One of my apps is seven years old and I recently revamped it. Is there a way to reset my reviews? I have negative reviews that are five to seven years old and no longer apply.
Thanks,
Eli

You can't delete ratings & reviews as a developer on the App Store. The new "reset ratings" option in iTunes Connect, simply allows you to retain the average rating of your app or lets you to reset it.
What you can do is, respond even to the 5-7 years old reviews and answer them.

Last year we submitted a Facebook app for review and our use of user_likes was approved as an item. I didn't keep a record of the text I used to describe how we use user_likes. Now I need to submit a very similar app for a different customer. Is there a way to dig up the old approval form contents?
You should ask the Facebook crew about that. However, I believe that should not be interesting. You should fill the values according to your best understanding of the features, especially, because some features might have been changed in the meantime. You have been already waiting for half an hour. Instead you have been able to complete the fields...

When you release a new update of an iPhone app, iTunes temporarily stops including reviews from old versions while it waits for users to submit enough reviews of the latest update. Eventually, it starts to include all reviews when calculating your average and displaying your total review count.
When does this transition take place? Do you need to reach a certain number of reviews? If so, what is that number?
It's 5 (ratings, comments are options).
While I say this from personal experience on various app, it's impossible to find an official information about this, but this value is confirmed by others.

Based on how things are done for my company, we issue updates very very regularly. Is there a limit or regulation as to how many times you can send a new update submission for your app?
I have looked and googled for anything relating to this issue but haven't found anything yet.
Thanks in advance.
Simple answer. No, there is not. You can submit as many updates as you can produce. Naturally, you will have to wait for acceptance to submit the next version while one is in review though.

my app got recently approved,
and I have a few questions regarding iAd.
1) How much exactly is revenue per impression and per click?
2) I have not seen ads showing up on my own device, but they do show up on my friends' devices. Is it supposed to be like this?
3) What if someone clicks on different ads multiple times on the same device, say, throughout the day? Is it still the same amount of revenue per click? or does it count as once since it is on the same device? If it is allowed, wouldn't that be a source of sort of an intentional multi-clicking just for sake of revenues?
4) How frequently are the revenues deposited to your account?
5) Does click-through rate increase just by clicking the ad, or actually installing it?
that's about it.
Please clarify these issues for me!
Thank you.

I have been pleased to see my application updated to the new version I submitted to the appstore recently. But I was surprised to see that in itunesconnect, I could not access to the information about the first version anymore.
In particular, I would like to see the customer reviews of the previous version of my app. It seems they have been deleted.
Is there any way to retrieve them?
Thanks !
Christophe
I use App review finder which is pretty ugly, but does the job. It also allows you to find reviews for all countries on the App Store
