ACRCloud external meta data and IDs not returning - acrcloud

When making valid requests to http://ap-southeast-1.api.acrcloud.com/v1/identify I get successful responses, however both external_ids and external_metadata always come back as empty objects.
Example response:
{
"external_ids": {},
"play_offset_ms": 97480,
"external_metadata": {},
"label": "Universal Music Ltd.",
"release_date": "2012-01-01",
"album": {
"name": "The Love Club EP"
},

}

"result_from": 3,
"artists": [
{
"name": "Lorde"
}
]
}
Anyone know why all my identifications wouldn't contain this data?

Facebook Lead Ads API - Retrieve Information (Age Group and etc)

I saw in the Facebook API that I can retrieve the Bulk Data, but this doesn't return information about the Lead Ad. I am interested in retrieving what type of user I am targeting so I can have for reference and statistics. Fields like Age Range, Country and etc. The problem is that I am going to run a couple of them at the same time targeting different age groups and countries.

Facebook does not provide details about individuals that have completed your lead forms, but does provide aggregated information via the Insights API, including breakdowns by age and gender.

Combining multiple facebook page reviews feeds in one call

How is it possible that I can add another access token to this call that references the second id I would like to retrieve reviews from.
In all other instances like posts, photos etc this would work but because you are required to have a page access token to retrieve the data for reviews I'm not sure how to construct the url to make the call. Is it possible?
https://graph.facebook.com/ratings?ids=slickremix,reformavi&field=rating&limit=5&access_token=EAAP9hArvboQBAN5...
That call returns something like this, as you can see the second id reformavi is not returning data.

page-id/notifications returns an empty array

I'm writing a desktop application using Facebook SDK .NET. This app must do somethink for every post, comment or message sent to a Facebook page. I'm using the page-id/notifications API command:
page-id/notifications?fields=id,title,unread,application,from,message,object&limit=250
This command returns correct unseen count in summary section but data array is empty:
{
"data": [
],
"summary": {
"unseen_count": 2,
"updated_time": "2016-02-05T14:53:10+0000"
}
}
If someone write a new wall post on the page or send a private message to the page, unseen_count is updated but data array is always empty. If someoune write a comment to an exisiting wall post unseen_count is updates and data array is populated with a comment notification (only this type of notification are added to data array):
{
"data": [
{
"id": "notif_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX",
"title": "yyyyy yyyyyyy commented on his post.",
"unread": 1,
"application": {
"link": "https://www.facebook.com/games/?app_id=xxxxxxxxxxx",
"name": "Feed Comments",
"id": "1967xxxxxxx"
},
"from": {
"name": "Mxxxx Sxxxxxx",
"id": "1020xxxxxxxxxxxxx"
},
"object": {
"created_time": "2016-02-05T14:52:32+0000",
"message": "ABCDEFGHILMNOPQRSTUVZ",
"id": "36xxxxxxxxxxxx0_546xxxxxxxxxxx0"
},
"to": {
"name": "Ixxxxxxx",
"id": "36xxxxxxxxxxxxx"
}
}
],
"paging": {
"previous": "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx",
"next": "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
},
"summary": {
"unseen_count": 3,
"updated_time": "2016-02-05T14:55:23+0000"
}
}
Is it an API bug or there is something wrong in my API request?
I CANNOT use real time notification.
Thanks
Marco

How to get count of each fan's likes, comments for posts on Facebook page using Graph API

I want to create app for get users' interaction with page. Each users like, comments, share specific page post.
I want to get count of total likes, comments and shares done by each user.
I used Graph API to return page
https://graph.facebook.com/PAGE_ID/feed?fields=id,likes,comments{from},shares
i got results similar to this.
{
"data": [
{
"id": "478412518924513_633895136709583",
"likes": {
"data": [
{
"id": "3696534343199936",
"name": "User Name"
},
{
"id": "576343349495810279",
"name": "User name"
}
],
},
"comments": {
"data": [
{
"from": {
"id": "154e3485900543",
"name": "user name"
},
"id": "633895096709587_633907896708307"
},
{
"from": {
"id": "10202701931494709",
"name": "User anme"
},
"id": "633895096709587_633899590042471"
}
],
}
},
How can i get how many likes,comments made by each user?
There are no endpoints you can get these counts from. This means that you have to aggregate the data yourself, namely
1) Iterating over the Page's Feed:
GET /{Page_ID}/feed?fields=id,created_time,likes{id},comments{from{id}},sharedposts&limit=200
and use the paging info to get the next results
See
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v2.1/page/feed/#read
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v2.1/post#edges
2) Aggregate the resulting data yourself in your application

Facebook realtime.. How are different objects batched together

Facebook realtime docs specify that the callback data is of the following format
{
"object": "user",
"entry": [
{
"uid": 1335845740,
"changed_fields": [
"name",
"picture"
],
"time": 232323
}, {
"uid": 1234,
"changed_fields": [
"friends"
],
"time": 232325
}]}
If two different objects, say 'user' and 'page' are to be sent back, does facebook
Batch them together?
Send them separately?
Different objects are sent in different requests. But if there are many user requests then it will batch those user requests and send it. And also you can have different end points for user and page. The format of page request is also different.
It looks something like this
{
"object": "page",
"entry": [
{
"id": "408518775908252",
"time": 1360643280,
"changes": [
{
"field": "feed",
"value": {
"item": "like",
"verb": "add",
"user_id": 5900878
}
}
]
}
]
}
