Windows 10 APP project needs to be deployed error - deployment

I just started learning Windows 10 universal application developing. and when I am deploying the project which I created in Visual studio, it's saying "the project needs to be deployed first".
I have checked the Build Configuration manager settings. the checkbox Deploy is checked.
I tried resetting my mobile and it worked.
but when I am again trying to deploy an application after some changes, its not working and throwing the same error.

Where can I find full prerequisites list for releasing flutter windows desktop app?

I'm absolute newb to flutter, with objective to focus more on windows-desktop apps. It seems that flutter running on windows-desktop require way more DLLs than mentioned on https://docs.flutter.dev/development/platform-integration/windows/building page. I have created and build absolute minimum Flutter application on my dev machine (Win10 22H2). All went fine, starts and runs as expected.
I have then put mentioned DLL in the folder, along the runner app (testapp.exe) and copied over to test machine running Windows Server 2019 Version 1809 as VMWare image. Both Debug and Release versions of Flutter app (testapp.exe) fails. Debug version fails with MessageBox shown "Code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140D.dll was not found" which I assume is a debug version of msvcp140.dll (this was present in the testapp.exe location while running).
Trying to run Release version produce no error message at all, application is visible in TaskManager for brief second and exits. Running ProcMon against test application shows it seeks numerous other DLLs which were not mentioned in the flutter docs (see attached pic for reference)
Question - is there some more comprehensive list of Flutter windows-build requirements ?

Error DEP6200: Bootstrapping failed. Device cannot be found. SmartDeviceException - Deployment failed because no device was detected

I have seen few posts here about same error but none worked for me.
I am trying to deploy UWP from VS2017 from one machine to a Surface machine that is USB connected to the machine running VS2017.
Both machines are running Windows 10 Pro, 17134 (1803) April Update.
Surface machine has enabled Developer Mode in "For Developers" settings and Developer Mode package is installed on it and Remote tooling for desktop is enabled. It is also USB connected to the machine running VS2017 Enterprise 15.7.5
According to MS documentation, that is all what is needed to deploy to device. However, deploy fails with error
Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error DEP6200: Bootstrapping failed. Device cannot be found. SmartDeviceException - Deployment failed because no device was detected. Make sure a device is connected and powered on. [0x80131500] MyApp.App.UWP
I was unable to deploy either to device or to use remote debugging.
Deploying to device was failing with the same error message as above. Interestingly, even if device (Surface in this case) is not USB connected to my dev machine at all, I get same error which basically makes sense. But I dont know why I get that same error when I connect Surface tablet to my dev machine.
Deploying for remote debugging did not work since my Surface tablet is not connected to same LAN as my dev machine.
So, for my testing purposes, I deployed by using USB stick
Right click on UWP project, choose Store, then choose Create App
Packages ....
In Create App Packages window, select "I want to create packages for
sideloading"
Click Create
Leave Local Machine as target device for validation
click on Launch Windows App Certification Kit button to launch it
and go through steps until complete
Once package is completed, I copied entire folder onto a flash drive
and moved the content of the folder to my Surface tablet
Then on Surface tablet, right click on the Add-AppDevPackage.ps1
file and choose Run This PowerShell
this will start deployment and deploy the app

"Installation or uninstallation is not working temporarily" error when trying to launch Tizen watch application from Tizen SDK

When trying to launch the native watch application from Tizen IDE, I see the strange message "Certain application categories, such as "Watch Application", cannot be launched by "Run As".
Indeed, I try to use Run As from the project local menu to launch my app. But how else I am supposed to launch my application on the emulator?
The emulator device (watch) is up and running, visible on desktop as a separate widget. It is selected. The signing configuration is set up.
On the console output I see the message processing result : FATAL_ERROR [61].
I also tried to launch through the created launch configuration but this results the same error message.
The IDE logs show the following stack trace:

Management: Installation or uninstallation is not working temporarily.
P.S. I add "eclipse" tag because Tizen SDK is very clearly Eclipse based IDE. Using Tizen IDE 2.3.1.
Watch face applications(Web/native) are never installed as widgets. You cannot see them in app menu.
Reason:
Within your tizen-manifest.xml file in your project, you'll find below line there
<watch-application appid="org.tizen.watchsample" exec="watchsample" ambient-support="true">
which makes your app as watch application and these apps are known as watch faces because they will be used in setting as the main watch in gear.
And on emulator, you cannot change the watch face on the home screen. Hence, you won't be able to test your watch application that way.
Had the same issue. My problem was certificate setup.
i followed there instructions: http://127.0.0.1:50224/help/topic/org.tizen.addon.certificate/html/dev_env/setting_author_certificate.htm
(link is from help and should work in browser when Tizen IDE is up, alternately you can go to Tizen IDE -> Help -> Help Content and search Certificate.
More specific: Distributor certificate i had was wrong (use the pass received by Samsung by email)
After fixing certificate, don't forget to right click your device in Connection Explorer and click Permit to install applications.

MobileFirst QA for Bluemix component does not appear to work

I am using MobileFirst Platform 6.3 with Eclipse Luna. I have downloaded the MobileFirst QA for Bluemix component (MQA-1.9.19-saas.wlc) file and confirmed that in Eclipse the Download Folder for the Templates and Components is /User/KenAtIBM/IBM/Templates and that indeed the SDK is in that folder.
When I attempt to Add/Remove Application Components I get the following in the console:
[2014-12-17 10:59:48] Component = MQA-1.9.19-saas.wlc
[2014-12-17 10:59:48] Found component.wcp
[2014-12-17 10:59:48] Found Image
[2014-12-17 10:59:48] imagePath
=/var/folders/vz/10zz3f2s46v3940lv5wvpn2c0000gn/T/MQAlogo-small2578766252585890320.png
The problem is that there is no component listed (see attached screen shot).
I have been following the instructions with no success as of yet. So my question is, what am I missing?
I have tried rename the file to have a zip extension, same out come as above.
I have tried un-archiving the zip, no success.
I have restarted eclipse numerous times and even went so far as to reboot, still nothing.
Is the SDK that is downloaded from here compatible with MobileFirst Platform?
Update: you should play with the column resizer rather than the window size. After doing that, the entry will appear.
I see you are using Eclipse Luna on Mac OS X 10.10.x Yosemite.
There is an OS X bug that does something wrong with tables - try to play with the size of the window containing the table and then scroll in it, the component should probably then show up.
On a Mac, the first row of the Add Component is hidden in the table. Simply scroll down and you will see it.
For me, I have 4 templates, but I can only see 3 of them when the dialog starts. I have to scroll down inside that table to see the first row.
And I have tested the MQA on BlueMix with MFP 6.3. It works fine. I can submit my screenshot to the bluemix cloud.
Just to clarify things, MobileFirst Quality Assurance for Bluemix does work together with MobileFirst Platform Foundation 6.3
I was able to successfully instrument a hybrid app with the JavaScript SDK http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSJML5_6.0.0/com.ibm.mqa.uau.saas.doc/topics/c_worklight_sdk.html, and start sessions in both pre-production and production modes. I've used the following configuration:
Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers 4.4.1.20140925-1820
IBM MobileFirst Platform 6.3.0.00-20141218-1823
Javascript SDK for Worklight 1.9.19
Windows 7 64-bit SP1
It seems that the problem here is with the 'JavaScript SDK' not showing up in the table to 'add/remove application components' when MFP 6.3 is running on Mac OS X Yosemite

Blackberry webview can not connect to internet and/or display a web page

I am creating a simple app using Eclipse and Blackberry JRE 7.0 as per the example given at:
http://docs.blackberry.com/en/developers/deliverables/11958/Configure_a_browser_field_825671_11.jsp
I am trying to load a simple HTML page hosted on a remote server inside browser field in the app.
When running the app on 9930 Simulator I always get the error 'Local connection timeout after 120000 on simulator'. The same remote page shows up fine on the web browser of the same simulator..
I am making sure to start the MDS simulator.
The same link shows up fine in simulator browser. Its only when using browserfield, I am having the problem.
I get the folling error when clicking the icon to launch the app:
Error displaying content for: http://yahoo.com
Error message: java.lang.runtimeException:ApplicationRegistry:waitFor
(0xd0fe7d7338fourd7f0d) timeout
....
On waiting further I get the 'Local connection timeout error..
I know that in Android one has to enable internet connection when using the webview in the manifest file - is there any similar setting one has to do in blackberry?
I tried to run the BrowserField demo app on 9930 (JRE 7.0.0) and encounter the same issues as you did. On the other hand, the demo worked fine on 9800 (JRE 6.0.0). I tried again on 9930 and noticed that though I definitely enabled MDS (enabled the 'Launch Mobile Data System Connection Service (MDS-CS) with simulator' in the Run/Debug Configurations in Eclipse), the MDS window didn't appear which seemed very strange.
I googled a little and found this post on BlackBerry's forums. According to this post:
An incorrect version of MDS-CS simulator was included in 7.0. To correct it you can delete it and copy the version from 6.0.
Well done, RIM!
Then, I deleted the MDS folder from JRE 7.0.0 and copied the one from JRE 6.0.0 as described in the aforementioned post. Closed and rerun simulator and voilà, the MDS window appeared. Rerun application, and everything worked like a charm!
