I have created a Interactive PDF using iText libraries in Java. The PDF uses TextFields, DataGrids, buttons, etc. The PDF works fine on Windows 7, Chrome, Safari but doesn't work on mobile browser or other PDF readers on mobile. Is there any alternative i can do this?

I have a web page with java applet component inside, working properly on Internet Explorer 11 and trying to load same page in Xaml Webview, but it shows that this browser doesn't support applets, so I need to load this web page with applet component inside WebView.
Note: The Internet Explorer is the default browser on my machine.
but it shows that this browser doesn't support applets
Please refer to the Remarks part of WebView class:
In apps compiled for Windows 10, WebView uses the Microsoft Edge rendering engine to display HTML content. In apps compiled for Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, WebView uses Internet Explorer 11 in document mode. It does not support any ActiveX controls or plugins like Microsoft Silverlight or Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
We are having a problem to interact with fillable PDF form in iPad browser. We tried to enter ther value and select the option in the fillable PDF form fields. But we can not access the fields. They are all in read-only mode when we are open in iPad Browser. Is that any way to interact fillable PDF form in iPad browser without any plugins?
Whether or not you will be able to fill form fields in a PDF document depends on which reader you use on the iPad. Adobe Reader does support this for suitably created documents. A number of other solutions (present in the app store do too).
As far as I know as of today you need an application to allow this (i.e. you cannot rely on the PDF engine delivered by Apple).
I need a rich text editor which works in both desktop and mobile browsers.
For example I am using CLEdior which works fine in desktop browsers but not safari or chrome in iOS and android.
Thanks in advance.

I have used tinyMce. All the editors have had problems but all should work in the newer android/ios browsers as seen here.
Hi i've been looking for away to drag drop file upload. I know it possible to use html 5 file API to do this on other browser like chrome but not on IE 9. However i noticed that you can drag drop upload on the Sky-drive site using IE 9.
I was just wondering what they used to do this? I've got a feeling it might be silver-light but could be totally wrong.
If anyone could give me an insight that would be great thanks.
SkyDrive works with Silverlight, or uses HTML5 when available (Internet Explorer 10, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari).
Since IE9 does not support HTML5, SkyDrive uses Silverlight on that browser.
Specifically, the "max-device-width:" condition
If you're on a Mac, you can use the iPhone simulator that comes with XCode. I've also used a Firefox add-on called "Modify Headers" and I send iPhone headers, however, that may not help much with max-device-width.
For mac or PC, if you can upload your files to any temporary server, you can check the results online in TestiPhone: http://www.testiphone.com/
This is a web browser based simulator for quickly testing your iPhone
web applications. This tool has been so far tested and working using
Internet Explorer 7, FireFox 2 and Safari 3.
The firefox plugin Developer toolbar let you change the browser size with just one click to the device size. I bet there is plugins like that to the other browsers. If you can't find that to all browsers then I suggest that you just upload your code to a server and surf to it using an iPhone.
