How to fix this issue?
You need to set "System Admin email address" under Manage Jenkins -> Configure System. This is under the Jenkins Location header on that page!
Have a look at below thread.
How can I set the Sender's address in Jenkins?

Exim4 on server. Sending to it from another smtp. Sender verify failed

I have Exim on server with test#domain.com email.
And now i'm sending email to test#domain.com from test2#domain.com but using provider SMTP and i'm getting following error:
Failed: test2#domain.com → test#domain.com 'Microsoft Office Outlook Test Message' Server response:
550 550 Verification failed for <bounce+2db7fb.5fc31-info=test#domain.com> Unrouteable address Sender verify failed
How can i put my SMTP (sender) to white list?
Have you correctly setup your domain MX record your server ? I think there is an issues with the mx record of your domain.

Bugzilla - Email not working

I have installed Bugzilla-4.4 in my new Ubuntu Machine. When I submit a new bug, I got the email sent notification. But the sent email is not received by the recipients . I am using Sendmail mail configuration in Bugzilla. I have also tested "Test" mail configuration in which the mail is logged in bugzilla-4.4/data/mailer.testfile successfully. When I check my mail.log file I found the following:
(1001/1001), delay=3+15:58:59, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=47643784, relay=mailrelay.netcon.in., dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection timed out with mailrelay.netcon.in.
I have no idea what to do.Is anything I missed out while Sendmail configuration? Any help!!
Try nc from command line:
nc mailrelay.netcon.in 25
which should result in something like:
220 mailrelay.netcon.in ESMTP Postfix
If not check for internet connection and/or router firewall rules.

Can't relay mail server to SendGrid

I've gone through the SendGrid integration instructions for Exim (http://docs.sendgrid.com/documentation/get-started/integrate/examples/exim/)
However, any email I send now is not being sent. Its all stuck in the queue. I looked for the log file for a message I'm trying to send and this is what I get:
2011-10-12 19:49:14 cwd=/var/spool/exim 3 args: /usr/sbin/exim -Mc 1RE9U2-0007Qg-20
+++ 1RE9U2-0007Qg-20 has not completed +++
2011-10-12 19:49:14 1RE9U2-0007Qg-20 <= email#example.com H=localhost [127.0.0.1] P=esmtpa A=dovecot_login:email#example.com S=731 id=20111012194913.13697j8jpb4heop5#example.com T="Test"
2011-10-12 19:49:14 1RE9U2-0007Qg-20 == email#gmail.com R=send_via_sendgrid T=sendgrid_smtp defer (-53): retry time not reached for any host
I've had the support rebuild the exim db, but that hasn't helped. I'm thinking it has to do with the fact that its using the dovecot login instead of the sendgrid login which is added after it. How do I make it use the sendgrid login info? Thanks!!
If you aren't using your SG credentials you're going to run into authentification issues.
Try the following to make sure you are using the correct credentials:
*:sendgridusername:sendgridpassword
