Netbeans php-cs-fixer end up with error "Files that were not fixed due to errors reported during linting after fixing:" - netbeans

I am using php-cs-fixer for code formatting in Netbeans 8.2. When I try to format one file, it shows the error
Files that were not fixed due to errors reported during linting after fixing:
I searched for the fix in many websites, but couldn't get this fixed. Is there any way to fix this? I tried with both php-cs-fixer 1 and php-cs-fixer 2.

The error message means that PHP CS Fixer loaded some files from drive, apply changes on them, and then realised that files are not valid anymore (invalid PHP syntax) after those changes, thus it decided to not save it. That's one of the safety mechanism of PHP CS Fixer to not break your project.
This means that you have found an issue in PHP CS Fixer itself.
Please, verify you are using newest release, maybe the bug was already fixed!
If not, please consider to expose your configuration file (if any) and content of files you got listed at https://github.com/FriendsOfPHP/PHP-CS-Fixer/issues/new !

There is also an option to see what happen in progress.
$ ./vendor/bin/php-cs-fixer fix src/ErrorFile.php -vvv
The --verbose option will show the applied rules. When using the txt format it will also display progress notifications.
NOTE: if there is an error like "errors reported during linting after fixing", you can use this to be even more verbose for debugging purpose
-v: verbose
-vv: very verbose
-vvv: debug

command not found: flow

I followed the Flow installation guide for npm & babel and when I get to the second stage where you flow init I keep getting the error message zsh command not found: flow. I installed flow into my project (a branch of my Gatsby blog) for testing/debugging purposes. It is not installed globally, which is what the Flow docs state is the best practice:
Flow works best when installed per-project with explicit versioning rather than globally.
I have been having a similar issue with Lume that returns zsh command not found: lume
If I enter echo $PATH
The colon delimited list should have user/local/.deno/bin:$PATH but it is not there. If I add it by running:
export PATH="/Users/yourUserName/.deno/bin:$PATH"
Than I am able to run lume commands. However, when I try to run lume commands the next day I have to go through the whole process once more as the error crops up again...
My question here today is regarding the Flow error and getting it sorted. I only mention the Lume error because it makes me fairly certain something is messed up in $Path or my Zsh config. I am just not sure what. The only caveat to that hunch though is that Deno is a global install, whereas Flow is installed directly into my project...
So, maybe the two errors while the same syntax are totally separate?
Thank you in advance for any guidance/suggestions. Cheers!
I came across this video from 2017 no less and the host had issues with flow not working within the project and so he installed it globally. I gave it a shot and the flow error zsh command not found: flow has been resolved...

A fatal error was encountered. The library 'hostpolicy.dll' required to execute the application was not found

I tried internet search on this issue and it is very common with many suggestions. The problem started with an update to VS2019 in which I paused because my projects in VSCode were breaking.I did a system restore and when I tried to start VSCode I got a message saying my installation was corrupt. So I reinstalled to the latest version and now get this error.
A fatal error was encountered. The library 'hostpolicy.dll' required to execute the application was not found...
I found 3 extensions that needed updating so I do so but did not fix this problem. Do not know if I need to update the .Net Core since it looks like a version mismatch. It seems these updates are wreckless since they always cause thing to go wrong.s
If you are facing this problem, it means you are using Windows.
This official microsoft live share github page explains how to fix the issue: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/live-share/issues/102
Especially, check out this comment: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/live-share/issues/102#issuecomment-366509735
make vscode is up to date
uninstall live share from vscode
close vscode completely
restart vscode as administrator
reinstall live share
I should add:
close completely vscode and restart it

Typo3 broken: Frontend / Backend blank pages and no errors even after restoring backup

I was fixing things on a not well-maintained typo3 installation and it resulted in blank pages of frontend, backend and install tool.
I wanted to fix extensions because the powermail-extension was not working anymore even after updating to latest compatible version (tried emptying cache and database compare).
I deactivated an extension "compatibility6" to see if it was interfering and since then all pages have been blank including Install Manager. I reactivated the extension via PackageStates.php, emptied the cache but it did not change anything. I was not able to see any error messages even though I set the parameter in LocalConfiguration.php which made it hard to try to find out what is wrong. Then I restored a backup using vmware. Still, backend and frontend are blank.
I am using Apache and Typo3 7.6.23.
I do not know what might be causing the problem and would like to know what else to look for?
It means you have a PHP error there. The first thing would be to examine logs. If you see anything like "class not found", then your next action would be composer dumpautoload --no-dev.
Long time ago I had an article about blank pages in TYPO3 FE. Not up to date but still can be helpful: https://www.dmitry-dulepov.com/2009/03/blank-empty-page-in-typo3.html
Dmitry already wrote it: you have an error.
In production environment nothing is shown for not revealing any information about your system.
So the only information about the error can be found in the error log of your webserver.
What can you do to get more information about your error?
Enter the install tool and switch to develop mode. This will also enable deprecation logging into a file. Try to avoid filling your system with deprecation warnings by disabling deprecation logging.
Disable the default exceptionhandler by adding this to your typoscript setup:
config.contentObjectExceptionHandler = 0
Now you should see a call stack instead of blank screens.
Be aware that this might reveal confidential information from your system.
because of this you should use a copy of the live-system.

Bug DBGp Response Error: error code 206

I have used Xdebug of Eclipse 3 months so far. And it runs really well.
However, I got a issue of Xdebug which is "DBGp Response Error: eval:=206 msg:error evaluating code" ( in Error Log).
After I investigate the error, I find that issue is:
206 - Error evaluating code (use from eval() (or perhaps property_get
for a full name get))"
This is reference from http://xdebug.org/docs-dbgp.php
I have taken 2 days for this issue, and nothing has changed.
Please help me solve this. Many thanks and strong appreciation for your help.
Try deleting your watches. You can read the story of how this worked for me in PHPStorm.
It is probably an eval that (your IDE) is doing wrong. Either the symbol does not exist, or the syntax is incorrect. I am not sure where your error_log comes from (do you mean xdebug.remote_log?), but that will also indicate what eval command was sent by the IDE. If you could amend your question with the exact log lines before and after your 206 error too, I can give a better clue. In general, this isn't much of an issue, as it's often not possible to eval specific code.
CentOS 7.7
PHP 7.2 and PHP 7.4
Apache and cli
Same symptoms " The strange in here is that it has run well, and suddenly can not debug with those things in error log" as #ndnguyen
Worked great. Then suddenly didn't work without explanation. I tried updating everything, several different config options, etc, etc.
Just that stupid little check box. FYI: The IDE is vscode.

Problems using netbeans 7.01 with CMake 2.8.6

so once again, I'm having a little problem I can't figure out myself. Meaning, I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is, I just can't fix it.
I'm developing in C++ using Netbeans 7.01 with CMake 2.8.6. However, when I'm trying to build a project, I get the following error from CMake:
CMake Error: The path to the source directory:
H:/Projects/Netbeans/CppApplication_1/CONF=Release
contains unsupported character '='.
Please use a different source directory name.
Please note, that "CONF=Release" isn't a folder. It seems to be a configuration flag set by Netbeans, as it changes when I'm trying a debug build. So, my guess here is, that theres a space missing, or something similar. Unfortunately, I can't figure out where to change that. There are no options in any related Netbeans window, I can't find anything related in the configuration files for netbeans itself or the project either.
Did anyone here have experienced the same problem and found a solution to it? I would be very glad to hear it. If there's any information missing, let me know, I will add them as fast as possible.
Edit:
Just noticed there is already version 7.1 of netbeans, nice to know. However, even with this version, the same problem occurs.
You must specify the command you ran to allow for the error to be identified. However, it looks like you missed the "source-path" parameter.
The cmake command ends with the path to source and should be something like:
cmake -D CONF=Release <path to source>
