I've created and installed dozens of tab pages, but this latest one is having issues and I'm seeing a request for review that I haven't seen before. Is Facebook requiring review for tab pages now? Can anyone confirm this?

I'm having a problem with a small app I've created to post images/videos to my enterprise page, all posts that the app is publishing can only be seen by me, nobody else is able to see them. They go to my enterprise page's posted items an all the posts published by the app do not appear, they can only see the posts that I've manually published, but if I use my facebook account to go to my enterprise page I can properly see all app posts (and all the manually published posts also). Does anybody know what I'm missing?
PD: I've still the app in "development mode", and my app is using a "never expiring" token to post to my enterprise page.
my bot app is running on more Facebook pages, the issue is that if the app gets uninstalled from the settings of a single page, all webhooks are deleted also from other pages and so gets the bot. Has anyone experienced and solved this issue without the need of having one app per page?
It's been about 2 months now. We manage several facebook pages and all these pages were linking to native iOS / Android apps from the CTA button where users were either opening their apps via "Use App" link or were redirected to download them in case they didn't have it installed.
What happens now is that the dialog to connect your app via the "add button" function in Facebook pages, it only shows a textfield to redirect the users to a website (image attached). There is no way to link to a registered app (of course there is a related app registered with all the relevant platforms enabled and the admin has access to it). Facebook, as always is completely silent and not responding to any support requests, clients that had their apps linked to pages now ask us what happened and we are out in the cold without being able to understand wtf is happening.
This happens to 90% of our pages, some of them still have a "Use App" button that works just fine, but all others have the above problem. Also, new pages, suffer from the same problem as well. Changing the page theme doesn't seem to do anything. One (strange) finding is that if you download the pages management app in a mobile device, there is also a checkbox which allows to enter a deep link url besides the standard url but just that. The list with the apps that we had access to link to pages has just vanished.
Any ideas? Anyone having the same issue?
I have two pages and apps created on both pages. Although the apps on both pages work fine I cannot access the apps on one page to edit them. I need to update them after the timeline switchover. Only 1 app created for one of the pages is shown. The other 4 apps on my other page seem to have vanished. if I log on FB as myself to access the Developers page I only see the one app. Loggin straight into the affected page and trying to access the Dev page redirects me straight back to my page.
I have hours of work that I cannot access! The help from FB is next to useless and hours of searching has turned up nothing. Can anyone advise? The apps exists because I created them! If nobody can advise, does anyone know where I can go to get advise and a response from FB?
Thanks
I'm new to facebook app dev.
I habe built a basic app for iFrame and was able to push it to my page.
However, the app seems to be public. Can anyone push my content to his page?
If so, can I prevent this in my script (that lies on my server).
If not: Where are the restrictions to this?
Thanks!
