When I attempt to create a Cloudant NoSQL DB in IBM Internal Bluemix, I receive the following message and the Service Name field is disabled. Is there a way to create a Cloudant NoSQL DB in IBM Internal Bluemix?

If you persistently receive an error message when trying to create a service instance of Cloudant in Bluemix, you should raise a support ticket.

I have been trying to connect the my Data Fusion instance with my Cloud SQL PostgreSQL server. I have ensured that both of them are in the same VPC and I am using the Socket-factory library 1.2. What should I do? I am new in Data Fusion.
Edit:
I forgot to mention the error. I am trying to connect through wrangler using the Database option and using the connection string:
jdbc:postgresql://google/DATABASE_NAME?cloudSqlInstance=INSTANCE_CONNECTION_NAME&socketFactory=com.google.cloud.sql.postgres.SocketFactory&useSSL=false
The error I receive is 403 Forbidden. I have given Cloud SQL client permissions to both the service account and Dataproc account. I am using the latest Data Fusion version 6.6.0.

Raise a support ticket with IBM.
Operational issues on commercial cloud services are not for stackoverflow.
Additionally, if you are on the "lite" plan (as suggested by your image), there is no ability to create a Database instance. Instead, you can only connect to a shared multi-tenanted database with your your account. It has a schema which is your account-name.
I have created bucket in ibm cloud object storage and successfully able to upload file posting there. Now, I want to refine those files using ibm data connect. I am trying to create a connection in data connect and selected bluemix object storage.
Dont understand what details are asked under details. Am I selecting wrong connection type or what exactly details should i look for, in my cloud object storage.
Data Connect was deprecated in December 2017 and reached end-of-life 3/30/2018. Data Refinery is the successor, and does connect to IBM Cloud Object Storage natively. Information about migrating from Data Connect can be found here.
I tried to delete an old app bound with a mongolab service which is out of service. I can neither delete the app nor the mongolab service because the endpoint of the mongolab doesn't exist anymore. Do IBM Cloud or Bluemix people have a solution to this?
An error (10001) occurred while deleting the service.
Description:
Service instance MongoLab-NF: Service broker error: {"description"=>"TRANSPORT_ERROR - Received error with message \"401 Unauthorized\" while calling integration endpoint https://api.mongolab.com/api/appdirect/1/partners/IbmCloud/events?eventUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fbluemix.marketplace.ibmcloud.com%2Fapi%2Fintegration%2Fv1%2Fevents%2F4a1b66dd-531d-43e6-966d-0939fade9fa5 (1272 / MongoLab). Received response:\n"}
Visit IBM Cloud Support and open a support ticket.
We users can't do much about it. Even, it won't allow deletion of app/service.
Once, the same is removed, bind new mLab service to your app.
I am trying to provision SQL database on IBM Bluemix and I get the following error:
Service broker error: {"description"=>"Error 502 received from broker url https://csbs01-prod.mybluemix.net/sqldb/v2/service_instances}
has anyone faced a similar error ?
As reported on the Bluemix Status Page the issues with SQLDB Premium service provisioning should now be fixed. You should now be able to provision a new service instance.
