO sure helped me a lot.
So, in this website http://www.myworld-24.com/Acasa/ keeping FB's like and share buttons in the header caused the rest of the page underneath them to disappear until fully loaded.
I've moved them in the footer and used css to position them into the header but I don't think that's a great solution.
I've made a simpler example here http://www.myworld-24.com/test.html
What is to be done?
PS: sorry for bad english
I am looking to create a slider within wordpress that is a little out of the norm and was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to go about it.
I'd like a slider for a meet the team page on our website.
I am hoping the slider could work as normal but have filters on the left for departments and thumbnails below and outwith the slider with each employee on there.
I would like these thumbnails to be clickable and for the matching slide to appear when the thumbnail is clicked.
Can anyone suggest a plugin or a method to create this kind of thing?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Well i think you are referring to isotope jquery plugin. It filters down items based on the selected tag. Its actually free but you will have to create modify it for your needs. If you are using bootstrap you can get the idea of implimentation from here.

Here is a paid wordpress plugin that can do that for you.

I'm building an app with Phonegap/Cordova and Web standards, such as HTML and CSS. However, somewhere on the part of creating this, my skills aren't sufficient.
Ok, let's get this straight: I'm trying to create a navigation bar at the top of the screen. Very basic, even without buttons, just plain text with links.
Check-out this screenshot. As you might see or not.. The middle one isn't exactly placed in the middle. I've tried with div styles, span classes and tables seem the best option.. Yet still insufficient.
What's the best option to create such header?
p.s. No, of course there won't be a border in the table :D - Just for viewing. ^^
I did an example of something like this for a talk... here's a basic version with just a header and some scrollable content: http://jsbin.com/UWeQeli/1/edit
Hope it helps.
If your look at this screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/1J3m2e2x1G1z, you'll notice that the facebook iframe element overwrites the Karma comment bubble. Could anybody help me with either removing the bubble alltogether of with removing the facebook element?
thanks
This can probably be fixed pretty easily with css. If you have a link to the site I can take a look at it and tell you what you need to add to your stylesheet. Also, t.thielemans is right, it would be best set up a child theme (Not nearly as complicated as it sounds) which would prevent the changes from going away if you update your theme.
I need to build a tab looking like this one:
https://www.facebook.com/auto.co.il/app_134594493332806
I know how to add an image and a comment box and i know of several "plain" ways to hide the content from non-fans, but i came across the above tab and i really like the way it shows thee content yet you cant engage it until you press the like button.
Any help please?
Thanks in advance.

Your link didn't work for me, but you can place a absolutely positioned div with a high z-index above the rest of your content to prevent the user from clicking on anything.
Update: Now that the link has been updated I see that they are doing exactly what I described above. In chrome if you right-click the background and select "inspect element" you will see the following computed style for the div:
rgba(0,0,0,0.796);
display:block;
height:1612px;
width:810px;
The content is blacked out simply with a div with a black background and some opacity. Just for fun, you can overcome their like gate (without liking) via chrome's JS console by selecting the iframe context and then entering the following:
$('.like_float_c').detach();
... now call youself a 'hacker' ;)
