I have taken the help from the store overflow page stcokoverflow question answered on this topic The error issue was solved but next error regarding the google fonts and its update came. following was the error.
the file-google-crosextra-carlito-fonts-1.103.0.1.20130920.el6.1.noarch.rpm cannot be opened
The system was in the inconsistent state, the internet was there, so how can I solve this issue?

I was looking for the help on the internet since 3-4 days, but could not find the appropriate answer. The issue was the with installation media I am using. I was using the bootable USB created using the software UNETBOOTIN, even though I changed the CentOS v6.8 or v6.9 the same error was persist.
When I used the bootable USB made from RUFUS the installation was done successfully without any error. So the issue was with the bootable media we were using. So friends while installing the CentsOS especially the v6.8 or v6.9 don't use the UNETBOOTIN for making the USB bootable. Please use the RUFUS or any other. You can download the Rufus from here. Download Rufus from here ..! Thank you.

libgit Library not found in Qt Project

I am attempting to install Fritzing from source and have followed the instructions exactly, and even reinstalled and used other instructions. Every time I have gotten to the point of running the project in Qt Creator and add the proper command line arguments, I get an error saying
libgit2 library not found in C:/Users/harry/Desktop/Fritzing/fritzing-app/../libgit2/build64/release
I have checked my libgit2/build64 and there is no subfolder titled 'Release'. I am at a loss and do not know where to go, so if anyone knows, thank you!

libsqlite3-0.dll was not found error when launching shp2pgsql-gui on Windows (PostGIS)

I recently installed PostgreSQL 13 on windows 10 and the PostGIS extension via the stack builder. However, when trying to launch the shp2pgsql-gui application to import a shapefile, I get a "libsqlite3-0.dll was not found" error. I can see the file under the bin folder, so I'm not sure where the problem is and googling did not help very much. I wonder what the problem may be because the installation seemed pretty straightforward to have done something wrong.
Copying the "libsqlite3-0.dll" file from \PostgreSQL\13\bin to PostgreSQL\13\bin\postgisgui and then running the shp2pgsql-gui application seemed to fix this issue for me.
This problem can occur for different reasons, but I recommend that you download that .dll from the following link (https://es.dll-files.com/libsqlite3-0.dll.html). Then replace the file in the installation folder.

Cannot install latest version of moodle4mac on Catalina

I'm trying to install moodle4mac on Catalina via a .dmg file. The .dmg file mounts okay. However, when I try to drag the MAMP folder to the Applications folder, I get the message "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items."
When install dialog is showing 4 folders;
.DocumentRevisions-V100
.TemporaryItems
.Trashes
.fseventsd
The first three have no go signs on the folders suggesting that these are the problematic ones. I have checked the read/write permissions of the Applications folder, which looks fine. I have also run sudo spctl --master-disable which gives me the opportunity to download apps from anywhere, but this does not make any difference.
Any pointers greatly welcome!
Okay. It turns out the culprit was Sophos Home Antivirus. There was no indication in any of the error messages that Sophos was blocking this, hence I did not put two and two together. However, a warning message about the mounted volume popped up this morning, and I was able to trace this back to Sophos. It would be great if Sophos / MacOS could provide more detailed messages regarding such errors in future.

A fatal error was encountered. The library 'hostpolicy.dll' required to execute the application was not found

I tried internet search on this issue and it is very common with many suggestions. The problem started with an update to VS2019 in which I paused because my projects in VSCode were breaking.I did a system restore and when I tried to start VSCode I got a message saying my installation was corrupt. So I reinstalled to the latest version and now get this error.
A fatal error was encountered. The library 'hostpolicy.dll' required to execute the application was not found...
I found 3 extensions that needed updating so I do so but did not fix this problem. Do not know if I need to update the .Net Core since it looks like a version mismatch. It seems these updates are wreckless since they always cause thing to go wrong.s
If you are facing this problem, it means you are using Windows.
This official microsoft live share github page explains how to fix the issue: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/live-share/issues/102
Especially, check out this comment: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/live-share/issues/102#issuecomment-366509735
make vscode is up to date
uninstall live share from vscode
close vscode completely
restart vscode as administrator
reinstall live share
I should add:
close completely vscode and restart it

WHM Upgrade Blocked by EXIMUP

I am in the middle of rebuilding my VPS and I am getting an error in WHM.
CENTOS 6.5 x86_64 virtuozzo – vps-1......... WHM 11.34.2 (build 8)
Reasons for blocked updates
Please correct these issues and rerun updates.
fatal: Upgrade is blocked because EXIMUP is set to 'never' in your configuration. To proceed, you can touch file '/var/cpanel/exim.unmanaged' and run the upgrade one more time. Please refer to our documentation at http://go.cpanel.net/1136UpgradeExim for more information.
The URL for help doesn't exist.
I do not see this file in when I check for it.
I found the Exim Configuration Manager but do not see anything that matches what the error states.
I have a feeling this is fairly easy fix but I am far from an expert on VPS managing. I'm learning the hard way to put it nicely...
Does anyone know how I can clear this out so I can upgrade WHM?
I see in their documentation:
To upgrade from cPanel & WHM version 11.34 and earlier:
Touch /var/cpanel/exim.unmanaged
Run the upgrade again.
What does "Touch"mean? I tried toggling the exim option in preferences but it made no difference.
After a night of fighting this I find the answer right after I post. Here is how I solved it.
Touch means to create or modify a file without actually writing to it. So in this case since the file did not exist. I created a new file in /var/cpanel/ called 'exim.unmanaged'
After placing that file in the directory I ran the updates again and it is now upgrading WHM and cPanel.
Pros know this I am sure but hopefully this will be helpful for newbi VPS admins like myself.
