Unity UI panel transparency

I'm working on my game and I want to add an inventory type system, when I added the panel it was a little transparent while the one in the video was watching was not. I didn’t see any setting for transparency in the Unity inspector for both the canvas and the panel. The UI mode is an overlay
I didn’t try much other than clicking all the check boxes, and I was excepting for the up to be a solid color.
If you have a Canvas Group in your hierarchy, it can come from here (Alpha property).
I needed to go to colors and slide this slider all the way up or down (the slider you need to change)

Scale UI buttons and images with screen size

I ma developing a game for unity and i want to be able to scale my buttons and UI elements to fit different screen sizes. Please how can i go about this? I have tried scale with screen size and it doesn't seem to help me. Is there a script i can use for this?
You will want to use a canvas scaler for this.
You simply attach this object to your canvas parenting your UI elements and it will scale them acordingly.
You will also want to make sure your UI elements are anchored correctly so that they stretch with their correct anchor point.

Continuously scrolling UI Unity

So I am working working on something in unity (2d game). I have a list of button (UI) on my scene and I want to implement a scrolling mechanism. What is the best way to go about it? Currently , I can scroll through horizontally because I have added a "scroll rect" to the the canvas holding the buttons as I start the game. However when I try to scroll back (horizontally, it goes beyond the Buttons. Is there a way to make the scrolling continuous such that as I scroll, from the first UI element when I get to the last one and I keep scrolling, it continues with the first element. or what should I do. please let me Know If i should clarify.
In the Scroll rect you can set the movement type. I don't think the kind of "infinite scroll" you are asking for is available.
For your case, I think that the Use Elastic or Clamped mode to force the content to remain within the bounds of the Scroll Rect should do the work.
In the case of the infinite scroll specifically needed, you would need to ask for that explicitely and show your attempt for more specific help.

Camera is not centered to Game object when attached

This might be a really noobie question, but I attached the camera as a child of the player and the transform is set to (0,0). When I run in the editor the camera is off centered. If I build the game it is the way I wanted. Is there a reason for this happening?
Edit: I just face palm myself. Please check your scales and bar
Credit to: #Ruzihm for fixing my dum mistake
Looking at the scroll bars at the bottom and right of the game view panel, it seems like 1. the view is zoomed in so not everything is visible and 2. the horizontal scroll bar isn't centered.
Recommended fix:
Slide the scale selector all the way to the left
OR
Move the horizontal scrollbar to be centered.

Looking to mimic the iPhone lock screen camera drag

I've been searching and searching on how apple makes the dragging motion on the lock screen to open the camera so clean. I'm trying to do a similar thing with an app where you drag from the bottom up to reveal a menu, but i cant quite get it right. Anyone know how to, or of any tutorials that show how to do this? Thanks in advance!
To follow up what's been mentioned by Hejazi I believe you can achieve this in 3 steps:
create a background rectangle with some corner radius (this is a property of CGRect).
create a top view, corresponding to the part you want to be able to slide. Attach a pan gesture to this view so you will be able to handle the animation for this view.
for the text part being highlighted I think you need another two views: I will apply a mask corresponding to the text to a view so you get some transparency only for the letters of your text and animate a white round view behind it.
