I'm trying to build a website (it's not my first time), using latest version of Joomla! (3.8.10), but I have a problem - tabs in the main menu don't work. When I try to go to other page, I have an error:
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
I almost solved this problem by changing:
$sef="1"
to
$sef="0"
in configuration.php, but it caused strangely long addresses.
Ok, I found the solution. Need to add:
$_SERVER['HTTPS']='on';
in index.phpfile, behind the <?php
Maybe someone will use it.
This is most likely a problem with your .htaccess file. When you change $sef=0, you are basically telling the system to not use your .htaccess file. I suggest backing up your current one and replacing with the default Joomla one. It is the one that comes in the download package and is named htaccess.txt. Upload and rename to .htaccess to overwrite existing.

In my Yii2 apps I add extension select2, since composer not successfully downloaded all the needed librarys. So I do it manually but I have still have error. Any help is BIG THANKS.
Here is my error.
I think since you did it manually you
forgot to add this file: input widget file
or did not specify proper path to it.
Check these and come back if any issues prevail.And always try to use composer as it's better to solve composer errors than finding what is missing after doing the entire set up.Isn't it? ;)
Hi I'm starting to use TYPO3 4.7 and I have a problem after the installation:
The requested URL /public/typo3/get-started/ was not found on this
server.
I have actived the mod_rewrite restarted apache and try to enable/disable real url.. the problem is always the same.
I don't know if I have to actvied a page ora a template. I wanto to know why after installation I can0t see the index into my localhost.
Why?
Can someone help me?
I guess you have some trouble with your .htaccess. Probably you need to change the
RewriteBase /public/typo3/
To determine, what the problem is, you could check if the request of an specific page works: (sorry, i do not know if there is a page with the id 5. You can see them in the backend or just try some numbers)
/public/typo3/index.php?id=5
I have a problem in my drupal installation..in the content type page i can't drag and drop lines and i see two columns :weight and parent :image1

If there any configuration to add or to remove or any help to provide i will be very grateful
Thanks
Sorry..
It seemed to be a server configuration problem.. i uploaded a 'virgin' drupal installation to my remote server ( the producton erver) and i installed without any supplement module, just the core modules with the 777 permission for all the files..but the same problem persist ..I'm suspecting the php version that i' m using (5.2.17 instead of 5.3.10)
I have two files with identical code (it is the code they mention here: http://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/198). I have one of these files here: http://gnucom.cc/test.html and another one of these files here: http://blog.gnucom.cc/test.html. I have the main URL set to gnucom.cc and the Connect URL set to http://blog.gnucom.cc.
For the life of me, I cannot figure out why the version accessed from the subdomain doesn't work. I receive a loading icon and that is it - afterwards it disappears.
Can anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong?

You should type in http://gnucom.cc instead of http://www.gnucom.cc (if it's not already this way)
I developed a application with Zend Framework and now I want to be able to place the app in an subdirectory of a Documentroot.
e.g. http://www.example.com/myapp/
I read quite a lot of Docu how this could work, but all in all these solutions don´t fit my needs. Is there a trivial way to do the subdir thing, without adding the concrete path to any file which generates the pages.
There are some examples in the net, where a basePath is set in the application enviroment and so there is a method call bevor each "form" creation which prepends the path before the link.
$form->setAction($this->_request->getBaseUrl() . $this->_helper->url('sign'));
This was from: http://johnmee.com/2008/11/zend-framework-quickstart-tutorial-deploy-to-a-subdirectory-instead-of-web-root/
But this is only works for small examples, I have tons of forms, tons of views and tons of scripts. I can´t belive this (lets call it hack :) ) is the only solution to do this.
Any ideas?
You don't have to do anything special. See my tutorial at http://akrabat.com/Zend-framework-tutorial which is developed entirely within a sub-directory.
As they say on the web page:
I’m told this last issue has been
lodged has a defect and not necessary
from releases “1.7″ and beyond. The
helper->url will henceforth prepend
the baseUrl to its result.
So you should be fine. Do you actually use the $form->setAction() method on every form already? Because if you use it in combination with the url helper, the baseUrl will already be included.
