I read the guide on Actions on Google, concerning the publication of an alpha version
3 days ago, I have filled out the form
However, when I share the test link, this error appears:
At the moment it is not possible to find what you are looking for. Try later.
I'm pretty sure this is a Google bug
I did a further test:
I opened the link on an Android device
In this case I display a form to publish my review,
but anyway I can not test the application
Can you help me ?
You should not open this in the browser, instead choose the Google Assistant app on your mobile and open this page from mobile device. Then scroll down to the middle of the directory page/opt-in link you have been given and enable yourself as an Alpha Tester (you will see this button only if you have been whitelisted by the app owner/developer) and continue testing your app on mobile device.
You'll get this page for several hours after enabling alpha testing. After some time it switched to showing me the action directory listing for our app.
Once the page is active and you can see the directory listing you'll need to open the link on your mobile phone! This is mentioned in really small and un-emphasized copy under the link. Also, it's not immediately obvious as the opt in link will most likely be below the bottom edge of your phone screen. You'll have to scroll down to opt-in to alpha testing. Once you enable alpha-testing you should immediately have access to the action.
even i faced the issue , but you can alpha test by switching your account like in google assistant change your default account like the account you used for development.
this might help , thank you

I am struggling to utlise the angular-auth-oidc-client to add OIDC workflows into my Ionic app (android), although I feel the issues are more Capacitor so not sure that the library is the issue. There are numerous (old) posts on Google of people who have had similar problems, so I'm trying to ascertain the current state of play. I can:
By utilising a custom android scheme in my AndroidManifest, and an 'appUrlOpen' listener in app.component my OIDC login page loads in the Chrome browser on the device, and then returns to the Ionic app and opens the correct app page. Unfortunately because I've opened the login in Chrome it hangs around in the background with the username and password populated. I've no handle to it to close it, and the Capacitor plugins don't help me here.
Alternatively, I can add my ID Provider domain into 'AllowNavigation' in capacitor.config.json. This opens my login page in the app's webview, begins the redirect on successful login but fails (hangs) because Capacitor is not loaded when it attempts Window.Capacitor.triggerevent calls.
This is probably classed as a poor question, and I appreciate that it is light on code, but I'm interested in whether anyone has actually managed to do this successfully, as there are so many dead ends on google and github of people who've given up!
Yes it is possible to complete an Open ID Flow on ionic with capacitor.
You need a capacitor plugin to do so, ionic provides an own payed plugin (https://ionic.io/docs/auth-connect), other alternatives exist.
angular-auth-oidc-client out of the box works only on browser, not on iOS or Android. It seems that some adoption can be made, see https://github.com/damienbod/angular-auth-oidc-client/issues/807.
I created a DialogFlow app that works perfectly in my developer account.
But I need to test it as another user, so in my Google Action simulator, I added another test account as a OWNER to the project.
I verified this user has OWNER status in both the DialogFlow and Google Action UI.
They are able to edit both projects with full access.
However, when the test account tries to use the simulator it says:
Sorry, this action is not available for your app. Sorry, this action
is not available for your app. In the simulator, you are only able to
invoke actions that you have added to your app. For more information
on how to invoke your app, click here
https://developers.google.com/actions/discovery/explicit
This makes no sense to me:
I verified the test user has OWNER/ADMIN status on both DialogFlow and Google Actions for the project.
In DialogFlow, I verified the Google Assist is pointing to Default Welcome Intent as the default intent.
In Google Actions, I verified that the Default Welcome Intent is visible on the BUILD > ACTIONS UI.
As others suggested, I tried renaming the app several times with no luck.
I tried publishing an Alpha version, with still no luck.
My gut tells me it is some sort of permission/visibility problem, but I am completely stuck. Any ideas would be of great help.
EDIT:
THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN SOLVED. SEE COMMENT BELOW.
"I revisited my activity controls and noticed my "Web and App Activity" had a special clause due to organization permissions. I completely missed it due to the confusing UI. Posted a picture in the main thread. Thanks for reminding me to double check that area."
After you asked your company admin to enable this feature, it should be same as the image in below.
This error message is quite misleading. I have encountered this error a couple of times, and generally the problem was with one of the privacy settings in my Google account.
In this case you should go to https://myaccount.google.com/activitycontrols, confirm that you are logged in using your test account, and make sure the following are enabled:
Web & App Activity
Device Information
Voice & Audio Activity
Believe me that I've asked this in Adsense forums (Spanish AND English), and also checked the following resources and questions:
1 - 2 - 3 - 4
I have an AdSense account that actually works with AdMob. We see successfully ads on Android, but I can't see them for web. We can create in AdSense new ads without a problem and we let pass even more than 2 months to ads to set themselves up, but nothing changed.
Still, the answer I get from ads is a 200 status with the following HTML content:
<html><body style="background-color:transparent"></body></html>
Giving bounty since none has been able to resolve it, nor Google Forums or Stackoverflow!
EDIT
We've checked with a brand new account and it works!! Our original account is not banned though and it's serving ads for AdMob, but the problem comes with AdSense (for web)!
I had almost the same problem once. With the settings I made Google was not able to get advertisement for my page. See the answer:
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/113262?ctx=tltp&hl=en
The solution (for me) was to add a new unit and a completely new channel as well. If You check the If no ads available option You can choose from 3 options:
Collapse the ad unit, otherwise show blank space (default)
Collapse the ad unit, otherwise show colour
Show other URL
If the problem persists you should send a feedback message including the URL, the exact description of the problem. This is maybe an internal problem in Googles algorithm (as if it is not able to find ads for you).
Important: Have you checked from different browsers, other machines and Google accounts? The algorithm behind the whole AdSense motor is relying on those information heavily. (It means that if You do not see ads on your site, it still could show some to others.)
Edit: If You tried to use a newly created unit and it did not work, I suspect a google bug and I am mostly out of ideas. In my case this solved the problem, but if You are unlucky with it You really should use an other account if possible.
It's been about 2 months now. We manage several facebook pages and all these pages were linking to native iOS / Android apps from the CTA button where users were either opening their apps via "Use App" link or were redirected to download them in case they didn't have it installed.
What happens now is that the dialog to connect your app via the "add button" function in Facebook pages, it only shows a textfield to redirect the users to a website (image attached). There is no way to link to a registered app (of course there is a related app registered with all the relevant platforms enabled and the admin has access to it). Facebook, as always is completely silent and not responding to any support requests, clients that had their apps linked to pages now ask us what happened and we are out in the cold without being able to understand wtf is happening.
This happens to 90% of our pages, some of them still have a "Use App" button that works just fine, but all others have the above problem. Also, new pages, suffer from the same problem as well. Changing the page theme doesn't seem to do anything. One (strange) finding is that if you download the pages management app in a mobile device, there is also a checkbox which allows to enter a deep link url besides the standard url but just that. The list with the apps that we had access to link to pages has just vanished.
Any ideas? Anyone having the same issue?
I want to show an alert in my app so that user can either make comments or give stars to the app on iTunes.
Is it possible. ?
You should try the Appirater plugin for you application. This gives you the possibility to:
Show a popup to rate your app after a predetermined number of sessions
Create a button or link to send the user to the App Store page to rate the app.
Integrating the plugin is really easy, and fully documented on the GitHub website.
Let me know if this helps!
P.S. I made a localized version of the plugin through this pull request
