How to query Salesforce Report with perl - perl

I have a report in Salesforce that returns just the right information that is needed - (A long list of customer URLs and some more info columns for each url).
I also have a Perl script that goes over csv files and fills in missing information next to each URL.
What I Need:
1) For the Perl script to automatically query the report and get the most updated information before each run.
What I Tried:
1)WWW::Salesforce::Report Cpan Module - apparently is has unresolved login bugs for 5+ years and is no longer supported. (Cpan bug report)
2)WWW::Salesforce::Simple Cpan Module- This module allows me to run basic queries (select Id from Account - from examples) but I can't seem to find the correct query. I cant even find the names of objects in my Salesforce account.
What is the correct way to get info from the Salesforce report and in case it is option 2, how can I get the correct object names and/or export the query Salesforce uses for the report?

AzureDevops - extract test steps to powerbi with odata query

I need to extract a table with test steps that correspond to each test case, from AzureDevops to PowerBI.
I was able to retrieve a list of tables that I can extract with odata, but none of them contains test steps. I’m attaching the metadata request and an extract of its results. extract
I’ve read that another possibility would be you to use an api query, but I’m not sure which one.
Does anyone know a possible solution?
Thank you.
According to the note in this documentation,
You can’t add fields with a data type of Plain Text (long text) or HTML (rich-text). These fields aren’t available from Analytics for the purposes of reporting.
And the type of the Steps field is Text (multiple lines), so they cannot be extract with odata.
You can try to use this REST API to get the detail of the testcase which will contain the Steps detail. Please refer the screenshot:

How to query domain in jaspersoft with Dynamic Parameters

I am new to jaspersoft reporting. I am currently designing and developing reports by considering following requirements.
I want to create template based reports where all dynamic parameters I need to pass in SQL query.
I was going through japsersoft reporting I found that we can create join views and cache data by creating domains. So that it reduces hits at db level.
While creating report I found that I cant execute SQL script on Domain objects.
Please advice whether I am on right track or not.
Basically I want to query on cached data such as domain view instead of hitting DB directly.
Please suggest if any workaround is available for this problem.
Please note, although JasperReports Server manages a cache for Ad Hoc Views and Ad Hoc Reports running on Domains, running a JRXML report (e.g. designed in Jaspersoft Studio) on a Domain does not guarantee hitting that cache.
You also have the option of using a layer that provides caching between JasperReports Server and your database. For example, support has been recently added for TIBCO Data Virtualization (not a free product) in v.7, see https://www.jaspersoft.com/introducing-jaspersoft-7.
In any case, Domains are not relational databases and therefore do not support straight SQL.
You can use the "Domain query language" though, which offers a subset of the features of SQL. The easiest way to write a query is using Jaspersoft Studio and selecting "domain" in the Language dropdown (top-left corner of the Dataset and Query Dialog, indicated by the red arrow in the screenshot below from Studio 6.4.0):
For example the design above (which uses the Supermart Domain, provided with the sample data) will generate this query and the required "dynamic" parameter as you requested – in this case a Collection as the filter is 'Is One Of' which can take multiple values:
<query>
<queryFields>
<queryField id="sales_fact_ALL.sales__product.sales__product__product_name"/>
<queryField id="sales_fact_ALL.sales_fact_ALL__store_sales_2013"/>
</queryFields>
<queryFilterString>sales_fact_ALL.sales__store.sales__store__region.sales__store__region__sales_country in sales__store__region__sales_country_0</queryFilterString>
</query>
See here for another example of a query (current version of docs based on 7.1.0 release), in this case for use with the REST API: https://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/tibco-jasperreports-server-rest-api-reference/v710/queryexecutor-service
The queryFilterString tag follows the DomEL syntax as documented here (also for 7.1.0): https://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/tibco-jasperreports-server-user-guide/v71/domel-syntax

Unable to practice Sql Injection (blind) on DVWA 1.10

I am practicing for Security Testing. I came across DVWA and I started practicing for Sql Injection. I was doing fine till I started with SQL Injection (blind). No matter which query I try I am not getting the desired result.
For eg :
1' and 1=0 union select null,table_name from information_schema.tables#
simply returns User ID exists in the database.
I have set the DVWA Security to Low. Also made sure there are no errors on setup page of the application under Setup Check section.
Following are environment details:
Operating system: Windows
Backend database: MySQL
PHP version: 5.6.16
I think the answer is here and the behavior is expected
https://github.com/ethicalhack3r/DVWA/issues/12
Someone complained of the opposite behavior and the developer agreed, and a contributor named g0tm1lk fixed it. He made the exercise really "blind" and we have to use blind injection methods to test the vulnerability.
Showing the SQL error messages to the user is just: a SQL injection vuln + a misconfiguration issue.
A blind SQL injection might occur when the columns of the results returned by a query are not shown to the user. However, the user can tell somehow if the query returned any records or none.
E.g.: Suppose the url "http://www.example.com/user?id=USER_ID" returns:
200 if USER_ID exists
404 if USER_ID not exists
But it won't show any information from the query results (e.g. username, address, phone, etc)
If the page is vulnerable to SQLi [blind], an attacker won't be able get info from the DB printed in the result page, but he might be able to infer it by asking yes/no questions.

How to import users in CRM 2011 with source GUID

We have three Organization tenents, Dev, Test and Live. All hosted on premise (CRM 2011. [5.0.9690.4376] [DB 5.0.9690.4376]).
Because the way dialogs uses GUIDs to refference record in Lookup, we aim to maintain GUIDs for static records same across all three tenents.
While all other entities are working fine, I am failing to import USERS and also maintain their GUIDS. I am using Export/Import to get the data from Master tenent (Dev) in to the Test and Live tenents. It is very similar to what 'configuration migration tool' does in CRM 2013.
Issue I am facing is that in all other entities I can see the Guid field and hence I map it during the import wizard but no such field shows up in SystemUser entity while running import wizards. For example, with Account, I will export a Account, amend CSV file and import it in the target tenant. When I do this, I map AccountId (from target) to the Account of source and as a result this account's AccountId will be same both in source and target.
At this point, I am about to give up trying but that will cause all dialogs that uses User lookup will fail.
Thank you for your help,
Try following steps. I would strongly recommend to try this on a old out of use tenant before trying it on live system. I am not sure if this is supported by MS but it works for me. (Another thing, you will have to manually assign BU and Roles following import)
Create advance find. Include all required fields for the SystemUser record. Add criteria that selects list of users you would like to move across.
Export
Save file as CSV (this will show the first few hidden columns in excel)
Rename the Primary Key field (in this case User) and remove all other fields with Do Not Modify.
Import file and map this User column (with GUID) to the User from CRM
Import file and check GUIDs in both tenants.
Good luck.
My only suggestion is that you could try to write a small console application that connects to both your source and destination organisations.
Using that you can duplicate the user records from the source to the destination preserving the IDs in the process
I can't say 100% it'll work but I can't immediately think of a reason why it wouldn't. This is assuming all of the users you're copying over don't already existing in your target environments
I prefer to resolve these issues by creating custom workflow activities. For example; you could create a custom workflow activity that returns a user record by an input domain name as a string.
This means your dialogs contain only shared configuration values, e.g. mydomain\james.wood which are used to dynamically find the record you need. Your dialog is then linked to a specific record, but without having the encode the source guid.

JasperServer using REST to run a report with data source specified at run time

I have no problem executing a report on JasperServer using the RESTful api when the report unit has data source predefined.
What need to do though is allow my customers to select what database they want to run the report against when they are getting ready to execute a report. I assumed that when I make the PUT request to run the report I could simply throw the data source resource descriptor in the ReportUnit resource descriptor passed in the PUT but it doesn't seem to work.
I even went as far as to pull the resource descritor for the ReportUnit when it had the data source predfined. Tested that passing that resource descritor in the PUT worked. Then removed the predifiend data source and tried executing the report again using the exact resource descriptor I pulled previously and it would not work.
Is this possible?
I may be wrong, without any much reading, I think you can create data source and domain via resource services.
To update the report file using the resource service, you may have to change the domainQuery node.
I had pulled out the jrxml for my json based report file and it looked something like this:
<resourceDescriptor name="domainQuery.xml" wsType="xml" uriString="/adhoc/topics/myjsonposts_files/domainQuery.xml" isNew="false">
Hope this will help you find your solution.
