Not able access Edit Org or Edit Space in IBM Bluemix - ibm-cloud

I am facing the following error while trying to edit the org or space.
BXNUI0125E: You will be logged out because you are not a member of an active account.
Your Bluemix account might have expired or been cancelled, or you might have been removed from your org.
Contact your org manager. Or, for help and support options, see the troubleshooting section of the Bluemix Docs.
Please see the attached screen shots for the error messages. The screen shot also shows that the user has sufficient privileges to edit the organization / Space.
I can add a support ticket to Bluemix because of account privileges. What do you think the problem must be?

According to the Common ID and Billing Questions FAQ, here are the reasons why you cannot edit an org or space:
You do not have the appropriate permissions. You must have manager
rights on the organization level; not developer or auditor rights.
If you cannot see a space, you need to contact the owner to remove and re-add you to the space.
If you cannot delete a space, you are likely encountering a permission issue.
It is entirely possible that the manager of the org that you were accessing has removed you. I would recommend that you contact the manager of the org to find out more information.
If you need to submit a Bluemix Support ticket and you cannot log into Bluemix, you can use this form: https://support.ng.bluemix.net/gethelp/

Can't add application as super admin

I am attempting to add the "Amazon Web Services" Application to Google Workspaces.
I have been assigned the super admin role, in the admin dashboard. So, to the best of my knowledge, I should have permissions to add an application. But I keep getting the error message "Can't add Amazon Web Services. Please try again.". Which unfortunately is not particularly helpful in trying to understand what the problem is. I have tried different browsers, signing out/in etc. all to no avail.
However I must be missing something as the organisation owner is able to add the application with no issues, does anyone have any idea what could be preventing me from doing this?
Just to add, I have confirmed that I have the same roles attached as the organisation owner.
If your account has been assigned the role recently it is expected as it usually takes up to 24hrs for a role to fully propagate. After that you should be able to add it with no issues.
That is documented here

Github App transferred to Organisation not showing "Install App" etc

I asked this question on the github community support forum, but I'll ask this here too since no reply there...
I am trying to setup a Github App to give some scripts limited Admin rights to some repos in an Organisation. The Organisation is (I believe) under an Enterprise account - we are using this currently instead of having an Enterprise server. I have created the App, transferred it to the Organisation, and one of the Organisation Admins (which I an not) has set me as the manager. So far so good. However, although I can see the App in the Organisation Settings, there is no “Install App” button. Also trying to use it in scripting gives 401 (A JSON web token could not be decoded) errors trying to get hold of a “PAT” for the app - even though the Admin has installed it into the app.
There is obviously something wrong but I’m at a loss. Does anybody know of some extra logs that can be looked at or have a suggestion on how to approach this. We’ve tried deleting the app and retrying - no different. I should say this is the third app I’ve created for transferring into the organisation this way - so far it has just worked.
We raised a support ticket on this so got a formal answer. I thought it might be useful to replicate the key part of the answer here. Essentially the issue is the fact this App has Admin rights. I am an Administrator on some of the repos, and am "App Manager" for this App, but I am not an Owner of the Organisation.
I quote:
"""GitHub App permission requests [control] access to a number of organization REST API endpoints... As these endpoints are outside the individual repository scope, only the organization owner can approve requests to add or change them. If this wasn't the case, App Managers who aren't organization owners would be able to grant an application the ability to view organization members and teams - which is private organization information that can otherwise only be granted by organization owners via inviting new organization members."""
Basically that is it. The original idea was to allow a central place to set some things that only an Administrator could set in a repo - c.f. branch rules. Seems that this can't be done as is with an App - the system just isn't flexible enough.
The alternative, which I know works, is to use the PAT of a user with Admin rights. That just feels less secure.

Locked out of GSuite Admin after domain verification

I have signed up for Gsuite Essentials and attempted up upgrade to Gsuite Enterprise. I only have a single email address eg a#abc.com. I had already been using this account as a normal google account. (no gmail though).
I couldn't get the admin console to show the upgrade option, but found I needed to verify my domain. So I added the TXT record to my domain abc.com, which would then let me verify.
I could then log in to the admin console as a#abc.com and clicked on the upgrade option and completed the process. This then let my a#abc.com user have access to Gmail. I have not transferred any domain settings over to google, that is all still externally hosted.
I can now no longer log in to the admin console, it says that my a#abc.com account doesn't have the rights and I need to log in as the administrator. There is no other account linked to the Gsuite settings, so there is no other administrator. I can still log in to the normal google account and do the same functions as previous.
I have now removed the TXT record hoping that would cancel it out again.
How do I get access to the admin side again?
Side note: What I am mostly worried about is that I put my credit card details into the signup, but can't get into the admin page and can't contact any form of support. It is literally impossible to get support to use the serve I paid for.
First thing first, the txt records are a string for the only purpose to verify the ownership of the domain therefore deleting them won't change anything you only need this record for the verification process and once is done you can delete them.
As an example is like a text message sent to your mobile phone, if you delete the message nothing will happen right?
I tell you this so you won't more time on the domain DNS zone settings because the issue is not there and you won't solve the problem.
There may be few things that may have happened.
The first thing you should do is to navigate in an Incognito page, make sure that is the only incognito page that you have opened and log in with a#abc.com.
Try to run different test in incognito, the issue really looks like that you are logged in with multiple Google Accounts and when you go do admin.google.com it picks up the wrong one. That's why you should go in incognito.
EDIT
Use as reference this link Here.
Follow the steps in Paragraph 'I'm taking control from another admin' here the steps:
Go to the G Suite Essentials sign-up page.
2, Sign up using your email address at the domain you're verifying.
Use an address where you can get mail.
Follow instructions in the Setup Wizard to become the admin who manages G Suite Essentials for all users at your organization.
If this didn't solve the issue then you should contact the Google Support and they will tell you what happened.
The thing is that if you can't access the Google Admin you won't be able to contact the Google Support, hence you should follow this:
.1 Can't sign in to the Admin console: https://support.google.com/a/answer/6335621?hl=en

Failed to add users to my organization in DevOps

I have a problem and apparently it happens because before I had my business account registered as a personal account in microsoft. I have already deleted that account to keep the business account only but now when I want to add the account to my organization in DevOps it does not allow me to add it, it tells me that there is an error and already, it does not add it to the organization.
I realized that DevOps tries to add the personal Microsoft account again and not the new one I have (Microsoft 365), I don't know how I can solve that, if they could help me.
The question is also in Developer Community in Microsoft: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/1096647/no-puedo-unirme-a-una-organizacion-en-devops.html
Solved the issue with these steps below:
Sign out the account and close the browser.
Please ask your Project Collection Admins (PCA) to delete and re-add the account in the organization.
Don't click the email link or use the normal browser window to access the organization.
Firstly, please open an InPrivate/incognito browser window. Then, you could access to "https://dev.azure.com/TCI-Software" directly in the InPrivate/incognito browser window.

IBM bluemix dashboard error

After login into bluemix dashboard, getting below error:
You don't have access to any organizations or spaces. Check that you have access to Cloud Foundry and at least one organization and space, and then try again. You can confirm you have the appropriate access with your account owner or administrator.
That error indicates you don’t have the correct access permissions for any organizations/spaces tied to your account.
You should be able to create a new org and space from your account page (depends on your plan), and subsequently, set the permissions.
If you think that you should have access to a particular org/space but are still getting that warning, I recommend opening up a support ticket so IBM Cloud support can have all the details related to your account to help resolve the issue.
This can sometimes happen when the interface is set to the wrong region or space - click on the "person" in the top right hand corner and check that the Account is correct. Then use the menu in the top left to choose the dashboard and along the top check that the region, org and space is set as you expect. Hope this helps!
