When I am going to connect my website with PayPal Sandbox account I get an error:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster#paypal.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log."
Why this error? It was working before.
There was some sandbox downtime over the last 24 hours. The internal teams were able to find the issue and fix the immediate problem. Sandbox should now be up and running (if not, please let me know). The team is also looking into the root of the problem to ensure this doesn't happen in the future.

We have an application using AWS SDK AmazonS3Client to communicate with the S3 service to get files downloaded. With thousands of instances running fine, however, we got a few sites getting the following exception error message:
The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
The versions of the AmazonSDK.S3.dll and AmazonS3.Core.dll we're using are 3.3.102.18 and 3.3.103.1 respectively. These had been running for over a year without problems until recently.
Has anyone else experienced the similar issue? What could be the root cause of the problem? How do we resolve it?
Thanks!
This has been determined as an issue with proxy server loaded with incorrect certificate from the service provider. So, not really the application issue.
I'm trying to set up Frapi on an Debian 9.1 Server.
Not every step from "http://frapi.github.io/installing/" did work.
Since days getting only this answer:
"Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or

contact the server administrator at admin#api.frapi to inform them of
the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just
before this error. More information about this error may be available

Someone worked already with this Framework and can tell me where I did wrong?
Facing below error for quite a long time today. Is this frequent?
We are trying to run a sample app locally [connecting to bluemix blockchain]
Also tried to install/deploy directly into blockchain.
Both results in same error on login page itself. Also gets ERR 500/
Waiting on the node server to open up so we can talk to the blockchain. This app is likely still starting up. Check the server logs if this message does not go away in 1 minute.
This application cannot run without the blockchain network :(
The "starter network" blockchain has been experiencing intermittent capacity overflow issues. We currently have availability; have you tried this recently? Try again andlet us know if you get the same error. If yes, please open a support service ticket via Bluemix dashboard.
Hope this helps, and thanks for using blockchain!
After I have added a service dashDB to my Bluemix application and I click on it, I got in IE11 this message:
The website declined to show this webpage
HTTP 403
When I did the same in the Google crome I got a square head which looked sad.
Does anyone know what to do?
Thank you!
There is not much information to go but I would suggest the following to narrow down the cause of the problem or resolve the issue:
- verify that service has been provisioned successfully (unless it's an existing instance that is known to work in the past)
- clear browser cache/restart to eliminate any transient issues
- BlueMix status page (https://developer.ibm.com/bluemix/support/#status) is currently reporting some authentication issues which potentially could cause problem, it should be check if the 403 error is still reported after the problem is resolved.
It might be worth to create the service with the "leave unbound" option and try to click on it. After you could bind it to your app.
You can verify if the dashDB instance is up or not by accessing the https_url from the VCAP variable associated with the dashDB instance (for e.g.: https://bluemix05.bluforcloud.com:8443) and provide your username and password (also from the VCAP variable) for that instance and see if you can log in.
In Business Object XI 3.0, while logging in publishing wizard I am getting following error. Any Help please
Logon Error
Transport error: Communication failure.(FWM 00001)

Even CMC option is also not working. Yesterday also it was giving same problem. I had reinstalled the software. then it started working. Now today it is again giving same error. This happen second time. Please help
make sure your hosts file is right,eg 10.1.1.1 serverdomain.ping the server make sure the network is working.
It's possible that your firewall is blocking it, also double check your credentials within the cmc are correct and that there is connectivity between your database and your server. Also try connecting through the Administrative account.
