Request entity too large-413 in postman - jboss

I'm getting this error when trying to hit a service from postman but not through advanced rest client.Intially, thought it is due to some web cache layer on the server or some postman cookies but when I'm accessing it fails but another colleague access the same service it becomes successful.I'm using desktop application Postman.we are using AJP connections on JBoss server and max packet size and body size are set to max. can anyone guide me?

It may caused by large request due to many cookies attached to your request, You need to delete the cookies manually, which can be done which chrome settings:
chrome://settings/content/cookies Then go to "See all cookies and site data"
If you are using Native Postman use its Cookie manager
Native Postman app there is "Cookie manager"

Fiddler not capturing traffic from certain host

I want to capture traffic from a host using HTTP, but I do not see a response coming back. If I close fiddler, my application runs as normal.
I see '-' in the Result section, where it should have been an HTTP response code. If I manually execute the request using Composer, I get a 200 response. Fiddler is able to capture traffic from all other web applications without issue.
I have installed Fiddler certificate. Troubleshooting Mode returns 200. The host does not use HTTPS, but I have enabled Capture HTTPS Connects anyways.
I am using Fiddler v5.0.20182
Some applications performs certificate pinning. Also web applications can perform certificate pinning e.g. via HTTP Public Key Pinning (HPKP). If you have ever used the web application in your browser without Fiddler, the web app public key has been downloaded and cached in the web-browser.
Afterwards the Fiddler root certificate is no longer accepted for that site/app even it it has been installed correctly. You should be able to identify such problematic connections in Fiddler if you only see a CONNECT request but no subsequent requests to the same domain.
To delete the HPKP in your web browser you should use a fresh profile or clear the complete browser cache. Afterwards only use it with activated Fiddler proxy and SSL decryption. As far as I know Fiddler will remove HPKP data from responses so that the web application should also work with Fiddler in between.
I think you should be able to uncheck the options for https, uncheck the boxes which appear checked here? Or you might be able to skip decryption by adding the host in the box below where it says Skip decryption for the following hosts

Accessing IBM API Connect endpoint through Postman

I just created an REST API in API Connect and the endpoint works when I test it in the APIC assemble tab. It requires a client id and client secret. When I send a request through Postman, I currently get a “Could not get any response” message from when I try to add them as header values or OAuth authorization. I’m using the request endpoint that’s displayed when I hit the debug button from the successful response on the Assemble tab. Is this the correct endpoint to use? How do I properly include the client id and client secret in a Postman request?
If you get a "Could not get any response in Postman", that means that Postman can't reach the destination of the request.
There are several reasons for that:
Is it an intranet or internet endpoint?
Are you using a proxy? (check proxy config)
Is the hostname resolvable? (try ip)
If it is an https
endpoint, with a self signed certificate, check if you have SSL
Certificate verification enabled (Settings-> general)
On the other hand, to send the client-id and client-secret headers, just click on Headers tab and add both (see the following picture)
Please check the below things to get access to API Connect published services.
Service needs to be allowed to invoke from postman(System from which you are invoking.)
Please check the web-api MPGW service titled in DataPower default domain created when you configure your API connect with DataPower have you created an access control list in the front-side-handler.
Please disable the SSL configuration in the postman, sometime this may create a problem(since the service exposed from API Connect will be with SSL)
From the error you are getting, I suspect there is no connection or only one-way traffic is enabled which means you are blocking response. If there is an issue with the request parameters you are sending, an error will be different saying, wrong client id or client secret.
Testing API which is on-boarded from API Connect will be straightforward or same we invoke other rest services.
Thx Srikanth
I needed to include the client id and client secret in the headers using the correct name for them, which is specified when creating/editing the api under the 'Security Definitions' category as 'Parameter Name'.
I was also hitting the wrong endpoint. To find the correct endpoint click the hamburger icon in the upper left of api connect website, select dashboard, click on the environment you want such as sandbox or dev, click settings, click gateway, then you'll see the endpoint.

Trace HTTPS Web API calls from iPhone App

I am working with an iPhone application which interacts with a Web API. Since the endpoints are HTTPS, the data which communicates in-between the device and the Web API are suppose to be encrypted.
I am in need of finding every End-Points and the Data which communicates (Headers, Body Content) for each business scenario & for negative testing-flows.
Since the data which transmits are encrypted, I was unable to trace from the Fiddler which I tried while referring so several on-line tutorials.
(The reason why I am in need is because of I have got assigned to make a API Automation tool to simulate all the testing scenarios (happy-path, negative test-cases, etc))
Is there any better approach I can take to trace these API calls?
OR, is there a tool which I can try to trace these Web API calls which sends and receives from the iPhone?
TIA
Managed to get the Certificates for the HTTPS endpoints and added to the Certificate Manager (in a windows pc). Afterwards configured the proxy ports with fiddler echo service from the mobile device and was able to trace the HTTPs calls.
With the help of installing the certificates the HTTPS, intercepting the HTTPS is possible.

Send multipart post to glassfish(payara) fail if using Certificate authentication

We have Rest web services on a glassfish4 (payara) server
Our rest client is based on httpClient Lib
As Authentication we use certificate and basic auth.
The client work well getting and posting infos to WS
But when we send a multipart post with file bigger than few bytes, parsing the request hang until a timeout
If we disable the certification auth, all is working
Thanks to payara blog, we address the problem: we needed to change a configuration in payara, "Max Save Post Size" in Network Config->Network Listener -> http-listener-2 (the one using ssl) - http tab

Fiddler Not capturing web.whatsapp.com

I am creating a screen scrapping application which uses web whataspp. I want to know how the messages are being posted. I installed fiddler and enabled https and tweaked the certificates settings in it. I am unable to get any traffic from web.whatsapp.com, but fiddler is able to capture requests and responses of other websites(http, https). Please help.
