DirectAdmin Blocks after 100 non-existing emails - email

I have installed phplist on the server for E-mail marketing but when it has send 100 E-mails to non-existing adresses DirectAdmin blocks the email account.
When this happends I must change the password but I have a list of 30.000 E-mails which needs to bounce first so I know which E-mails to delete from the database.
Is there a way to avoid the blocking and keep on sending E-mails to non-existing adresses?

I think you have setup mail limit on your server and due to that you are facing this issues, Please check following direct-admin help docs and try to update your mail limit.

Detecting if emails send by our application is marked as spam

We are developing an application that will send periodic updates and notifications to users as email. The user can opt-in and opt-out of this service via a subscribe option. However we are finding that some users are making the email as spam and as a result our account is getting suspended... Is there any way to track if our emails has been marked as Spam by a user, so that we can stop sending emails to them...
We have a GSuite service and are using Gmail SMTP to send emails
No.
But you can check if your domain is on any blacklist with tools like mxtoolbox.com. And contact those blacklists with the question what you could do to be removed from the list.
In order for a mail to be classified as spam it has to fail a multitude of tests maybe your mails have specific words in the title or the senders address is way to weird or the header is getting corrupted in a certain way or and maybe that's your problem: many people are custom filtering your emails as junk/spam.

Email server issues to outlook users

I'm using my own email server to send and receive my emails. Therefor I've set up a VPS at Tilaa.com which also acts as my webserver.
On the webserver I have DirectAdmin setup which takes care of my administrative things.
The problem is that I can receive and send emails but Outlook, Live and Hotmail refuse the receive any emails coming from my email server. Gmail does work f.e. ( Not even in junk folders )
When the receiver at Outlook/live or hotmail adds my email address to the safe list, emails do get through.
My domain is virtualfarmingworld.com
What I have done?
- Setup SPF record
- Setup DKIM record
- Setup A record mail.virtualfarmingworld.com to server IP 84.22.113.42

Does anyone have any ideas?

Ciryk,
Hotmail can be a bit tricky, if it's being blocked completely. Then most likely your IP is on their internal blacklist. If it's showing up in their SPAM folder it can be a number of reason. The headers from the email in Hotmail will tell you why it's in the SPAM folder.
Look for SRV:<value> PCL: <Value> and SCL: <Value>
PCL stands for Phising Confidence Level and SCL stands for Spam Confidence Level.
You should run your email through this Mail Tester, it really does point out a lot of issues. It may or may not solve the hotmail issue, but they have this inbox tester their that really awesome that will show you other places you're having issues mailing to. Keep in mind, the previous owner of the IP might of spammed from it and caused issues.
I also notice by helping a lot of people that after signing up to Microsoft Junk Mail Reporting System, wait a few days and then delivery results are better with hotmail. I did a scan on you IP and I think you did that already signed up?
You're also on this blacklist: http://www.dnsblchile.org/
Which is really easy to get off, normally takes a couple of hours after you filled out the form.

Exim - Restrict outgoing email to be from only one address

A bot has found a way to send bulk spam through my server. My server is not an open relay. All mails are coming from localhost. The emails are being sent from a series of FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME#mydomain.com. At mydomain, there is only 1 email account that was created that we send from.
Is there a way to restrict outgoing email that are being sent through exim to only allow emails to be sent from the 1 email account we created and block all other Sent From addressed that are being created?
You have to add the next condition to your SMTP router(s):
condition = ${if match{$sender_address}{legal#mydomain.com}{yes}{no}}
I was able to resolve this by turning on X-Headers which allowed me to locate where the emails were being executed from which in turn allowed me to eliminate an exploit from an old script.

Create a lot of 200 different Email Accounts in a short span of time?

I am trying to send bulk email from a few accounts email accounts, and for some reason, I think the emails get blocked and they do not reach the recipient. I think it is because of spam / filtering rules. Is it possible for me to create say 100 different email accounts in a very short amount of time and send 1 email from each of the accounts ?
Is there any service/ idea / script to create a lot of email accounts in a very short amount of time ?
Creating 100+ accounts on your own server would be pointless. It's usually the originating server and isp and/or the email's content that causes it to be flagged as spam. Creating 100+ accounts elsewhere MAY work, but then each of those other servers may also be considered as a spam source and any mails you send from that particular account will go missing as well.
You can check your mail server's logs to see if the mails get dumped by the receiving mail server. Some of them will do the filtering right at the initial connection/send attempt. However, some will pretent to accept the mail (and you see a 200 OK acceptance message), but then toss the mail in the trash automatically. In this case, you'd nave no idea what happened, as everything would appear to have worked fine.
I had set it up easily using Yahoo Mail Plus. They had the feature of Disposable Email Accounts. You can create 500 of them !

Sending an email from one server to another using same domain name

Just rebuilt a companies website, updated their A records to point to it's new server location but kept their email function as was.
Sending from the server works fine, and they receive mail from elsewhere fine but now when trying to send forms as emails to their existing addresses they never arrive.
For example trying to send an email (more specifically a Drupal Webform) from domain.com from Server 1 to email#domain.com on Server 2.
I've tried adjusting the send address from Server 1 which doesn't change anything. I think their IT person said something about receiving email at an exchange (Microsoft?) but I'm not savy this area at all.
Any ideas about this? I guess something is stopping it before it gets delivered (no spam) and the domains are conflicting, had a Google about but it's one of those where I'm not quite sure how to phrase the question. Thanks
SOLVED! In my CPanel I just needed to change my MX Entry to Remote Mail
Server Exchanger
