Magento 2 - Custom Shipping Carrier and methods not showing in frontend - magento2

I am currently trying to create a new shipping carrier that will get its rates and methods through xml online. It seems that everything is working fine since i was able to debug that the method collectCarrierRates in module-shipping\Model\Shipping.php is actually appending all the methods and their rates but they are not showing in the checkout/cart page.
If i leave the zipcode empty i get the carrier title and under it stating "This shipping method is not available. Please specify the zip code." but if i add the zip code the carrier title disappears and no methods are shown.
I would really appreciate any info on how to further debug this problem. Since i am not able to follow where the rates are going after being generated by this function.
Thanks

Maneuver issues in Turn By Turn Navigation with HERE maps in Flutter

Thanks in advance.
We have to use HERE map's Turn by turn navigation feature in one of our Flutter application, we have added billing in the developer account and have created the necessary keys.
When we try HERE map examples they have provided, we get everything except maneuver instructions that shows the user when to turn right/left/go straight for some distance etc.
I'm new to this and I have no idea how to get this, we never get events on the listener and it only shows updating there, am I missing something ?
this is how it looks right now, Updating...
I think we should be getting the progress here, but we are not getting it here...
_visualNavigator.routeProgressListener = Navigation.RouteProgressListener((routeProgress) { }
Please look into the provided example app. It shows here how to get the maneuver actions.
Your screenshot shows a different app, so make sure everything works with the example app, at first. The app offers to run a simulation mode. This should work. If you run the example app with real GPS updates, you may need to go outside and move to get location updates. This should also work.
If this still does not work, it could either mean that your device has an issue with getting GPS locations. Some iPads, for example, lack support. Or that you have disabled getting location updates. You can cross-check this when trying the positioning_app example from the same repository that shows how to get location updates.
A last point may be to clarify what events you get and what you miss: There are multiple event listeners providing real-time information during guidance - if you have only an issue with maneuvers, then most likely you can solve your issue by following strictly the code of the example app.
Note that previous HERE SDK versions, prior to HERE SDK 4.13.0, only provided empty maneuver instruction texts during guidance when they have been taken from the route instance. Make sure to take this information from the VisualNavigator instead.

Whether or not your action is for families is required before publishing a Google Assistant action?

I was on the process of publishing my first google assitant action and after filling all the required details I am receiveing two errors.
1.Whether or not your action is for families is required
I have already checked and accepted the terms and conditions for families question. The data is saved also. Still I do not know why the error keeps popping up.
2.For en: Your sample invocations are structured incorrectly.
I have tested my invocations in the emulator and it seems to be working. And this error appears to be random. Sometimes, it does not happen even if I just save the same details again.
Any help appreciated as I am a complete new-bie to this.
I think this was a problem from the console itself. I updated today again and it seems to be saved.

Satispay without specifying the phone number

I'm adding Satispay as a payment type on a platform but they need a phone number (the payment is based on that).
They have a JS script that shows a popup asking for the phone number but they still need one before opening it and I don't want to ask the user their number on my platform (I think is scary to give away my phone number on an unknown website and I don't think it is only me).
This is the documentation but I can't find anything about it.
Is there anyone who achieved that?
I'm Alessio from Satispay.
As you can see in the documentation data-phone parameter is not mandatory, here you can find an updated code example.
I've just get that my autocorrector changed Satispay in Satisfy ... anyway the Satispay's docs are wrong, you don't need to pass a phone number using the Web Button:
<script src="https://staging.online.satispay.com/checkout.min.js" class="satispay-button"
data-key="your_key"
data-amount='100'
data-description="My Company"
data-phone=""
data-usercallback="https://url_to_create_the_charge"
data-callback="js_function?transactionID=your_id_you_need"
data-orderid="the_order_id"
id="satispay"></script>
That is the correct way to create a Satispay Web Button call. DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR DOCUMENTATION (not until today) BUT USE THIS CODE!

Adding block feature using swift and parse server

So I'm dealing with app rejection "Guideline 1.2 - Safety - User Generated Content" and one of the features app want me to implement is "- A mechanism for users to block abusive users" Im not sure exactly how to put the code into action but know what i have to do which is
Step 1. Create class in Parse for blocked users, like: "Blocked"
Step 2. Create columns of type [String]: blockedBy & username (user is blocked)
Step 3. Query only users if current user is not in blocked list
Step 4. Add button to send PFObject to block a User
If someone can help i can provide info from my project. It would be much appreciated because I've been struggling with this for weeks.
Check out https://www.raywenderlich.com/98831/parse-tutorial-getting-started-web-backends tutorial. Great help, shows how to setup the local environment, the MongoDB, how to create a class within the local parse environment ran from the terminal, shows how to query, etc. Let me know if you have more specific questions I can help resolve.

Javamail to receive emails; whats wrong?

I am trying to create a very simple (text based for now) email app for receiving emails. So far i have used this code :
http://www.javaer.org/j2ee/3-javamail/8-javamail-connecting-gmail-using-pop3-with-ssl
The problem is that i when i run this code i am able to get the new emails, only for once. For example if i have a new message in inbox the first time i will this code it will show it but then it wont. Also it seems that i cant see the body contents of the emails which is strange. I was told that it should be better to use imap protocol but i am not entirely sure how.
Specified example really starts once and scans folder and exits (and see answer on POP that removes mail). From description you need some loop that periodically checks catalog and extracts new mails. Look at some swing examples in your JDK how to write window-based program with event loop. You can start dedicated thread that once per minute checks POP server catalog
