As a workaround, you can add two images, above and below main scrollrect content, so when you reach end of a content, tiled image still be visible. Here is an example enter image description here

I have a png image with transparent areas and opaque areas.
I want to be able to draw with my finger, with GestureDetector for example, on that image to be able to add transparency in the opaque areas and add opaque areas in the transparent areas. Both. For example with a button that allows you to switch between erase and paint modes.
The objective is that it can represent two images on the screen, inside a stack, one after the other. The back image is completely opaque and the front image has areas with transparency and you can paint over it as I mentioned before. In this way, as you add transparent areas in the front image, what is in the back image will be revealed. And conversely, you can add opacity to the image so that the image behind is hidden by the image in front.
I've tried CustonPaint but it's very difficult since you would have to add the image with drawImage, and do a lot of complicated steps. And I couldn't change the transparency of the image either, also, even if I could, with CustonPaint if you draw a lot, the screen slows down.
I have a bunch of round Images. They are in png with a 512x512 size. I took them from Flaticon.
To display images in a tableView I use imageView with a 45x45px size and Content Mode as Aspect Fit. Images put in a project assets.xcassets folder with a Scale property as Single Scale.
When images displayed by a tableView a jaggy border is visible in every image:
And its visible without zooming in:
Is it a problem with source images? How to make the image border smooth?
The issue is with an image that you have added.
Please use a normal image and give corner radius to image view as below
self.imageFlag.layer.cornerRadius = self.imageFlag.frame.size.height/2
This will resolve your issue

I'm Following these steps
Follow these few steps to add texture as a camera background:
Create a new Canvas that would hold your image.
In that canvas, on Canvas component set:
Render Mode to Screen Space - Camera.
Render Camera to your main camera (drag&drop).
Plane Distance are the units, at which the background would render.
Right-click on the newly created canvas and create an Image inside of it.
On the newly created image on Image component:
Set Source Image to your desired background sprite.
and can't insert my background also
can anyone help ?
It maybe that you will have to use a raw Image instead of a normal image as I think .png files are not supported in a normal Image component

I want to add an image in Blender, but I don't want it to be a background image. I have a camera zooming out (going backwards) and I have some text, and I want an image over that text. How can I accomplish this?
Add a plane above your text , then add a material to your plane and finally add image or movie texture to the plane , this should bring you to your required result.
