Paypal sandbox login error : Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again

I can't login to Paypal sandbox and not sure what I'm doing wrong. How can I get past this?
1) Visit https://developer.paypal.com and login -- I am able to do this successfully using my existing Paypal account credentials.
2) Click Sandbox > Accounts which links to this URL https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/
3) Click the link "Login with Paypal" which links to Paypal login screen with email / password and blue log in button.
Apparently I am supposed to re-enter my credentials here to login. But I keep getting the error "Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again."
4) I then try to visit my website and use credentials listed on sandbox developer page but get the same error "Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again."
Even after creating an account, sandbox-acc i was still getting the same problem.
I noticed that when you create an account from the sandbox-dashboard
You end up with two accounts. 1. support-facilitator, 2. buyer-facilitator
What you do is, when your check-out integration is ready, and you want to 'check-out'
Use the buyer-facilitator account to login in and make payments.
Note:
The 'env' variable in your integration should be set to 'sandbox'
Edit the password for the 'buyer-facilitator' [under > sandbox->account]
Use your new password to log-in and make a payment.
The test account comes pre-loaded with 'funds' to facilitate transactions in the sandbox environment.
If you are still experiencing the same issue
Login into your developer account
https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/
Get to the "Sandbox Accounts"
Select one of the accounts -"View/Edit Accounts"
Under Profile use the Email ID and System
Generated Password Provided

The mistake I was making is trying to login at https://www.paypal.com/ with my sandbox credentials. Instead, I needed to use https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/
Create a sandbox account.
Or change your paypal app mode to Live

Can't login with Paypal Sandbox account

I'm working on setting up a Drupal commerce website with Paypal support for which I have registered a business Paypal account. Now, with the business Paypal account, I have created sandbox accounts for testing, they show up like
info-facilitator#inetgate.biz and info-buyer#inetgate.biz under https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/applications/accounts
but If I either try to run through a payment example and try to use info-buyer#inetgate.biz for the buyer account, it doesn't let me sign in nor does paypal let me sign into my facilitator account when I click the Enter Sandbox site link on my Sandbox test accounts page. Why is this, what am I missing?
Thank you!
EDIT 1
ASorry, I didn't describe:
nor does paypal let me sign into my facilitator account
means that I get the following message when I enter the email info-facilitator#inetgate.biz plus the password from my business account:
Please make sure you enter your email address and password correctly. If you still can't log in, please see the Troubleshooting Tips below.
Turns out I had to manually create a facilitator and a buyer account by pressing the button CREATE ACCOUNT, the ones that were automatically created didn't let me sign-in but once I created my own accounts, things started working as expected!
Thanks for everyone's time spent on this issue!
It turns that paypal default facilitator and buyer accounts doesn't have a password. You have to go to the profile settings and hit change password for both -facilitator# and -buyer#. Then it will work as expected.
I had the same issue. Turns out I was logging my merchant and buyer sandbox accounts to
https://www.paypal.com/in/signin .Make sure you log in your sandbox accounts to
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com. This worked for me.

How to add money to a Paypal sandbox account, after it has been created?

I specified an amount that was too low for my testing needs, when creating a personal paypal sandbox account. Is there any way to add money to an account, after it has been created?
If you need actual funds in that account you could use Send Money from another sandbox account and pay the account you want to fund.
You really don't need funds in the account to test payments, though. As long as the account is verified and confirmed it'll fall to "Instant Transfer" and you won't have any problems sending payments using that account.
Login using your developer PayPal account https://developer.paypal.com/
Go to 'My Account' on the top right section of the page.
Go to Accounts under Sandbox.
See your sandbox account and click on the Clone link.
Fill the details and mention the amount you want to have and click on Create.
This is helpful in case if the amount in the existing sandbox account is exhausted.
Don't go to sandbox, go to developer.paypal.com
Log in with your real paypal account (not sandbox).
Go to Sandbox - > Accounts on the left.
Click in the button "Create account"
You will be able to add any amount you want.
Follow these steps:-
Go to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/
Click on the email address used for the account (email address)
Now two option you will get --> Profile and notification (just below that email you clicked)
Choose profile then a popup will come
Now choose funding tab in popups.
Now at the bottom choose edit button and edit the balance and save.
That's it.
Why not duplicate the sandbox account (to have another name), then delete the orginal, then duplicate the new created one with your original name ?
This seems to work with buyer account, seller are usually used with api key
Just create a new account inside your Paypal developer account and simply enter the number how much you want in your account.

Creating sandbox paypal pro account

i have some difficulties creating test account in sandbox. I found some similar topics but i still can't understand what to do.
For example this one "How to create test account with PayPal Payments Pro (Use to represent yourself as a merchant using Pro) option selected in sandbox?"
It says login in developers site, ok, done with that. Then "click on the link Preconfigured". What link? I can't find it. It just does not exist on that page and on any other that i searched.
Why i cannot login to https://www.sandbox.paypal.com with my seller account from sandbox, but it's possible to login using clients accounts (personal) from sandbox.
Do i need to apply to Paypal Payments Pro after i registered my sandbox account, and if i need why do i get "Service is not responding due to an internal error. Please contact customer service at +1-888-883-9770.". Also what social security number do i have to use(i just want to check integration with paypal, i dont have any bank accounts or social security numbers. i'm not even from usa)?
Do i need to accept licence agreement and where can i find it? According to this document https://ppmts.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/642/kw/10501 it's located somewhere inside the "Merchant Services" tab. After about an hour of search i found it in old interface. When i click it i'm being redirected to "My account".
Please, help me somebody. I'm sick and tired of that buggy, laggy and terribly designed paypal's site.
Once you are logged into developer.paypal.com, click "Applicatons", then click "Sandbox accounts". You see a blue button at the top of the page that says "Create Account". When you create a business account, you will automatically be signed up for PayPal Payments Pro.
You can then grab your API credentials by clicking the "Profile" link from developer.paypal.com.

Updating answer with additional information about creating test accounts.

Unable to login with default business test account in paypal sandbox

In the testing guide of paypal API https://www.x.com/developers/paypal/documentation-tools/ug_sandbox it's mentioned in 2 locations
When you register as a PayPal developer, the Sandbox automatically creates for you a Business test account and its associated test credentials
and
The Sandbox automatically creates your first Business test account when you sign-up for a Developer account on developer.paypal.com. This gives you a default set of merchant credentials that you can use immediately to test credit-card transactions.
And that's what happened with me when I logged in at the new developer site using a live paypal account I found a business test account created as xxxx-facilitator#xxxx.com. Now I need to login at the sandbox using this account and I couldn't find in the account profile anything regarding the account password so I clicked the "Profile" link and clicked "Change Password" and entered a new password then clicked "Save" and it said "Password Updated" then when I try to login at sandbox.paypal.com it says "Please make sure you enter your email address and password correctly"
We are currently working to resolve this issue in Sandbox. If you attempt to reset your password from the application page in developer.paypal.com it does not actually change the password for that sandbox account. As a workaround, you can create a new business account by clicking the "Create Account" button at the top of the page. A fix is scheduled tonight to resolve this issue. I will update my answer as soon as this is resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update: This issue is now resolved.
Thanks,
I had the same problem with some testing accounts I imported through the new developer site.
There seems to be a problem handling the different sessions: the developer session when you login with your developer account and the test merchant account you use to login in the sandbox area.. as you can see from the many similar questions this is affecting many users...
