UberApi history of vehicle - uber-api

I need to get a history of all my trips (more than 1000) in any parsable format.
For every single trip I need to know (car, distance, cost)
Unfortunatly:
Uber app dosn't have an option to export history
Uber site doesn't show a car of ride
Uber recipts doesn't have an info about car
Uber\history API also doesn't provide an info about car
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Unfortunately, it is not possible to aggregate this data today.

XRPL: How to get the history of the balance of an account?

I would like to query the history of the balance of an XRPL account with the new WebSocket API.
For example, how do I check the balance of an account on a particular day?
I know with the v2 api, there was a possibility to query balance_changes. But this doesn't seem to be part of the new version.
For example:
https://data.ripple.com/v2/accounts/rf1BiGeXwwQoi8Z2ueFYTEXSwuJYfV2Jpn/balance_changes?start=2018-01-01T00:00:00Z
How is this done with the new Websocket API's?
There's no convenient API call that the WebSocket API can do to get this. I assume you want the XRP balance, not token/issued currency balances, which are in a different place.
One way to go about it is to make an account_tx call and then iterate through the metadata. Many, but not all, transactions will have a ModifiedNode entry of type AccountRoot—if that transaction changed the account's XRP balance, you can see the difference in the PreviousFields vs. FinalFields for that entry. The Look Up Transaction Results tutorial has some details on how to parse out metadata this way. There are some kind of tricky edge cases here: for example, if you send a transaction that buys 10 drops of XRP in the exchange but burns 10 drops of XRP as a transaction cost, then the metadata won't show a balance change because the net change was zero (+10, -10).
Another approach could be to estimate what ledger_index was most recently closed at a given time, then use account_info to look up the account's balance as of that time. The hard part there is figuring out what the latest ledger index was at a given time. This is one of the places where the Data API was just more convenient than the WebSocket API—there's no way to look up by date in WebSocket so you have to try a ledger index, see what the close time of the ledger was, try another ledger index, see what the date is, etc.

Uber Api History Data Ordering

The get history api documentation does not specify whether the data returned is ordered from the latest trip time . The example data here looks like it is ordered from latest:
https://developer.uber.com/docs/riders/references/api/v1.2/history-get
But my application has a hard dependency on being able to fetch a sample of the latest trips.
Can anyone confirm whether or not this is guaranteed?
History endpoint supposes to return data in descending order - so the latest trips will be displayed first. But you can sort the data on your side how you prefer - you don't need to relay in response you are getting back from the endpoint. It is trivial to sort the list/collection of data - there are many samples how to do it on SO in any programing language you are using.

need a list for all countries with their states and cities including latitude and longitude

I am creating an App which needs data for countries, states and cities which is available at lots of places but here for some reason I need to know the latitude and longitude of each country including its state and city. From which one source can I find all these? I need to store this data in mongoDb.
I tried downloading allCountries.zip file from here GeoNames but I found that data is not in proper tsv format and it's very complicated to get the expected output data from here.
Is there anything else from which I can get the desired result?
Please help if anyone knows
Thanks a lot in advance :)
There is a webservice provided by geoNames which gives all the information about countries, states and cities.
http://ws.geonames.org/childrenJSON?geonameId=8505026&username=demo
this is an API which gives children i.e if you provide countries geonameId then it will give its states. If you provide states geonameId it will give its cities.
So in that way we can have all the information about countries states and cities. To get all geonameId of countries for that they have provided another API
http://api.geonames.org/countryInfoCSV?username=demo
There is just one thing we should keep in mind that for username we have to create an account and whose credit limit is approx 2000 per day. So if we want to hit the API more than 2000 a day we have to create another account :)
Pretty good thing and very useful thing provided by geoNames

Extract significant near future local events exact location and time using Facebook Graph Search api

I am looking for a way to extract significant (number of attendees > threshold) near future (within the next week) local events exact location and time using Facebook Graph Search api.
If local cannot be done, i could just specify a city (Athens, GR for example) instead.
It would be absolutely great if the info could be extracted with one query, but i think this is too much to hope for.
What i have tried so far is:
search?fields=location,events,name&limit=300&q=athens&type=place
This produces a set of events with name relative to "athens" as well as exact location, but not the time or number of attendees or event name.
{event_ID}?fields=attending.limit(1).summary(true)
This produces the number of attendees for a specific event_ID.
The total number of significant (let's assume more than 300 attendees) event for a week's span in Athens, GR should not be very high, therefore i could manually query the API as a last resort solution.
Does anyone have any idea if/how what i am asking can be achieved?
Thank you very much in advance.
You can't do this just in one query although you can probably batch some requests (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/making-multiple-requests).
What I would do is:
Geo query to place: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/using-graph-api/v2.3#search
GET graph.facebook.com
/search?
q=coffee&
type=place&
center=37.76,-122.427&
distance=1000
Get the page_id and query for public events (batch): https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/page/events
Get attendants for those events (batch): https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v2.3/event/attending
I hope it helps.

how to get food product data from barcode

I am able to read the barocode but i am confused about how to get the food product value from the barcode value .
Do we need to call a webservice or create a database locally ...
help me out
thanks in advance
Have a look at OpenFoodFacts. It's a database that does just that, with ingredients, calories, etc. It's based on the barcode.
Product bar-codes contain almost no product related information - they are mere unique identifiers. The system used in Europe - EAN13 - consists of a country code, a manufacturer code, a product code, and a check digit. To translate any of this data into usable information you need a database or web-service.
I know this was asked a long time ago but I figured I would give an update for anyone looking now... We use an API called upcFood (www.upcfood.com) They offer a simple API that allows lookup of food products directly from the barcode. upcFood includes nutrition data, Products Data, allergy data, ingredients etc. from a single search.
In case anyone else is looking for this info in 2021, you can get this data directly from the USDA's Food Data Central API, which is public domain. One of their endpoints has a query param, which supports keywords and, as a little tinkering revealed, UPCs! For instance, here's a query for a snack I had laying around:
https://api.nal.usda.gov/fdc/v1/foods/search?query=850126007120&pageSize=10&api_key=DEMO_KEY
API keys can be had with an email address. Hope this is useful to someone!
Free database here:
http://www.upcdatabase.com
and here:
http://www.yoopsie.com/
Otherwise just Google for "upc database" and you'll find people offering to sell you one.
I doubt that the databases will include prices since those are for the individual retailers to set.
I am not sure if you still need the information since it is dated a year..
A french startup has created an application that can find most of the correspondant of ean-code to food product. It provides as well an API for developper to integrate in their application.
You can check it at : http://prixing.fr/api
Since it is based in France, it is in French language .. if it is useful, I hope it can help
