I have an Azure account with a SendGrid resource. Today SendGrid reached the quota of email sent per month, I am now trying to increase the tier of SendGrid.
However, when I try to do that I get this message:
Your SendGrid resource was not updated to the selected pricing tier.
Does anyone know anything about this error?
Many times this has to do with the subscription and whether or not the subscription is allowed to use services in the Azure Marketplace.
The solution was create a new SendGrid account, for any reason the first one was cancelled so that I was not able to upgrade it.

When using Azure Pipelines, SendGrid notifications can fail due to IP whitelisting. What alternative notification apps can be used?
In my case, I must leave IP Whitelisting turned on in my SendGrid account due to its use in other applications and security requirements within the organization.
I do not have security requirements for the pipeline notifications itself, so another tool is fine. What is the best option: Can you think of a workaround for SendGrid via networking? Is a free gmail account useful for this type of thing, or is there another, better solution?
All I need is emails saying "Pipeline [abc] was activated and [passed/failed]", and I already have the pipeline code to check if it passed/failed and to fire a job, I just need to pick a job type and pick the right one!
Thanks for your time!
We have configured the WhatsApp cloud API (not as a BSP). We use a messages endpoint to send messages to our customers. But we need to validate if the customer number has a WhatsApp account associated with it.
Is there any endpoint available to check if a number has a WhatsApp account? Kindly Help.
There is an option in On-premises API using contacts API but there is no option for Cloud API.
Hope they will provide in the future.
I am working on a project and my clients want to have the Message centre of Paypal integrated into their system so they won't need to log in every time on PayPal account to check their emails and reply.
I can not find any available option on their developer portal for a call similar to that. But I thought to ask here as may someone had better luck finding that.
Much appreciated.
There is a customer Disputes API for handling that part of backend administration. This is typically only useful for large/enterprise merchants.
Other things require logging into the account. User logins with specific/limited roles can be created.
Just trying to get the best method for testing adding/updating contacts via a cronjob without interfering with the current contacts list. Will I need to create a new account specifically for testing?

If you want to make requests to the API as part of your testing (which I normally advise against, as testing 3rd party services should be unnecessary), and you don't want to affect your data, then you don't need a completely new account, but you can use a Subuser account.
My colleagues receive emails from "cloud-proactive-comms" with notifications to upgrade our cluster in response to security threats and stuff like that.
How do I register for these emails as well?
First of all, you need to be a project owner in order to receive those emails form "cloud-proactive-comms".
You can also check with your colleague, which permission you are lacking to get those email. As it's possible that your colleague is a Project Owner.
