Exim4 on server. Sending to it from another smtp. Sender verify failed - email

I have Exim on server with test#domain.com email.
And now i'm sending email to test#domain.com from test2#domain.com but using provider SMTP and i'm getting following error:
Failed: test2#domain.com → test#domain.com 'Microsoft Office Outlook Test Message' Server response:
550 550 Verification failed for <bounce+2db7fb.5fc31-info=test#domain.com> Unrouteable address Sender verify failed
How can i put my SMTP (sender) to white list?

Have you correctly setup your domain MX record your server ? I think there is an issues with the mx record of your domain.

I got this issue and resolved it by providing access to my server and sender email id on SMTP server. SMTP servers are restricted as to which server can send email from what sender email id. Contact with your SMTP administrator have them grant permission to your server ip and sender email id.

How to fix this issue?
You need to set "System Admin email address" under Manage Jenkins -> Configure System. This is under the Jenkins Location header on that page!
Have a look at below thread.
How can I set the Sender's address in Jenkins?

Reverse DNS does not contain the hostname

I use a Centos Server in Windows HyperV. When I was sent a mail over this server, I get an error mail.
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

mxtollbox.com smtp test result :
SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch Reverse DNS does not contain the hostname
SMTP Banner Check Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner
SMTP TLS Warning - Does not support TLS.
SMTP Transaction Time 15.485 seconds - Not good! on Transaction Time
SMTP Valid Hostname OK - Reverse DNS is a valid Hostname
SMTP Connection Time 0 seconds - Good on Connection time
SMTP Open Relay OK - Not an open relay.
how to fix this problem?
As the error states, The IP address sending this message does not have a PTR record setup, so you need to set the PTR record for 185.124.86.138 (it is quite usual that receiving mail server requires this). Reverse DNS is controlled by whoever "owns" the IP address, so you should probably contact Bilgehosting to set the record for you)
