Error when creating DB2 service on Dedicated Bluemix - ibm-cloud

I have already created a Bluepay account and transferred the Org I was working in to that account.
The thing is, when I try to create a DB2 service, I have 2 issues:
The monthly prices are shown for Singapore while I'm in Brazil and I can't seem to change the country.
When I click Create, I get an error: "The service instance cannot be created because paid service plans are not allowed."
Below are the screenshots:

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this.
Thanks in advance :)

Access Changed on Google Cloud storage

I had a simple Google Cloud Storage Account (for the last 5 years) that I had a small online backup service offering for my clients.
About a month or so ago I began getting messages about my "Trial" was expiring ... I ignored it mostly since I had not setup a trial anything. Then about a couple of weeks ago, my backup service quite working with the message I had no cloud account.
I went back and found the emails and clicked and "Upgraded" the account (which again I have no idea why since I have been paying Google Cloud Storage for years) and the backup began to work again.
But now when I go to look at the Project it states I have no permission for anything. I had access until this garbage happened ... of course there is absolutely no way to get support from Google.
I have tried to see how to give me admin access again, but there does not seem to be any way to do this ...
BTW ... I am the only login
Help please
about a year ago, some requirements were changed with GCP and storage. as such, you will need to ensure you have an attached billing account and manager access on the accounts that you are using to back up with. Typically these are service accounts with service credentials.
You can find the IAM roles here: https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/iam
you will have to ensure you are in the correct project, then select the user that you are using to authorize with the backup service (or potentially create one).
Then you will want to edit the roles this account has with any of the following, or their subset permissions:
Storage Admin
Storage Transfer
Storage Object Admin
I also highly recommend getting a Google/Firebase technician to look at your GCP project, you can contact them through support here as they can debug if there are any backend issues. Just clarify that your project may not be a Firebase project. They are often more helpful than typical Google Support.
https://firebase.google.com/support/troubleshooter/contact
Update:
If for some reason your account was hijacked or migrated to an account you don't have access to when you should. contacting GCP support is your best option, they are able to restore access, roll back changes, and otherwise assist with any potential lockouts you have.

SendGrid resource was not updated

I have an Azure account with a SendGrid resource. Today SendGrid reached the quota of email sent per month, I am now trying to increase the tier of SendGrid.
However, when I try to do that I get this message:
Your SendGrid resource was not updated to the selected pricing tier.
Does anyone know anything about this error?
Many times this has to do with the subscription and whether or not the subscription is allowed to use services in the Azure Marketplace.
The solution was create a new SendGrid account, for any reason the first one was cancelled so that I was not able to upgrade it.

SendGrid free plan is not listed Select Plan dropdown

we are developing services on IBM Bluemix and are working in multiple Bluemix orgs. We’ve noticed recently that the SendGrid free plan no longer is available (isn’t listed in the Select Plan dropdown). We see only Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. Is this a bug? Was the free plan intentionally removed? #BenRondeau et al.
Thanks!.. Duane
The SendGrid free plan in Bluemix is temporarily unavailable for maintenance per the Bluemix status page:
http://ibm.biz/bluemixstatus
Here is the maintenance text for your convenience:
Maintenance: SendGrid service - US South and United Kingdom regions
The SendGrid 3rd party service has been removed from the catalog
temporarily for maintenance. This page will be updated when that
maintenance is complete. Users can not create new instances of the
service during this time. Existing instances will continue to work as
expected.
Update 2016-02-19 19:03 UTC: Maintenance of the paid SendGrid plan
offerings is complete and those plans have been restored to the US
South, United Kingdom regions. The team is working to restore the
free plan as soon as possible.
I'm not sure how the integration is with Bluemix, and if there's an interface within orgs for SendGrid that you're referring to, but you can easily get it the old fashion way: from the settings page on SendGrid's site. I made a free account just yesterday and am currently using it today without being billed.
If you need help navigating their site, they have a page dedicated to their free plan.
Just click the Try for free button. It takes you to a modal page where you can add your credentials and sign up. :)

Unable to connect Eclipse IDE with hana cloud trial account

I am trying to connect SAP HANA trial account with eclipse IDE
I am using a direct internet connection with following settings :
I am using the same credentials (emailID and password when logging into HANA cockpit). I am not sure what am I doing wrong here.
your account name should be the same as you wrote but you have to add "trial" suffix to it
your username is the same as your account name just you should exclude "trial" suffix.
according to your screenshot it should be like this
account name : p1940990208trial
user name : p1940990208
You've specified p1940990208 as account name (visible in the second screen shot), while in reality your account is p1940990208trial. Please fix that and try it out again - I'm pretty sure it's gonna work fine.
Best wishes,
Krassi
I had the same problem - the instructions on the SAP site are a bit confusing. When you add in the details on the first screen it is your accountID with the trial suffix and then your account id plus the password associated with it. Once you have authenticated then you use the database user you set up to the database.
